Can’t find anything negative, only that we didn’t stay long enough! Easy to find with parking outside. Helpful staff. Delicious food, fantastic massage service. Cosy lounge area. Beautiful room and bathroom and shower!

My partner and I stayed at Le Maison de Tanger for 2N on a two week trip to Morocco in January 2024. It was a lovely experience, with wonderfully luxe but relaxed and personal service, large stylish rooms and one of the top two best breakfasts we had during our time in Morocco. The location is perfect in a quiet street just a short walk to the Grand Socco and on to the Medina.
Highly recommended!

What a restful stay. The place is owned by an artist and you can tell. So much delightful detail at every turn. The style of the building is beyond charming, with incredible, peaceful views. Charm extends from physical decor to invested staff seeing to every need. They have all been world-class along with the art and architecture and comfort standard of the hotel. Only place I’ll stay in tangier. Many thanks.

There is a reason this hotel is called “home” in French. From the moment you are greeted outside, you are family.

This eclectic hotel is warm and inviting. The space is decorated as a home rich with stories and history.

We were greeted with delicious mint tea and a snack after being shown our room. The rooftop gave us great vantage of the city and sea.

Each room is unique with incredible attention to detail. The bed was one of the most comfortable on our trip so far. The room has heat & air conditioning.

We had a private dinner which introduced us to local cuisine and was bursting with flavors. We paired this with a local wine.

The common area is a great place to relax and listen to a soothing yet modern playlist. You can even request some Alex Henry Foster music as the owner of the hotel with his band mate.

There is a feeling of peace, warmth and history in this oasis.

We loved the massage and experienced the Hammam bath on the property for a full relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

By far, this has been my favorite home in a foreign land, where I simply left my anxieties at the door.

The breakfast is a feast! I miss it already.

The best part of our vacation. The hotel was excellent, the food was excellent, and we will definitely return for much longer. Very welcoming and relaxing. Tanger is a great location, probably one of my favorite places I've visited so far. La Maison de Tanger is a wonderful experience if you plan to visit Morocco, highly recommend.

Estuvimos cuatro noches y una experiencia increíble.
El servicio impecable, muy acogedor. No daba la sensación de estar en un hotel sino se sentía como en casa.
Recomendable el hammam y masaje.
No pudimos quedarnos más días porque estaba reservado -cambiamos de hotel- pero nos hubiésemos quedado allí sin duda.

Un hotel decorado con mucho gusto. Nos encanto todo. Aunque sea un poco mas caro, merece mucho la pena. Todos muy pendientes de ti, te ayudan a organizar tus escapadas, pidiendo el taxi con precio cerrado ya. Es mejor reservarlo directamente con ellos desde la pagina, en el Booking aparecía como no disponible, mientras si que había habitaciones disponibles. Desayuno de 10. Muy recomendable.

Absolutely loved this place. Very comfortable and cozy. Amazing backyard garden area with a small pool that is a beautiful little Oasis in the middle of town. Short walk to the old Medina and down to the coast. Valerie and the other hosts were very nice, easy to talk to, and very accommodating. We loved Tanger as well and changed our trip to start 4 days because 2 wasn't enough.

An absolutely unforgettable experience. Incredible hospitality from the moment you walk in. The property is stunning, the location was great (5 minute walk from the medina) and the staff was amazing. Valerie, Juliette, Yasin, Mohammed and Zack all made me feel completely at home during my stay. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Tangier!

Perfect hideaway close to the action!

Incredible staff and fantastic food.

The garden was so peaceful that we spent most of our hotel time there. The terrace was a great bonus as well.

The owner (a fellow Canadian) happened to be there and greeted us warmly.

We felt safe, welcomed, and overall the hotel was one of the best parts of our visit to Tangier.

Es ist ein schönes kleines Hotel, versteckt in einer Seitenstraße. Es ist jedoch alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit eigenem Balkon ausgestattet. Leider wurden wir jeden Morgen von einem krähenden Hahn geweckt.

Une maison d'hôtes chaleureuse et conviviale, tout à fait propice à la détente au bord de la piscine, au repos mais aussi à la lecture au coin de la cheminée les soirs d'hiver. C'est l'adresse idéale où dormir à Tanger.
