One Click Hotel is located in an upscale area near the old presidential residence the French Embassy and the hotel mille Collines. Very safe area
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Very good breakfast included and the restaurant has an extensive menu with very good goat meat skewers. Room service 24 hours

Wow! What a stunning welcome into the county. I stayed here for 6 nights and I couldn’t recommend it more!
The staff has been so lovely and helpful. I really appreciate Alice , Joyce and Diane helpfulness in getting my room ready for early check-in.
The rooms themselves are fashionable and clean. I appreciate having our own bathroom in our room. We have a king sized bed and it is really comfortable.Thank You..

I stayed for five nights in One Click Hotel, and my stay was very comfortable. It is located not very far from the city centre and the staff are very nice and friendly. They offer an airport shuttle, which is really good. The room was comfortable but did not exactly match the details of the booking. The room was smaller than what they indicated, and certain amenities, like iron or fridge, are not available, and they are brought upon request. They, of course, did a good job of providing me with a working safety deposit box.

The breakfast is decent, but options are limited. A very disturbing point was the construction going on right next to the hotel. It is not their fault, of course, but there is constant construction noise from very early in the morning till late in the afternoon. It was really disturbing in the morning.

Staff are excellent especially reception. They are friendly and bend backwards to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Facilities are clean. Situated walking distance from CBD, it’s perfect as base to explore. We highly recommend this very reasonable priced hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre ville. Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel très serviable et professionnel. La navette pour l'aéroport est très pratique. La cuisine est bonne avec des quantités assez suffisante. Le bar restaurant s'ouvre sur un jardin coquette où on peut passer un bon moment

J'ai passé un séjour de 4 nuitées dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d'une mission professionnelle à Kigali avec une délégation venant de Madagascar, j'y ai passé un bon moment, j'ai occupé la chambre 617, je recommande ce lieu, il y a une très bonne équipe dont notamment Ange qui a bien pris soin de nous !
