Hôtel étape avant d’aller à Santa Teresa. L’accent est mis sur les espaces extérieurs, les piscines et le lobby sont bien entretenus.
MAIS toute la partie all inclusive (Cocktails, restaurant self) est médiocre.
Les cocktails sont bourrés de sucres et le self propose des mets de piètre qualité et sans saveur.
L’accès aux autres restaurants dits de « spécialités » est interdit aux clients ayant booké moins de 2 nuits.
Les chambres sont vétustes et vieillottes. Un rafraîchissement d’urgence s’impose.
Le tout pour la modique somme de 200 euros la nuit ?!?!

Me parece que la comida es regular, el problema es que siempre tienen la misma comida, entonces para los que se quedan varios días se convierte en algo tedioso.
El personal del hotel es muy amable.

La comida no me gustó, los desayunos muy simples, añejos. El almuerzo es muy básico. Poco sabor.
Le faltan a las piscinas lugares con algo de sombra.

I spent a fantastic week at Fiesta Resort All Inclusive, booked via Air Canada Vacations, and it was an unparalleled experience. The resort stands out for its simplicity paired with exceptional service. The staff, who worked long hours, always greeted us with a smile, showcasing their dedication and friendliness. The food was exceptional, both in portion size and quality, with drinks that were equally impressive and customizable. Fiesta Resort caters to all, whether families, couples, or individuals, offering varied entertainment and spaces for everyone. The nightly entertainment was particularly remarkable. This resort is genuinely a slice of happiness, deserving recognition beyond a 5-star rating for its amazing team. I'm already planning my return and recommend everyone experience this wonderful destination.

Ein toller Urlaub. Das Essen ist vielseitig und gut. Der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und hat alles was man braucht. Gerne wieder, aber dann in der Regenzeit.

Excelente atención al cliente, buena ubicación, deliciosa comida. Los shows son increibles, y en los bares tienen licores de muy buena calidad. Un buen lugar para pasar tiempo en familia.

Bel hôtel où tout y est sans en sortir. La plage n'est pas la plus belle, et surtout plutôt dangereuse avec ses rouleaux.
Pour celles et ceux qui viennent pour le repos, déconseillé, la musique plutôt forte, est dans toutes les piscines, sauf si vous prenez la gamme de chambre plus chère. Dans ce cas, elle est plus calme et dans la piscine il y a moins de monde. Sinon, les habitants viennent pour passer la journée et ils sont nombreux.
Sinon, c'est un bel hôtel, le personnel est sympathique pour tout, chose non négligeable, ils sont près à tout moment à vous rendre service.

Do NOT stay here! This was the absolute worst resort I have ever encountered! Amongst unclean room and passive staff, several items including, shoes, AirPods, and chargers and more were STOLEN from me! When I altered the staff, they did absolutely nothing! The guest services manager had me fill out a lost and found paper after I expressed it was not lost, but stolen! The rooms were extremely old and unkept. They smelled awful and there were dead bugs, one on my pillow. The restaurant staff was nice, but there were cats in the restaurant which was a no for me. The air was set to freezing and you could not make changes. The food was not good and you could only dine at the buffet daily. Just a horrible experience overall. I loved Costa Rica the first time I visited Liberia so I thought this would be similar, but no Fiesta is awful and San Juan is extremely different!

I spent 2 days trying to get a hold of someone to pay a reservation my friend had booked for us. In my efforts to talk to someone I gave up and booked another and paid for it. Now they won’t cancel her reservation and are going to hold her responsible for the money still. This is ridiculous. The receptionist does nothing but answer the phone and transfer you to reservation and then you wait forever just for someone to finally answer and they hang up on you! I must have did this 20 times yesterday!

Hotel sobre valorado.
La comida es regular.
Las instalaciones son viejas, huelen a humedad, te ofrece una refrigeradora en la habitación y no dan ni agua embotellada, gaseosas, café, como lo hacen otros todos incluidos.
Las actividades durante el día son malas.

La calidad del licor es un poco dudosa, incluso personalmente presenté síntomas de intoxicación por alcohol adúlterado (es mi opinión personal). En todo caso se presentaron síntomas de intoxicación por alguna razón (mi simple opinión)

Nourriture très mediocre, établissements beaux, mais sans plus. Je suis tomber malade en mangeant leur nourriture. C'était très désagréable. Chambre très moyenne mérite un deux étoiles maximum !

El año pasado visitamos este hotel y nos vinimos muy contentos ,este año nuevamente fuimos y les puedo decir que superó por mucho mis expectativas, se nota que han buscado mejorar en muchos aspectos (algunos han que la gente se quejaba por este medio ) ,la comida con mucha variedad y muy buen sabor , la habitación muy limpia y espaciosa , pero lo mejor fue el trato de todos los trabajadores hacia nosotros ,desde el momento que entramos los guardas se comportaron muy amables , todo el personal saludaba,los muchachos de entretenimiento muy divertidos y carismáticos ( mención especial para Daniel M y Calero ) ,los meseros super atentos y muy amables . Este año llevamos a nuestra bebita de 9 meses y el trato hacia ella fue demasiado especial .muy agradecido porque disfrutamos mucho la estadía gracias al personal tan comprometido que tienen
