The area around the hotel is nice the swimming pool gives a charm to the place which has been cleverly built. It feels slightly dated but i have seen way worse, so it didn't feel bad. Some pieces of furniture would though need some repair (rusted tower hanger, wood in the bathroom was quite damaged by time...).

Balcony was nice, but furniture had a disgusting smell of cold tobacco so wasn't really enjoyable...
Room was good. Again dated, difficult to find some electricity to charge the phone (in the 1990s those issues didn't exist) but after unplugging the bedside table all fine.

The breakfast wasn't good... Dry cakes, tasteless croissants, etc which is to be expected in a hotel.
I had paid extra for the dinner at the hotel and do not do it ! You might have your money worth for the quantity (as it is a buffet) but quality is not there. So pay less, go outside and get some proper food, it is italy you have plenty of choice around, don't do that to yourself !

It is outside of Cagliari but well connected to transportation and in a nice environment.

The hotel gets 4 stars despite the critics as it is also cheaper than most around. So it is definitely a good ratio price/quality if you do not eat there. If you eat there, the hotel is way overpriced for the quality !

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal im Santa Gilla. Lage super unweit von Cagliari, großer Parkplatz für unser Gespann (Auto und Motorradanhänger), Frühstück super mit abwechslungsreicher Auswahl. Abendessen in Büffetform in guter Qualität. Im Service ist Francesco einfach super, der Mann versteht sein Handwerk mit den Gästen, da können andere sehr viel lernen!
Kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Servicebrigade ist beim Abräumen der Teller für meinen Geschmack etwas zu eifrig. Kaum war der letzte Bissen im Mund war der Teller schon fast weg… ????
Pool und Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt und schön.

Hôtel sympathique desservi avec le bus facilement ! Très grande chambre magnifiquement décorée ! Seul bémol la douche qui est toute petite et ancienne ... Une douche moderne a l'italienne serait plus adéquate .. l'isolation aussi ... Nous avons entendu un bébé pleurer toute la nuit et le voisin ronfler ...
Buffet avec des produits frais et locaux mais quand même limité.
Pisicne magnifique, espace entretenu et eau vérifiée et contrôlée par l'équipe !
Bel hôtel vraiment avec une équipe souriante et accueillante .

We had a very nice time in Santa Gilla. The hotel staff was professional, friendly and helpful, and welcomed us with a glass of Proseco. The waiters are amazing.
The hotel has clean and very spacious rooms. Mosquito nets on the windows provide additional protection against possible insects. Every day, the ladies clean the rooms, change towels and supply liquids. There's water waiting in the fridge.
The hotel has a clean swimming pool as well as a beautiful, well-kept garden.
Finally, I must mention about very good food. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. A large variety of dishes.

Superbe hôtel avec sa piscine et vue sur les flamants roses

La verdad que estuvimos super agusto, las de recepción fueron super amables en todo momento, nos ayudaron a buscar autobuses a dónde queríamos ir, y te aconsejan dónde comer y cenar bien. Te ayudan a conseguir transporte privado si lo necesitas.
La habitación estaba muy limpia, salvo las cortinas que estaban llenas de mosquitos.
Las instalaciones muy bonitas y cuidadas.
El desayuno era variado, lo malo el horario pero es costumbre en la mayoría de hoteles...
A 2 minutos andando tienes supermercados y restaurantes y una playa maravillosa????
En general, todo genial.

Tienen nuestro 10 por su sobresaliente servicio y el trato que dispensa todo su personal, asi da gusto hospedarse en un hotel.

Genial todos sus empleados tanto en recepción como en la barra a la hora de servir y en el desayuno.

El hotel esta a 10 min en coche de Cagliari, muy buena situacion.

La piscina amplia y más aún su jardín donde uno se puede relajar y desconectar un buen rato.

Tienen un mirador que da a la laguna donde se pueden observar perfectamente los flamencos que habitan en la zona.

Eso sí, por el tema de la laguna no recomiendo tener abiertas las ventanas por el tema de los mosquitos ????

A las habitaciones no le vendría mal un lavado de cara pero son amplias y muy válidas para el descanso.

Séjour d’exception. Tout le personnel (réception, serveurs, femme de ménage) est au petit soin, d’une amabilité rare. On s’y sent tellement bien que c’est dur de partir. Nous sommes venu avec notre fils de 18 mois et nous avons été agréablement surpris de la bienveillance dont nous avons pu bénéficier. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont délicieux. Le cadre est magnifique. Propreté impeccable. Il y a même des jeux de plage pour les enfants (pour dire à quel point ils pensent à tout). S’il vous manque quelque chose, vous n’avez qu’à demander et soyez certains que le personnel fera son maximum pour faire plus que vous satisfaire. Je ne cesse de recommander cet hôtel et en particulier à ceux qui ont des jeunes enfants.

Geweldig hotel, schone en ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Lekker eten. Kortom:TOP

Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! Le personnel est d'une bienveillance rare. Le buffet de la demi pension est excellent.

Un hotel 4 stelle veramente molto bello e accogliente grazie allo stile ed alla perfetta accoglienza della reception gestita in maniera impeccabile da ragazze molto carine e servizievoli.
Piscina e palestra presenti....mangiare di prim'ordine a buffet con particolare attenzione alla forma.
Tutt'attorno non c'è molto da vedere e se non fosse per l'ambientazione ci sarebbe da aggiungere che la zona industriale incombe...una nota piacevole la fanno i fenicotteri fuori dalla finestra la mattina...una sorpresa!!

Hotel ist gut, Umgebung leider sehr zugemüllt.

Empfang war sehr freundlich. Alles sauber u. gepflegt. Zimmer sauber, aber nicht auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr ringhörig. Frühstück wird von unmotiviertem Personal vor der Zeit abgeräumt. Unfreundlicher Bademeister.

A kert nagyon ápolt,a szoba tágas,mégsincs hely a bőröndnek.2 embernek 4 napra nem elég egy polc.Az egyik szekrény zárva volt?Reggel 6-tól minden zaj behallatszik a szobába,nem lehet pihenni.Egyéni utazókat nem kellene fogadniuk,folyamatosan jönnek a túristabuszok.A reggeli bőséges,de igénytelen,nagy a hangzavar.

Und trotzdem sind wir maßlos enttäuscht.

Très bel établissement avec piscine situé à la ville de Capoterra.
Le staff était à l'écoute et très attentif et serviable.

No creo que tenga la categoría de 4 estrellas.
Las habitaciones y los baños de las habitaciones normales no están a la altura de un 4 estrellas. No había ningún complemento de acogida. Nuestra habitación no tenía balcón, sin embargo, nuestros amigos reservaron una habitación por el mismo precio y sí que tenía. No es una cama doble, son dos camas juntas.
Te cobran la plancha (3 €). Viajo mucho por trabajo y nunca nunca he tenido que pagar por usar una plancha. Obviamente sí por un servicio de lavandería.
La piscina cierra cuando el socorrista lo considera, no respetando el horario y cerrando hasta 15 minutos antes. Otro cliente fue mojado y en toalla a quejarse en recepción.
La comida del desayuno es de calidad media - baja.

El personal es agradable y el parking está bien y está incluido en el precio. Hay un supermercado cerca que está muy bien.

CHAMBRE ASSEZ GRANDE. LES EQUIPEMENTS SONT ANCIENS ET UNE RENOVATION DEVIENT NECESSAIRE. ENVIRONNEMENT ASSEZ DESAGREABLE : ZONE INDUSTRIELLE. AUTOROUTE. RESTAURANT SIMPLE MAIS PRATIQUE.
