Wunderschöne terrassenformige Anlage, wenn man Ruhe finden möchte.
Wer sich lediglich entspannen und nichts Größeres in der Umgebung mit Publikum erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Die abgeschiedene Lage zur Zivilisation lädt zum Energie tanken ein.
Mit einer tollen Poollandschaft und einem atemberaubenden Blick über die begrünte Berg- und Tallandschaft, kann man hier nicht nur gemütlich ein Buch lesen und einen Cocktail genießen, man erholt sich auch einwandfrei vom stressigen Alltag.
Der Weg hierher muss zwangsläufig mit dem Auto gefunden werden. Dank google Maps geht das aber reibungslos.
Die Appartements sind ausreichend groß und sehr schön mediterran gehalten und äußerst sauber.
Hin und wieder empfängt man sogar Besuch vom einen oder anderen Tierchen.
Das Buffet ist ausgiebig und sehr schön hergerichtet. Man wird nicht nur gut satt, es lädt auch zum Verweilen auf der schönen, sonnenüberdachten Terrasse ein.
Die Zimmer sind paarweise angelegt, so dass man von den Nachbarn kaum Geräusche wahrnehmen kann. Wirklich toll!
Mit dem Auto an die Küste sind es ca. 40min Fahrzeit.
Der umliegende See lädt aber zu kleinen Wanderungen ein. Hier sollte allerdings unbedingt darauf geachtet werden, dass genügend zu trinken mitgenommen wird.
Das Personal ist sehr reizend und überfreundlich und mit Englischkenntnissen hat man keinerlei Probleme.

Mon appréciation porte uniquement sur l'accueil. Voulant faire le tour du lac de Licsia je me suis engagé sur la route passant cers cet établissement, seulement bien que celle-ci figure encore sur les cartes elle est sans issue environ 2km plus loin. Nous nous sommes arrêtés au retour pour boire quelque chose. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et renseigné également pour compenser la visite que nous pouvions réaliser comme souhaité.
Je pense que lors de notre prochaine visiter en Sardaigne nous nous passerons quelques nuits dans cet établissement au clame avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Licsia et pourquoi pas retourner voir les Oliviers millénaires.

We stayed at the end of August for the first few days of our trip (and also the last day).

Situated on a hillside near a lake, the hotel has a gorgeous and calm setting. It functioned as a great base of operations for exploring north(-western) Sardinia.

The incredibly friendly staff was most welcoming, thereby making sure we felt at home immediately.

The room we stayed in was just as advertised, squeaky clean, spacious and most comfortable!

The breakfast was excellent, just as the food on the restaurant’s menu.

Weekend fantastico. Luogo incantevole con vista sul lago Liscia dove la pace a la tranquillità regnano sovrane. La posizione è ottima, vicina alle zone più "turistiche" ma immersa nel verde. La camera perfettamente pulita, personale gentilissimo e professionale. Piscina Top. Ottimo il ristorante e la colazione con prodotti di indiscutibile qualità. Provate la sebadas con il miele "fantastica"!!

Wunderschön gelegene Anlage, sehr gepflegt und mit sehr gutem Service.
Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung und im Gegensatz zu sehr vollen Stränden immer einen Platz am Pool. Der Norden der Insel lässt sich in alle Richtungen hervorragend von diesem Punkt aus entdecken. Es gibt lecker Frühstück und wer mag kann ein schmackhaftes Abendessen mit regionalen Gerichten genießen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We stayed here in July and absolutely loved it. Beautiful place, with stunning views. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. Would be a perfect place for wedding celebrations. Each room is in a separate bungalow. Very clean, good comfortable mattress. Loved it so much. The only advice is to take spray from mosquitos. The hotel is by the lake and there were lots of them ????.

Hotel Review Rewrite:

1 - The hotel boasts a lovely location with a beautiful view of the lake, though there's no direct lake view from inside the room.

2 - The staff was generally available and friendly, but we encountered some communication difficulties with a server during lunchtime.

3 - The pool was well-maintained, although the water was a bit cold.

4 - While the bed was comfortable, we noticed that the rest of the fittings and furnishings felt somewhat outdated.

5 - Upon checking in, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, but fortunately, it dissipated over time. Additionally, we encountered a drainage issue with the shower.

6 - Breakfast was decent; however, we had to eat indoors due to a high number of wasps outside.

7 - One positive aspect was the consistently available parking space whenever we arrived.

8 - We were disappointed to find out that some of the activities advertised on the hotel website were not available during our stay. It would have been better if the information on the website was accurate and up-to-date.

La ubicación de este hotel de cuatro estrellas es indiscutiblemente impresionante. Rodeado de serena tranquilidad y una belleza natural asombrosa, ofrece un refugio de relajación auténtica para los visitantes. Sin embargo, hay algunas áreas clave donde este establecimiento necesita mejorar para cumplir verdaderamente con su calificación y precio.

Aunque podría mencionarlas todas, me gustaría enfocar mi crítica en una problemática que tuvo un impacto muy negativo en nuestra experiencia: la notable diferencia entre los platos proporcionados a los huéspedes en media pensión y los que se ofrecen a la carta. Los primeros resultaron una decepción, recordándome más a las comidas de hospital (un sentimiento que, según leo ahora, fue mencionado en una reseña anterior que desearía haber leído antes) que a la experiencia culinaria de alta calidad que uno esperaría de un hotel de esta categoría y precio. En retrospectiva, elegir la media pensión, pensando en simplificar nuestras cenas durante el viaje familiar, fue un error. Aseguro a mis lectores que no es una exageración. Por lo tanto, sugeriría enérgicamente evitar este régimen y optar por los platos a la carta.

Además, cabe mencionar que el servicio de restaurante era extremadamente lento, con cenas que cada noche se prolongaban más de dos horas debido a las largas esperas entre plato y plato. Este retraso parecía aún más frustrante ya que tuve la impresión de que los platos a la carta se preparaban y servían con una prioridad mayor.

Aunque este hotel se beneficia enormemente de su impresionante ubicación y tiene un potencial extraordinario, hay áreas clave que requieren mejoras para satisfacer las expectativas de los huéspedes y justificar plenamente su calificación de cuatro estrellas.

Una location incantevole,personale super,assoluta qualità,top struttura!!!!

Sono stato a pranzo un giorno infrasettimanale di giugno. Abbiamo ordinato una fregola di mare, un’orata con verdure e gamberi lessi. Le materie prime e le preparazioni decisamente di scarsa qualità. Sembravano tutti piatti surgelati e riscaldati (vista anche la velocità del servizio). Il prezzo ovviamente non adeguato, troppo alto. Impressionanti i 6€ per un calice di vino della casa (di scarsa qualità) e 20€ per la bottiglia dello stesso vino (forse è stato sbagliato il calcolo?!).

Luogo incantevole, ricco di pace e silenzio, anche piacevolmente fresco con vista sul lago e sulla bellissima piscina. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta con un sorriso. Mangiato una fregola spettacolare, gamberoni, dolce top e mirto della casa. Menù su prenotazione da provare assolutamente. Conto decisamente in linea. Torneremo sicuramente.

The rooms are beautiful with a nice view over the lake, if you book superior. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
But the best was in my opinion the food!
Also for vegetarians you have enough options. I spent 4 weeks on the island and for me the food here was one of the best I had!

Abbiamo contattato questa struttura perché, fortunatamente, un altro resort nelle vicinanze non aveva disponibilità.
Sin da subito il personale si è rivelato disponibile e professionale, agevolando il pre check-in ed avvallando alcune nostre piccole richieste.

Gli edifici si adattano perfettamente tra le querce ed il mirto, creando una piacevole sensazione di placidità. Gli interni sono semplici ma di buon gusto, strizzando l'occhio alla tradizione ma senza cadere nel cliché.

Le camere sono ovviamente separate dalla struttura principale e vi si accede attraverso dei viottoli pavimentati che aumentano il senso di privacy.
Gli interni delle camere sono puliti e ben accessoriati con tutte le comodità necessarie.

La cena si è rivelata varia ed interessante, con piatti semplici ma originali, dai gusti piacevoli ed azzeccati.

Idem per la colazione, molto varia e con prodotti chiaramente di qualità.

Consiglio questa struttura a tutti coloro che cercano relax in mezzo alla natura, per uno o due giorni, senza farsi mancare un assaggio dello chef.

Tutto a partire dalla location per arrivare al personale e' stato eccellente durante il mio purtroppo breve soggiorno in questa piccola perla in mezzo al verde.
Le camere pulite e curate, sono delle sorta di bungalow e assicurano privacy e tranquillità.
Ma il pezzo forte e' senza dubbio il pergolato e il giardino con la piscina che pur essendo piccolo e'veramente curato e bellissimo. Un angolo di paradiso per chi ha bisogno di staccare da tutto e respirare. Colazione perfetta e completa.
Abbiamo usufruito anche del ristorante dove si mangia molto molto bene. Spero di poter tornare presto e rubare un week end di pace in questa oasi nel verde.

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern.Wir hatten Halbpension. Frühstück war ok.Eigentlich alles da,aber jeden Tag das gleiche. Abendessen war richtig gut-4 Gänge.Man muß aber Zeit mitbringen.Ab 19.30h Abendessen-dauert dann 2 Stunden.Getränke fand ich überteuert.Großes Bier 7€,Aperol Spritz 9€.Im Bungalow war aber ein Kühlschrank in dem man mitgebrachte Getränke kühlen konnte.Die Lage des Hotels war Klasse.Mitten im nirgendwo mit Blick auf den See.Es gibt aber keinen Weg zum See.Ganz wichtig ist das eigene Auto oder ein Mietwagen.Für Kinder ist diese Anlage ungeeignet aber ideal für Menschen die Ruhe suchen.
