Premetto che esteticamente l’hotel si presenta molto bene, curato e pulito.
A mio avviso presenta molte pecche.
La prima pecca è la pulizia delle stanze.
Le stanze non sono mai state pulite se non sistemando gli asciugamani (non cambiati) e lavando a terra con acqua sporca.
Diverse mattine abbiamo trovato la donna delle pulizie che lavava i lettini della piscina con la stessa acqua che ha lavato le camere…
Abbiamo trovato simpatica e cordiale solo la receptionist mentre il personale che ci ha accolto ogni mattina al bar per la colazione era scorbutico… dal terzo giorno del mio soggiorno in poi (probabilmente sono stata presa di mira per non so quale motivo????)una ragazza che serviva la colazione mi ha rimproverato perché non indossavo un pantaloncino nonostante io le avessi detto che avevo un vestitino, stesso episodio accaduto nei giorni successivi perché indossavo dei pantaloni copri costume. ( posso capire che bisogna avere un abbigliamento abbastanza coperto però i modi sono la prima cosa).
Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni due giorni e addirittura un giorno non sono stati messi perché la mattina le ho lasciate nel bidè per far capire che dovevano essere cambiate.
Una cosa molto positiva e da ammirare in un tipo di struttura del genere è la pulizia dell’acqua della piscina. Il cloro viene buttato direttamente da un signore ogni mattina, rimanendo lì a sistemare per circa un’oretta.
Consiglio solo per il punto strategico e per l’estetica dell’hotel, per il resto deve essere riorganizzato.

Rooms basic but cleaned everyday along with fresh bedding and towels staff so accommodating bit out of way but shuttle bus is great x

Hotel lovely and clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff amazing can't do enough for you. All round great experience. Definitely go back.

Lovely stay here for a week with my sister, food was good, free bus to the beach and back was fantastic ????

Zimmer angenehm mit Blick zum Pool, Frühstück gut und ausreichend!
Lage ca. 2,5 km von Laganas Beach entfernt, dafür 4 mal am Tag kostenloser Shuttle Bus dahin und zurück!

What a beautiful place to stay! A family hotel but, they welcome you as though your family. It’s about a 30 minute walk from the beach which was perfect for me and my girlfriend as we went for a break. The pool was amazing and food was delicious too! The burgers were huge! The hotel have a shuttle service to the beach and fetch you back also. Rooms are lovely and cleaned daily. The lovely Demi on the bar was unbelievably helpful nothing was too much. Definitely don’t listen to the bad reviews as they’re painting a rotten picture of this fantastic hotel. We’re already looking for next year to stay again.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, food in snack bar was lovely. Well priced. Pool is brill. No sunbed wars here.

Rooms could do with an update but I think they are working on this.
Breakfast was great. Such a wide selection.
Yes its out of the way but sadly Laganas is a party beach so lots of hens and stags parties with excessive alcohol and piles of sick in the street. So we were very pleased to be away from it all!
Only downside i can mention (we are still here) the beds and pillows are the most uncomfortable ive ever slept in. So lots of alcohol before bed is needed!
Would defo return here.

Was very sceptical due to many negative reviews, but surprisingly the hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great pool. Perfect hotel. Not too far from strip either. Would recommend.

good service, food at the hotel was good and reasonable priced. the hotel it self had a strong smell of rotten eggs. this hotel is far away from the strip and taxis are usually £10 to get there. defiantly more of a family or couples spot rather then a friends holiday

io e la mia ragazza abbiamo alloggiato 7 notti e 8 giorno presso la struttura ; optando per una stanza superior con vista piscina.
Già dal primo giorno l’impatto è stato super positivo, oltre all’estrema gentilezza e pazienza dello staff, in particolare della receptionist di cui , purtroppo, non ricordo il nome, con capelli lunghi e castani; la stanza era perfetta , grande e luminosa , ottima la pulizia e molto carino il balconcino.
C’è la possibilità durante tutta la giornata anche di utilizzare la piscina dell’hotel, anche quella molto carina.
Colazione super ricca, tra dolce e salato.
Posizione perfetta 5 minuti da Laganas senza però essere immersi nel casino che la caratterizza.
Nulla da dire, lo consiglio vivamente.

Se c'è una cosa che veramente ti colpisce di questo hotel è la cura per l'igiene.
Ho viaggiato tanto in questi anni e questo hotel li batte tutti.
La simpatia e professionalità del personale, il parcheggio gratuito, la colazione abbondante e internazionale fa arrivare la mia valutazione a 5 stelle difficile che arrivi a tanto.
Il ristorante/bar è sicuramente comodo e gestito da ragazze dolcissime, con prezzi modici per il cibo un po' troppo caro per le bevande.
La piscina molto curata ma senza un servizio di bagnino o di controllo.

Værelserne er slidte men rene.
Der er næsten udelukkende engelske unge mennesker der kommer for at feste om natten, så meget larm fra 22-24 og igen fra 05 til 06.30 hvor de kommer hjem fra byen.
Hotellet har bus service til stranden formiddag og eftermiddag.
Personalet er venligt og imødekommende.
Priserne i baren er rimelige og maden ok uden at være prangende.
Bemærk at aircondition koster 10 euro pr dag, hvilket er dyrt, for noget der burde være obligatorisk.
Der er ingen restauranter i nærområdet, men en taxa koster 10 euro til de fleste lokaliteter.
Laganas er festby for unge, så ikke egnet til børnefamilier. Tag derimod til kalamaki i nabobyen.
Her er bedre restauranter og mere roligt.
Er du derimod ung og gerne vil feste, så er det spot on .

Τα μειονεκτήματα του ξενοδοχείου έλλειψη καθαριότητας δωματίου. Χαλασμένο σίδερο και πιστολάκι μαλλιών. Το ίντερνετ χαλασμένο χωρίς πρόσβαση στο δίκτυο. Το air condition δεν λειτουργούσε σχεδόν ποτέ και όταν λειτουργούσε ήταν τόσο αργό πράγμα που είναι πραγματικά θλιβερό όταν η θερμοκρασία αγγίζει τους 43 βαθμούς. Παρόλο αυτά το πλεονεκτήματα είναι ότι η τοποθεσία είναι κοντά στον Λαγανά. Το δωμάτιο όμορφα ανακαινισμένο με θέα στην πισίνα.
