Fantastic villa, very short walk to the beach and lovely staff.

Absolutely lovely location and property! Lia was wonderful and provided all kinds of recommendations to make sure we had the best visit. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with fabulous views of the coast. Alegría Villas is truly a happy place!

We visited in the last week of september with a group of 4 adults and a 1yo baby. It was the best possible accommodation for us, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, terraces from each room, clean bathrooms, a huuuge garden full of quiet, green corners for the baby to play and an amazing pool. Most important for the baby, it was a walking distance from the beach. And also pretty quiet in the afternoon and during the night, so we we all slept “like babies”.

The towels and the bed sheets were changed every other day and the floors swiped. The cleaning ladies were very respectful with our belongings and always put them back in their place after cleaning.

We had an amazing barbeque in the garden and they have outdoor lunch areas for the guests. In the morning, if we were too lazy to make ourselves coffee, we would go to the villas bar and get really great cappuccinos. Everything was provided for and really up to the standards even outside of the season (we left on 2nd Oct)

The host, Lia, was so helpful and nice with us. She gave us tips on beaches, tavernas and bars, drew us a map on the best places we should check. She even brought us traditional olive oil as a courtesy.

We would most definitely return here! It is perfect for families or groups!

Great place to stay. The host was great and the apartment was always clean with new towels and bedding.
Doors and windows were a bit noisy to shut and there were no mosquito screens, so not good if you wanted some fresh air at night rather than use the air conditioning.
Overall a great place to stay and a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants ????

Belle le ville, ottime se si vuole rimanere in zona ma un po fuori da tutto se si vuole visitare l'isola.

Dimitri the host was so helpful before we even arrived. His knowledge of the island was amazing. Tips of what to do /see really helpful.
The Villa is perfect such a quaint mix of traditional and modern necessities. Having our own pool was a delight and our Villa was very private not overlooked etc.
There are two filully equipped kitchens and bathrooms etc. lots and lots of beds too. Housekeeping came every couple of days too. The addition of a bar on-site was also lovely as could go get drinks/ ice creams / cocktails without leaving . The local village and beaches are fab everything is within walking distance. Basilisks is beautiful you really feel like you are getting a true reflection of life here. Loved Zakynthos can’t wait to come back.

Thank you very much for one of the best holidays we've ever had! The location is a dream, the villa is gorgeous, the cleaning service is impeccable and the nearly beaches are beautiful... We wish we had more time to spend here, to fully enjoy everything! We are already thinking of coming back here with friends.

Fantastische Woche in einer traumhaften Villa

Wir hatten Ende August/anfangs September eine fantastische Zeit in Alegria Villas verbracht. Wunderbare Villa mit eigenem Pool, ausgestattet mit allem, was man haben möchte. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, voll klimatisiert und ruhig, eine wunderschöne Entspannungsoase. Lia, die Gastgeberin, ist mega nett und hilfsbereit, sie stand uns bei jeder Frage mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein sehr schöner Strand mit feinem Sand ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt. Wir können Alegria Villas wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles liebe Lia, wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Will definitely be back. Pristine rooms. Every apartment has an outdoor jacuzzi bath and washing machine. An airer is provided. Fab pool, fun area for kids, hammocks, tree houses, big tables in social areas, bar stocked full of beautiful drinks - coffee is fantastic. Ice creams. A little room next to the pool with a travel cot in and books for kids. Sunbeds with parasols around the pool. They provide parasols and beach toys to borrow to take to the beach. Nicest place we have ever been. So peaceful, so tranquil, and Leia the owner is a darling. Took the time to sit down and show us all the best places to go in Zante on a map.

No "chavs" in sight either! Family friendly, happy, homely place to stay. And would say it is more 4 star than 3 star. We picked a gem- and will be back! Thank you!

Ότι πρέπει για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές στο κέντρο του Αγ.Νικολαου στο Βασιλικό!!Δύο λεπτά από τοΑμμος και πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από το ΝΩΕ!!Ησυχαστήριο με όλες τις ανέσεις,μέσα στο πράσινο και με την ιδιοκτήτρια έτοιμη ανά πάσα στιγμή να εξυπηρετήσει και να ενημερώσει όπως και να δώσει όμορφες καιι ψαγμενες προτάσεις!!!

We had a great time staying at Alegria in Zakynthos. The villa is situated in a quiet area, but also very close to the beach (5 minute walk). Privacy is ensured by the lush vegetation that's also offering afternoon shade when cooling off at the pool. The villa is also very spacious, clean and well equipped.

Lia is so very friendly and helpful! She offered us great advice for visiting the island and even helped us with organizing some trips (car and boat rental). All in all, she played a big part in making our vacation truly enjoyable.

I recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone who wishes to experience authentic Greek hospitality!

Great place for family holiday, place felt very cosy, well thought, comfortable, i loved the variety of chillout areas around the villas and pool.
Enjoyed dining on balcony with views over the olive tree gardens and sea. Zante got beautiful beaches, and two of them few minutes away walking distance.
Amazing service and support throughout the stay, Lia is the best!
Looking forward to come again :)
