The food and location of Cesar Meze Bar in the heart of Lindos under the Acropolis is amazing. But what makes this place even more unique and special is its owner - Kosmas, who is an amazing host in all levels you can think of.

We have selected Cesar Meze Bar for our pre-wedding cocktail reception in September 2023. Before confirming the venue we had some talks with Kosmas who never let us doubt about the quality of the restaurant and its being the right choice for a 100-120 group of internationals coming to Greece for our wedding - offering the best option for the first experience of a pre-wedding reception. We have reserved both levels of the rooftop and selected to offer finger food & wine from 19.00 till midnight. We have left all liberty to Kosmas to arrange everything.

When we arrived at our own party we were stunned by the beauty of the scenery, the atmosphere, the service and the buffet. The menu was a variation of refined mezedes of greek origin, unbeatable in taste and finesse; our guests was fascinated by the flavors and the presentation of the plates, whereas the offering was so generous that felt like a normal dinner buffet and not finger food. The music, the wine and the drinks were just dreamy, and we could not help being thankful to Kosmas who managed to please all our guests, requests that came as a surprise always in good mood, with a smile, confidence and great spirits.

We wish we could repeat that night again; our guests had only great comments for the venue, we would go again and again, for lunch or dinner, on any occasion, just to have the view, a glass of wine, a tasteful bite or more of some "grushi" (Greek Sushi), chicken skewers, tuna tacos or pork, and shake Kosmas hand.

We had our wedding reception here in July 2023 and I cannot recommend it enough!

Kosmas was very flexible, communicative and supportive throughout the planning process and when we were in Lindos. All of his staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The food, drinks and cocktails were INCREDIBLE and excellent value in my opinion considering the quality of food and experience you are getting, in the most beautiful setting. Lots of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had.

The venue is one of the only ones in Lindos village where you can have as many as 80 guests all on the same rooftop dining together. It is close to the acropolis and has a beautiful view across the white rooftops at sunset.

I cannot recommend this beautiful restaurant enough. If you are considering a wedding (or dinner or event) here, DO IT! You won’t regret it.

We hosted a private soirée for 100+ guests. The experience was beyond expectations. Food, drinks, service, music, the view were all perfect! But above all, it was Kosmas, the owner, who accommodated all last-minute unexpected requests and was always friendly, helpful and professional from the initial planning meetings till the end of the night. Very very good mezes!!!!

Honestly the best meal we had in our 3 day trip to Lindos. Excellent service with attention to detail in explanations of the dishes, which were all truly delicious and unique, showcasing local cuisine. Accompanied by a lovely local white Rhodian wine. Don't have a bad thing to say, and I'd say is a very underrated restaurant and should be a must visit on your trip to Lindos. It is a little more on the expensive side which should be noted if you're on a budget, but honestly worth every penny and well worth treating yourself!

Stunning view and great service with good food

This is a beautiful place to eat or drink. The setting is awesome, staff very professional and friendly.
The Meze is high end in quality, tasty and well presented.
For us the price was almost out-of our budget, €60 per person, for 1 drink ,bread, 1 person had a starter and 1 main each.
Oh before I forget, it's not obvious but the price for the bread basket is per person and not the table, not a criticism but more to inform future diners.
Will we return?

Κατεβαίναμε από το κάστρο και κάναμε μια στάση για καφέ και ξεκούραση. Πείτε στη κυρια εκεί να ξεκαβαλισει λιγάκι το καλάμι γιατί της αφήνουμε τα χρήματα μας.
Ένας χυμός πορτοκαλί που είχε όλα τα κουκούτσια μέσα, πως το κατάφεραν δεν ξέρω και ένας καφές που απλά δεν πινότανε.

Amazing atmosphere under akropolis of lindos.the waiter Yannis was really friendly and professional. The plate beef with tuna tartar was just delicious ????.we will definitely visit again .

The vibes in the place are really good - perfect view and breeze, nice music.
We order 2 orange juices and 2 coffees, that were great, and greek salad - my brothers reaction: "deadly deliciousss!!"

Très beau lieu mais très déçus.. nous avons payé 62€ pour 2 (ce n’est pas très chère certes), les plats sont vide, nous avions pris moussaka, il y avais 3 ravioles garnis de viandes dans l'assiette, le service était bcp trop rapide et les serveurs tourne sans arrêt autour de la table, à peine nous avions finit nos plats que lés serveurs débarrassaient déjà, lindos est un très bel endroit mais nous avions été très déçus par ce restaurant, à éviter ????

????️ The service is very well trained and qualified; they are professional and pleasant. The manager is also very nice, and they always remember you, even years after your first visit!

????️ The upper terrace area offers the best double view for everyone around the table to enjoy (with one wonderful view of the city and the other side with a view of the perfectly managed garden and the acropolis).
