Querido personal del Al Minar Hotel, gracias de nuevo por vuestro trato. Hacía años que no nos sentíamos tanto como en casa pero fuera de esta. Cuidais cada detalle, y aunque el hotel es sencillo, me encantaría volver a alojarme aqui si volvemos. Buena calidad precio, a 5 min a pie del casco antiguo de stone Town pero en zona tranquila dónde puedes descansar a tu vuelta. Mosquiteras y aire acondicionado. Cama durita, como en el 95% de los alojamientos de la isla. El personal de noche de seguridad super amable también. Desayuno, el mismo cada día pero tienes opciones diferentes para escoger. Cocinado al momento.
Se enteraron que era mi cumpleaños durante mi estancia y me prepararon una sorpresa. Mil gracias, lo recordaré siempre ❤️

A great hotel, i am so proud staying at that hotel they provide good services and the Hotel attendants are Superb. They helped me when i required transport services and at what place where i was heading

Nice breakfast and the view from the balcony is extremely awesome, it is located in a good location and for those who like Places which are quiet to relax this hotel is your best option

Stayed here for a day, the AC and fan both were as good as non functional.
Asked for a replacement but were told the hotel is full.
Given the weather is quite hot and humid, did not enjoy my stay here.

Extremely poor
Starting with the room smells dump all day not well ventilated not even a pant dries on room air when you sleep you have to cover your face with your clothes I literally gave away my money for free at this hotel???????????? The so called manager knows very well his place is bad but couldn’t care to help. Talk of breakfast most of the stuff is unavailable even basic water. I don’t recommend as I felt the place is a health hazard to me.

Poor.
the breakfast menu shoes real fresh coffees and teas but the reality is that they say they don't have it and offer you a poor instant coffee and black tea to do yourself. Unacceptable. The hotel supposedly has a great breakfast included.

Our room was dump ,humid with not a nice smell. The air in the room was suffocating Airconditioning barely working. Toilet paper not in the room. Small Window just looking on the narrow corridor.

From the moment you walk in you feel service is of utmost priority here. Welcomed by a lovely juice and a soft spoken, extremely professional manager Hassan. Staff go out of their way to help you from the reception to the breakfast waiters. Very smiley and warm ambience. Rooms are very comfortable and location is perfect for Stone Town. I hope the staff are looked after well as they deserve it given the hotel would be my choice only due to the staff currently there. Thank you to Hassan, the ladies at reception and cleaners and the lovely smiley waiter at breakfast this morning. Asante Sana and I hope to see you all again soon.

We had the best stay at the Al Minar Hotel. The location is great. The staff was warm, friendly and very helpful always. The manager Hasan went out of his way to assistent us. The rooms are nice and clean. We hope to return one day again. Was the best vacation

Nettes Personal und gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Hotel liegt Zentral in Stone Town und man kann fussläufig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet (Ventilator, Klimaanlage, Smart TV und Mosquito Netze) . Das Frühstück könnte jedoch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Really good value for money. The hotel is not five star, but it is in a great location and the service is great. Hotel is located one block from Park Hyatt, and within close distance to beach front restaurants.

A truly lovely place with great location!
The manager Hassan was extremely helpful, always smiling, ready for an advice, feedback and joke. Saumu handled my tours/excursions and she was also great!
My room was spacious and very clean. For breakfast they offer an entire menu.
Loved every second of it, definitely recommend it!

Hôtel très correct bien situé au coeur de Zanzibar Town .
Trés bon accueil de tout le personnel.
Wifi et climatisation dans la chambre
Le restaurant est fermé et le petit déjeuner est de piètre qualité : café en poudre notamment.
De plus un coq s'est mis à chanter vers 5h du matin sans s'arrêter. A 10 h au moment du départ, il s'égosillait encore!
