Beautiful historical building with nice rooms (we had rooms on the first floor).
Room was cleaned every day.
The staff is very genuine, nice and attentive.
Breakfast was buffet type with a good choice of different foods. although i would say this is the typical hotel breakfast for this price class.
Wifi is not great, you constantly have to reconnect and in our room the signal was poor but this was not a big issue for us.
Pool is nice and refreshing!

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, kolonialstil, Zimmer unterschiedlicher Kategorien,sauber, Zimmer in den oberen Etagen nur per Treppe zur erreichen, Aufenthalt während des Ramadan mit entsprechend trägem Service, kein Alkoholausschank..Frühstück okay.

We had a good stay but the only thing is the flow of the shower is too low or small and we got a mediocre car rent with the broken brake what isn't in comparison with the price what we paid for

Hôtel magnifique, décoration d'époque, très bien situé, piscine à l'ombre une bonne partie de la journée. Service agréable. Je recommande.

Lovely rustic hotel. Very clean. Nice air conditioned rooms. Restaurant is very good. No beer or wine available.

We had a very good experience !
The location is perfect in the old town, which everything is walkable.
The breakfast was incredible with so much and the eggs bar is such a good idea.
And amazing staff very helpful and kind.

Standort ist perfekt, Personal hilfsbereit, Zimmer authentisch - jedoch mein Bett etwas weich. Grühstück ist „okay“.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme ( ancien palais), idéalement situé à Stone Town pour les visites. La chambre était propre , spacieuse. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très copieux. Et le petit plus qui est très agréable est la piscine qui permet de se rafraichir après une journée sous le soleil. Nous sommes vraiment très reconnaissants envers le personnel. On avait un vol à 23h, ils nous ont gardé nos sacs mais aussi nous ont permis l'accès à la piscine et à une douche avant notre départ pour l'aéroport.

The hotel with its location and decor makes a perfect stay in Stone town. Room is spacious and the furniture authentic. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a lot of varieties. Highly recommend for a stay in the city :)

Emplacement idéal sur Stone town pour tout faire à pied.
Personnel à l'écoute, piscine agréable après une bonne journée à découvrir la ville.
Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux.
Merci à eux encore pour avoir récupéré notre bagage suite à la perte d'un de nos bagage à l'aéroport après 5 jours ????

Sehr luxuriöse Unterkunft mit dem Charm aus alten Händlerzeiten. Die Lage in dem alten Stone Town ist auch ideal - alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das nach oben offene Bad im oberen Stockwerk ist verblüffend schön.

We ordered Avocado Salad. They did not have fresh avocados so they sent someone running to the closest market to get some.
Rooms with the pool view are BomB!
Only thing you might find a little different is the food - but thats how it is there so…

The rooms are set in old style. Comfortable beds, bathrooms all that you need. Sometimes depending on the room it can be loud from outside but that's not the hotels fault. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is a buffet.

Petit frère du Tembo ! Cet hôtel bien placé est aussi très agréable. Chambres à 100 $ avec un buffet pour le petit déjeuner en terrasse, très agréable. Piscine en bas et cadre vraiment agréable. Je recommande aussi pour le restaurant aussi le soir sur le toit.
