Nous fêtions le mariage d'un ami. Elle ne nous a pas laissé nager, même en petits groupes, alors que nous avions appelé avant et qu'on nous avait dit que nous pouvions nager par 5. Elle nous a dit qu'ils fermaient la piscine à 5 heures. Nous sommes arrivés à 4 heures et on nous a dit que nous ne pouvions pas nager du tout.
Nous allions y dîner mais nous avons décidé de ne pas le faire car nous n'avions jamais rencontré quelqu'un d'aussi impoli. Elle doit travailler sur son service à la clientèle. Nous sommes allés ailleurs et avons donné plus de mille dollars à notre entreprise.
La prochaine fois, apprenez à parler aux clients en tant qu'êtres humains et non pas à être impolis.
Je ne recommanderais cet endroit à personne, peu importe la vue ou quoi que ce soit d'autre.

Mit dem Zimmer sind wir allerdings nicht zufrieden:
-übertrieben laut (unmittelbar an einer Moschee)
-Badezimmertür hackt
-Dusche sieht unhygienisch aus
-kein TV
-"Fenster" im Bad kann man nicht schließen um den Lärm zu reduzieren
-kein Kleiderschrank
-Flecken auf 3 von 4 Kissen
-muffiger Geruch

For your information there was no group as you claimed but only 2 kids aged 7 and 10 year old plus my wife and I. After my tour guide rang you the next day after 4-5 phone calls you decided to refund me back the $20,000 shillings as a bribe on the condition that I withdraw the truth of this review, but you never refunded me this money and now are taking advantage of 2 innocent kids and blackmail. You are as low as I have ever met a person. Resulting in scamming innocent people.
You should never serve cocktail close to the pool but in plastic glass so it does break I bought a cocktail nit a glass. Never ever go to this venue and avoid it at all costs

Firstly, we were disheartened by the cleanliness of the rooms. The standards seemed to fall short of what one would expect from a luxury establishment. This aspect was particularly concerning given my fiancée's pregnancy, as we were seeking a safe and hygienic environment.
Additionally, the noise level within the building was continuously disruptive. This constant disturbance significantly detracted from the peaceful experience we hoped for.
A particularly challenging aspect was the early morning prayers conducted right outside our window at 5 am. The lack of soundproofing meant that our sleep was greatly affected.
While we understand that every guest's experience can vary, we felt it necessary to share our own. We hope that Upendo House takes this feedback into consideration to improve future guests' experiences.
