KILIMANJARO HEROES ADVENTURES

Expérience absolument incroyable avec Kilimanjaro Heroes, du début à la fin. Le service client et la communication ont été exceptionnels. Nous avons conçu un safari de 5 jours adapté à notre budget, à un prix très compétitif, et nous avons assigné le meilleur guide qui soit, JAMAL, qui a été incroyable par sa connaissance des oiseaux locaux (mon mari est un ornithologue et un photographe passionné) et qui s'est assuré que nous trouvions tous les animaux habituels des safaris. Anglais exceptionnel, si facile à vivre et si gentil. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise LOCALEMENT DÉTENUE ET EXPLOITÉE. S'il vous plaît soutenir local ????????????.

We booked our combo Kilimanjaro hike (Machame route, 7 days), and safari (5 days in Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro), using Kilimanjaro Heroes Adventures.
From the very beginning, Evarist was extremely patient and available: he communicated for a few weeks via whatsapp to discuss our needs and desires. He planned for us two weeks climbing Kili and doing a safari. He was always available to provide clarifications, suggest what to pack, how to prepare, and so on.
We discussed hotel and lodge options, discussed possible swaps and upgrades in the accommodations where possible.
As this was our honeymoon, Evarist made sure to give us the best treatment, with small perks and surprises here and there.

Our mountain guide (Emanuel, accompanied by Robert), picked us up at the airport, showed us where to exchange money, accompanied us to the hotel, did a gear check, and supported my wife in finding a pair of decent hiking boots, as hers broke on the way. We had a one day hike at Materuni waterfall, where we also experience coffee and traditional food of the Chagga people. Emanuel shared facts and trivia about Tanzania and life there, giving us a first introduction into the country we were getting to explore.

During the 7 days hike, we experienced “all the colours of Kili”, from rain to sun and snow at the summit. The guides taught us a lot about the country and their life there, making the hikes very pleasant and relaxed.
At camp, the whole crew was always very friendly and available, taking care of us and making sure everything was always on point. Food was plenty and delicious (kudos to Mama Africa, or Sahidi, our chef). The evening medical check was a moment to reflect on the day and assess our state and how our bodies were adapting to the altitude and the efforts. On summit day, Emanuel and Robert helped us during the long and tiresome night hike, supporting us mentally and physically, pushing us to reach the summit on a splendid sunny morning.
After we got our certificates, shared a toast and some singing, we were taken back to our hotel, where soon after our safari guide (Jamal) came to brief about the logistics of the upcoming safari.

We spent the next 5 days roaming through natural parks, learning about the Tanzanian fauna and spotting all the big 5 as well as plenty more animals. Every morning, we would start between 5 and 7AM our game drive with the precious help of our trusted guide. Jamal made it truly unforgettable, showing us everywhere

Nous avons passé un safari extraordinaire. Merci beaucoup à M. Evarist pour ses compétences professionnelles dans l'organisation des meilleurs 7 jours de safari. Avant le voyage, j'ai envoyé des messages à environ 20 entreprises en Tanzanie, et lui seul a répondu immédiatement et était toujours disponible au téléphone pour m'offrir et adapter tout ce que j'avais besoin. Nous avons visité : Le parc national de Tarangire, le Serengeti, le parc national d'Arusha, le parc national de Ngorongoro, le village de Massai et le lac Manyara. Il nous a trouvé les meilleurs camps de tentes et lodges avec un service incroyable.
Un grand merci à notre guide privé Elly pour cette expérience inoubliable. Quand la réalité dépasse les attentes. Bravo à toute l'équipe. J'ai hâte de revenir l'année prochaine pour voir la migration des animaux.

J'ai effectué l'ascension du Kilimandjaro par la voie Lemosho avec la compagnie Kilimandjaro Heroes Adventures. La prestation a été d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Que ce soit l'accueil a l'aéroport très pro, la qualité du team qui pendant les 7 jours aura été présent et efficace ou encore le niveau des hôtels proposés à l'arrivée et au départ (clim, grand lit, Wi-Fi...) . Les guides toujours à l'écoute, disponible, très pédagogue sachant s'adapter aux clients, le cuisinier et son adjoint qui nous ont régalé chaque jours (à 4500 un plat chaud avec du poulet...) et les porteurs qui ont assurer leur job sans défaut. Une ascension dans ces conditions est plus que confortable et safe. Enfin, le prix est conforme et vouloir chercher moins cher se fera aux dépend de la prestation. Au final, je recommande vivement Kilimandjaro Heroes Adventures qui a pleinement répondu aux attentes et fait preuve d'un professionnalisme remarquable.

J'ai passé un moment extraordinaire en grimpant le Kilimandjaro. L'équipe a travaillé très dur. La nourriture était excellente et les prix sont très corrects. Je recommande vivement l'équipe de Kilimajaro et mon guide Siza.
