We have stayed at this hotel twice. The customer service is FANtASTIC. On our first stay, our flight has arrived earlier but the hotel sent the bus ahead of time , it makes a difference for the group of 15 people. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. It is not a Kempinski, but if you wish to experience true African hospitality, african showers special, if you wish to wake up to rooster coco-reekoo every morning, seeing many locals around the corner , this is the right pick ! ( taxi to city center around 4 usd , tuk tuk around 1 USD )

Nice basic hotel with free breakfast and very lovely staff. They graciously let us check out late. Other than being woken up by a call to prayer at 4:30am just outside, we enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Only thing to note is the location isn’t the best, a 30 min walk to the main area of Arusha and down a bumpy road that some taxis weren’t excited about driving on.

My stay was great. The hotel provided a peaceful and secure environment, with comfortable accommodations. The breakfast was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend it.

Hôtel calme et confortable. Le personnel est vraiment super, dévoué et aux petits soins.
La nourriture du restaurant sur place était excellente.
Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit mais c'était une expérience géniale. Nous recommandons totalement.

This is a very comfortable hotel and great value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A nice cooked breakfast was included and prepared individually. Our upstairs double room was very comfortable and opened onto a long shared shady balcony with a pleasant view over the surrounding buildings. The location was great, just off the main T2 road in Sakina, with several nice local bars close by. This will be top of the list of places to stay if we come to Arusha again. Highly recommended!

The best service I ever had in any hotel, even better than 5 star hotels, and I’m not exaggerating, the guys are very polite and welcoming making you feel like you are at home plus it’s budget friendly. I would recommend bright star hotel to anyone who ever wants to visit Arusha, Tanzania. The internet is a bit down but that’s the infrastructure of the city so they have little to no control over it. All in all, for less than $20 bucks per night, this place Is worth every penny. Thank me later. Bye.

Siitio perfecto para quedarse en Arusha!! Mi marido y yo nos quedamos una noche y todo fue muy bien. Es un hotel muy sencillo y con todo lo necesario para pasar una noche en arusha.
Verónica es muy amable y desde el primer momento nos trató fenomenal y siempre muy atenta. Llegamos a las 23:00 de la noche y nos tenían preparada la cena. Siempre pendiente de cómo estamos y de si necesitamos algo.
Como punto “mejorable” tienen al lado una granja y hay gallos que a las 5am empiezan a cacarear y hacen bastante ruido.
