Amazing place. Helena and Sergio are super nice hosts, always friendly and with a lot of great recommendations for our stay on Terceira. The breakfast with a lot of local specialties was really good. If we come again to the Azores we will definitively stay here again.

Très prévenant et soucieux de votre bien être et faisant l'effort de parler français (merci Beatriz)
L'hôtel est très bien placé, dans une ville agréable et jolie.
Le patio pour le petit déjeuner très agréable.
La propreté générale de l'hôtel est irréprochable. Une très très belle étape pour des vacances aux Açores et à terceira. Ça met en joie.

Sergio, Helena, and Beatriz were the most accommodating people I have ever dealt with while traveling. This is the cleanest and well thought out hostel I've ever been to. My favorite hostel ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great location, comfy beds, great breakfast. It has it all!

Très bel hôtel avec du personnel bienveillant et très bien placé. A 5mn du centre à pied.
Tout est fait pour que l on se sente bien. Nombreux conseils de visites et restaurants sur l'ile . Je recommande vivement.

¡Un servicio excelente! Son personas muy atentas y que se nota que hacen su trabajo con cariño. El primer día te dan unas recomendaciones que a nosotros nos ayudaron muchísimo. También nos gestionaron el alquiler del coche y el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto. Además, el desayuno es con producto local y casero. Si buscáis sentiros bien atendidos, este es vuestro hostal.

Gostámos muito da experiência. Equipa muito simpática, prestável e disponível. Quartos espaçosos, cama muito confortável e um espaço muito acolhedor. Pequeno almoço variado e muito bom. Recomendamos sem dúvida!

No se puede ser más amable. El Hotel es moderno, bien equipado y claramente con calidad por encima del precio. Las habitaciones son muy funcionales y además está bien ubicado. Desayuno no muy extenso pero de Gran calidad. Gran descubrimiento

Clean rooms and excellent location. The biggest highlight is the wonderful owners and staff. They made our experience very enjoyable, with tons of help planning, information about the island and travel tips. Definitely stay here! We hope to again one day.

My partner and I just stayed here in a suite for a week. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Helena, her husband Sergio, and their staff were some of the most wonderful people we have ever met! It felt like as if we were staying with family! The location was perfect with easy access to many attractions, restaurants and bars in Angra. If you have a rental car, free parking is available on the street or about 150 metres away at a church. The included breakfast was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re planing a visit to Terceira.

Top quality, staff and location. Very close and supportive with the local culture and services. I doubt there is a better place to stay in the city, the kindness and attention of the staff are for sure the most remarkable aspect of this awesome hotel

Ottima accoglienza (la migliore delle nostre vacanze), personale gentilissimo. Camera moderna, pulita e ben attrezzata. Il letto è comodo. In questa vacanza alle Azzorre ho avuto l’impressione che alcune strutture non siano ancora pronte al grande turismo, questa di certo lo è!

A perfect place where to stay when in Angra do Heroismo, right in the city center. But what makes the stay even more amazing apart from the hotel itself and the location is the kindness and professionalism of Sergio & Helena and their staff. They managed to book us a rental car last minute with their contacts which was not an easy thing and gave us as well lots of recommandations on what to visit and where to eat. Breakfast was very good as well with local and hand made products. You feel welcomed and like at home. It was perfect. Thanks again Sergio and Helena and hope to see you again soon

Superlativa la struttura, incredibile gentilezza dei proprietari Helena e Sergio, con estrema pazienza e professionalità Helena ci ha aiutato nella scelta di un tour, consigliato luoghi dove mangiare , fare passeggiate ...il luogo più affascinante dove ho soggiornato nelle Azzorre..merita sicuramente una lode ...

Tout.... Tout est parfait au Memoria Hostel avant même votre arrivée. Les échanges par mail et la réactivité des réponses, l'arrivée avec des explications sur la ville à visiter ainsi que toute l'île avec des cartes et des adresses pour se restaurer. Notre chambre était parfaite avec vue sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits locaux et maisons. A goûter le Granola maison d'Helena, il est à tomber...Le Memoria Hostel est notre établissement préféré depuis le début de nos vacances aux açores. Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement

This place is amazing! The owners are so friendly and accommodating. We will not stay anywhere else when on this island! Highly recommend over a hotel.

Magnifica estancia en el hotel. La atencion de Helena, Sergio y el resto del staff fue maravillosa, cuidando siempre cada detalle. Sin duda un sitio para regresar
