Quartos com decoração antiquada
Um dos quartos era aproveitamento, logo tínhamos que nos baixar para não bater com a cabeça. Pequeno almoço com panquecas frias/ainda congeladas, pouca variedade.
Saliento que neste hotel os cancelados da sata não são bem recebidos!

The room was too poor for a 4 start hotel. No kettle, for example! Small TV. Shower glass leaking on the floor (the part bound to the wall) when showering. The room had a very small fridge which was a bit noisy. The room did not have a view to the ocean, but to a backstreet from where during the night was coming a pretty good amount of noise each time a car or people talking were passing by.

The buffet breakfast was even poorer: if you wish for a British breakfast, forget it: you only get the eggs (and only as scrambled), you either get bad canned mushrooms or fried bacon, but both at once (alternating, one day you get mushrooms and no fried bacon, the next day the fried bacon and no mushrooms), no tomatoes, no beans, no sausages, no black pudding. If you wish for a continental breakfast with cold meats and cheeses, then the "variety" is very poor: you only get one type of ham (or salami - not sure how to qualify it), one type of sliced cheese and some fresh local cheese. That is it for the continental breakfast!

The worst happened the day I left: I was picked up at 7:15, so before 7:30 when they start serving breakfast. Therefore they made me a small breakfast bag with a sweet roll, a tiny packet of cheapest biscuits, an apple and a small juice. I handed it back at 7:00 saying that I was expecting a sandwich with some ham and cheese (the ones that they serve each day as continental breakfast) and despite having still 15 minutes to wait until the pickup happened and the kitchen people being already there and doing their stuff, nobody cared to spent 30 seconds to prepare me a sandwich! So I left without a breakfast for which I paid! This attitude was the most ignorant and disrespectful to me.

Foi pena na segunda noite não ter sido tão agradável como a primeira.
Pois foi acordado por diversas vezes, com o choro de uma criança.

Problème avec la climatisation.

Um hotel acolhedor com pessoas preocupadas com o conforto dos clientes. Volto sempre!!

Bom pequeno almoço. Staff agradável.

Ein Stern für die Lage.

Das Holz ist mehr als veraltet, riecht extrem nach modrigen Wänden, Hygiene kenne ich für 4 Sterne auch anders.
Ich musste in 1 Woche, 2x meine nicht vorhandenen Handtücher an der Rezeption ordern.

Ich stand jeden Tag in meiner Dusche (2Etage) in meinem eigenen Sud, der der Ablauf sehr sehr wenig ablief. Trotz bitte es zu ändern, passierte nix positives.

Zimmer…kein Wasserkocher oder ähnlicher, was echt schade ist.

Bett war echt hart und die Kissen auch.

Das Frühstück….es gab jeden Tag nur 1 Sorte Käse plus 1 Sorte Wurst (immer dieselben Sorten)
Immer dieselben 2 Marmeladen.

Sehr sehr übersichtlich, leider.

A pleasant hotel right in the centre. We loved the wood finish as a decoration and flooring in the rooms. No restaurant for the time being we were told.
Breakfast offers an ample choice and of good quality. Coffee is ok but could be better.
Our room was spacious but with a limited view. But we asked for a quiet place so this must be the compromise. The bathroom is also large.

Zentrale Lage, schöne Zimmer und guter Service. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein

Nada de especial para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Vale pela localização muito central.

Lite hotell, men store rom. Frukosten er god, og har berre lokale råvarar. Ålreit service. Ligg godt plassert - kort avstand til “alt”.

Gutes Hotel mitten in Ponta Delgada. Kurzer Weg zur Markthalle, zum Hafen und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Taxi vom Airport zum Hotel 10,-€. Frühstück ist gut und die Bar auch.

I loved staying here!! Fantastic location, great breakfast, and extremely helpful staff. I normally don’t write reviews, but I really enjoyed staying here. Definitely recommend for staying in Ponta Delgada!

Wir waren hier als Wandergruppe untergebracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Mein Extra-Wunsch nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer konnte ohne viel Trara erfüllt werden und so hatte ich eine tolle Zeit. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut und zweckmäßig, das Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslung vertragen. Service, Freundlichkeit und Lage sind topp.

Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Gepflegt und ordentlich.

Je désirais être relax dans un cadre typique, proche de tout à pied ou en taxi, SUPER
On y parle açorien, portugais, anglais, français.
C'est certain, j'y retournerai afin de visiter et revisiter certain sites de l'île et j'en ferai mon pied à terre pour partir vers Pico, Faial, Flores et Terceira.
