Estou neste momento hospedada neste hotel com a minha família. Escolhemos a Suite Junior e foi uma excelente escolha. Aconselho a todos este hotel, desde a vista em frente ao mar, a localização, o pequeno almoço magnífico e os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos.
Tudo 5 estrelas. Muito obrigada.

Super přístup, personál výborný.
Pokoje již mají své nejlepší za sebou, ale jsou čisté a tak že nějaké drobné nedostatky jsou jen maličkost. Celkem jsem měli tři rezervace a rádi se vrátíme.

Gorąco polecam hotel. Otrzymaliśmy zamiast pokoju cały apartament z salonem i w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią. Bardzo dobre miejsce do zwiedzania całej wyspy.
Personel bardzo pomocny, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, pościel zmieniana co 2 dni. Na śniadania można też zamówić tosty oraz omlety - bez dopłaty.

What a wonderful experience. Had an apartment with a balcony overlooking the harbor. Every staff member was extremely welcoming and caring. Made us feel like special guests. Can't wait to return.

Our stay here was lovely, perfect location, delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
Rooms were clean, and the views were amazing from my window.
All of the staff was great and helpful, but a big shout out to Elsa, she made our experience there top-notch. We brought our toddler, who also loved Elsa!
Thank you to all the staff there who made our stay unforgettable. ????

Only downside was the size of the elevator, but that's not a huge issue, and I understand that a lot of the elevators are small. ????

We stayed here for about a month during a slow vacation and it was everything we could have asked for in terms of having a central base.

Elsa at the front desk was lovely in helping us organize a room at the last minute when our other arrangements did not work out.

All the staff were wonderful and super helpful every time we interacted with them.

The rooms are also large with great views. It felt like our own place and not like a hotel stay at all.

Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the Azores!

Kodikas kooltaan ja palveluitaan, sekä loistava "tukikohta" saareen tutustumiselle. Vastaanottopalvelu mutkatonta ja mukavaa. Kaipasin naulakoita kylpyhuoneeseen pyyhkeitä varten ja kapselikone mielestäni turhaa roskaa tuottava, etenkin aamiaisella???? Iso Kiitos koko henkilökunnalle????????♥️
