Appartement chaleureux et élégant possédant des chambres différentes au charme particulier.

Un bel exemple de chambre d’hôte où disponibilité, charme et confort sont de rigueur. Les chambres ont été soigneusement décorées, passion et goût s'observent immédiatement, le tout avec simplicité ; elles sont confortables avec une attention particulière pour les détails. Un lieu chaleureux et élégant avec tous les services modernes nécessaires. Chaque chambre possède un charme particulier. Pour le petit déjeuner, pas de problème, le quartier regorge d’excellents bars. Quel meilleur début de journée que celui de la tradition romaine… cornetto et cappuccino !

Ho soggiornato per una notte e non mi sono mai trovato cosi bene in altre parti.Camera super pulite,all’esterno delle camere una zona caffè gratis,e Antonio super disponibile nel spiegarci come muoverci alla meglio per Roma.

החדר מצויין עם אחלה מקלחת ושרותים. הוא מספיק גדול בשביל 2 אנשים.
הצוות מהמם, תמיד זמין לשאלות ולמתן תמיכה.

My husband and I booked the Rioni Monti Suites for two nights via their website. Upon arrival, we were required to pay for our full stay prior to seeing the room. Unfortunately, after entering the room we noticed a number of small bugs on the headboard of the bed and the wall behind the bed. When we informed the staff at the time, their solution was to wipe down the headboard with cleaning solution. Upon further inspection, we discovered more of the same bugs and were not comfortable staying in the room. Luckily, we were able to book another hotel nearby. When we returned to the Rioni to speak to someone about the situation, Manuela directed us to contact Zakir. As soon as we mentioned we were uncomfortable staying in the room, he became extremely defensive, and waffled between telling us that he couldn’t issue any kind of refund (even partial) because he wasn’t in charge, and telling us that there was no one else we could speak to to try to resolve the issue. He kept insisting that we would have had to cancel 48 hours in advance, but there is no way we would have known about the presence of bugs in the room prior to our arrival. He also repeatedly argued that other guests did not have similar complaints, despite us showing him the bugs immediately after entering the room. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend to others.
