It´s impossible to talk to this hotel. I have had this issued MANY times with them before. You call, they pick up and they hang up. How is it possible that a 5 hotel like this one with the rates they charge doesn´t answer the phone. I have an urgent matter to talk to them and it´s impossible to talk to them. Pathetic

I had a great stay at the hotel! I particularly enjoyed the very nice gym and personal trainer Pedro who was awesome! It was my first time at a hotel with a complimentary trainer, and it was an amazing perk. Highly recommend

Amazing hotel! I really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt. I also had a fantastic experience at the gym working out with Pedro the Personal trainer. He is very nice and helped provide a great workout.. for free!

Excellent location. The spacious sized rooms were cleaned two times a day, the breakfast at the restaurant, Omar, had a various type of fantastic food, and the front desk welcomed us when we arrived at the hotel. Adding on to the front desk, the customer service took it to whole different level.
