Ho trascorso 5 gg in questo hotel, per quello che riguarda alla reception e piscina ho trovato personale gentilissimo, l ordine e la pulizia in questi locali regnano ma nelle stanza avrei da disquisire , letto fatto alla bene e meglio, lenzuola scucite e sfilaccianti e la mia camicia da notte sempre appalottolata in qualsiasi angolo, bhe ho trovato molto di meglio!!!!!!

Chambre spacieuse et vue sur mer incroyable. la nuit on entend les bruits venant des autres chambres dommage. Un nettoyage du sol chambre et surtout terrasse à revoir. Petit déjeuner très très bien un véritable large choix

Très bel hôtel chambres spacieuses une belle vue sur la mer . Petit benole sur la ville un peu trop urbaine pour nous mais si vous vous éloignez de st giljan vous trouverez des villes magnifique a visiter

Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, la única pega fue la orientación ya que daba a un patio interno con aires acondicionados y hacia mucho ruido. La terraza cerrada y el aire acondicionado puesto. la habitación era para minusválidos por lo que el baño estaba adaptado y fue un poco incómodo el retrete. Las camas eran muy comodas

Great location! Decent sized rooms, a little dated but besides that great service and pool area was brilliant!

Literie très très inconfortable.
Après une 1ere nuit très mauvaise en raison d'un matelas en très mauvais état (ressorts très très usés), le personnel a accepté que nous changions de chambre. Dans la nouvelle chambre, le lit est dans le même état : très mauvais. On sent les ressorts dans le dos (et pourtant nous sommes des petit/moyen format).
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est incroyable que la base d'un hôtel : dormir, le lit ne soit pas une priorité.

Le petit-déjeuner est bien et le personnel y est agréable.

A clean and comfortable hotel near the centre of St. Julians. The room is good, the bed comfortable. Service is friendly and we have a free parking space. Breakfast is ok, some items from the buffet are not that great, but all in all the breakfast offers a variety of food. We can recommend a stay here.

My room on the first floor was in an Old Fashioned Style and quite big with a big window front and small balcony. Smoking only allowed outside and on the 7th Floor (Pool Area + Bar)

Breakfast was good, lots of food to choose from. The breakfast/dining room is very big with tall walls and a super big sea view window front. (However the window front was very dirty and not really pleasant to see through)

Their laundry service doesn’t operate inside the hotel and is only every two days.

Excellent house keeping, spotlessly clean. Great view would be nice to have had a chair on the balcony. Only thought I had was the bedroom furniture needs painting looks very tied yet still in good condition. Beds very comfy . Reception area lovely and calm cooling feeling . Thank you for a lovely stay our first time in Malta.

L'hôtel est situé à St Julian, à 5 minutes du plein centre. Hôtel très propre, personnel vraiment très gentil, une piscine sur le toit, pas très grande mais bien agréable en rentrant des visites, un parking , en septembre la moyenne d'âge est plutôt âgée, donc pour des jeunes c'est pas top. Trois points de restauration. Les buffets sont bons, le petit déjeuner très complet, le gros points négatif de cet établissement les chambres donnant sur l'arrière de L'hôtel, sur le toit le système de clim et de ventilation, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, l'odeur et surtout le bruit très important est insupportable. Il faut bien installer les équipements quelque part mais peut être éviter d'avoir des chambres de ce côté. J'enlève 2 étoiles pour cette raison. Prendre impérativement l'option vue mer si vous voulez être bien.

Regarding your comments about the AC chillers in the internal yard, please note that we had to put these chillers somewhere as without them there would not have been AC in the common areas. As you also know we have a pool on the roof top so no space for AC chillers there either. Simply, there is no other space for them and if we had to close the rooms facing the internal yard, we would be closing off half of the hotel. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you that your feedback is well noted.

Personale gentile e attento (un po’ meno quello addetto alla ristorazione) camere belle e pulite con una stupenda vista mare anche se un po’ antiquate e con la moquette a terra che non ispira molta fiducia in termini di pulizia… buon cibo e vasta selezione sia a cena che a colazione, dolci buonissimi e soprattutto posizione ottima. È stata un ottima esperienza.
Qualcosina da ritoccare ma tutto sommato mi sono trovata benissimo. Personale gentilissimo che parlava anche un pò di italiano, cosa non trascurabile visto il mio inglese non eccellente. La colazione al top, soprattutto l'omelette preparata sul momento da una signora super gentile e simpaticissima. (Amel)
Camere pulite ed ampie così come il bagno ( vasca però scomoda)Letti comodi e sempre tutto pulito e con kit di cortesia ogni giorno.
Piscina sul tetto perfetta per rilassarsi con bar e personale gentilissimo.
Albergo che consiglio e che se dovessi tornare a Malta risceglierei

hôtel rénové en plein centre de l'animation. chambres confortables; éviter celles qui donnent sur la rue car c'est un quartier bruyant surtout les fins de semaine (quartier PACE). Installation SPA assez anciennes (non rénovées) avec belle piscine, jacuzzi. Sauna et hamman qui ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre passage. Personnel correct, petits déjeuners complet; y compris produits sans gluten. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Parking à 8 euros par 24 heures en sous sol (juste à côté de l'hôtel). Très belle vue sur le toit avec piscine e transats. Pas lin d'une petite plage sans charme.

L'hotel est bien...généralement. Grandes chambres, assez propres. Par contre, les couloirs (moquettes) ne sont pas vraiment nettoyés. Happy hour de 18-19 dans le bar bien trop climatisé. Le restaurant - OUBLIEZ ! A part une soirée à thème "Italy", ce n'est vraiment pas bon.
La piscine couverte est bien, malheureusement le sauna était "out of order", tout comme le hammam. Situation dans un quartier animé...
