Premetto che il Ristorante è veramente buono, compreso il suo personale molto preparato e attento. Purtroppo non si può assolutamente dire lo stesso del resto, all’arrivo mi viene fatto gentilmente un upgrade, che col senno di poi avrei preferito non avere. Una camera che ( a mia insaputa ) non si poteva chiudere a causa della porta difettosa… una camera di un 5 stelle che non aveva una doccia, bensì solo un doccino rotto e per di più nessuna presa vicino il letto. Ovviamente ho fatto presente il problema principale che era il fatto che chiunque poteva entrare nella mia stanza visto che “o si tiene sempre aperta oppure gliela devo chiudere”, soluzione di poco gusto in un 5 stelle. Peggior 5 stelle della mia vita.

Hotel Le Calette is a fantastic hotel. The service is equivalent to a 6 star. The staff is highly well trained, specially the restaurant’s. The food is incredible, no need to go anywhere, just dine in and have a great gourmet experience. We will come back for sure! Grazzie mille ????????

Absolutely loved our stay at Le Calette! Everything about it was incredible from the staff to the rooms, facilities and scenery. When our daughter became ill the staff arranged a doctor for us and they were so willing to help us in anyway they could. We had the most incredible experience and could not recommend it more highly. Certainly a 5 star hotel in every way. We hope to visit again some day!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno eccellente all'Hotel Le Calette, a Cefalù, in Sicilia. L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica, a soli 2 km dal centro storico della città e a pochi passi da una delle più belle calette della zona.

Arrivo

L'arrivo è stato molto piacevole. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e ci ha accolto con un sorriso. La procedura di check-in è stata veloce e semplice.

Servizio

Il servizio in hotel è stato impeccabile. Il personale è sempre stato cortese e attento alle nostre esigenze. Hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

Camera

La camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole. La vista sul mare era mozzafiato. La camera era pulita e ben arredata. Il letto era comodo e la biancheria era di alta qualità.

Cibo

Il cibo al ristorante dell'hotel è stato semplicemente fantastico. I piatti sono preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. La scelta è molto ampia, e c'è qualcosa per tutti i gusti.

Aree dello hotel

Le aree comuni dell'hotel sono molto curate e ben mantenute. La piscina è grande e ben attrezzata. Il giardino è molto bello e rilassante.

Check-out

Il check-out è stato rapido e semplice. Il personale della reception ci ha salutato con un sorriso e ci ha augurato un buon viaggio.

Wi-Fi

La connessione Wi-Fi è ottima in tutte le aree dell'hotel.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. L'hotel offre un servizio di alta qualità a un prezzo competitivo.

posto meraviglioso e personale fantastico. Prenotato per una notte, siamo dovuti rimanere anche una seconda perché il posto merita davvero tanto.

Accueil agréable sauf au départ, le réceptionniste nous voyant faire le check out pour régler notre séjour nous a interpellé en demandant où était le panier en osier prêté par l'hôtel ,nous l'avions laissé au bord de la piscine afin de profiter encore un peu du soleil et du transat, c'était limite qu'on nous étions des voleurs !
Repas servi au bord de la piscine bon mais pas exceptionnel non plus
En revanche service moyen parce que les couverts restent très longtemps sur la table sans avoir été débarrassé

Chambre de grande qualité sauf une insonorisation assez moyenne
Au final je recommande cet hôtel qui laisse un très bon souvenir

The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent.

The hotel and its staff were our first stop in Sicily and it set the tone. Impeccable service, comfortable rooms with private patios. Beautiful views, a private beach and swimming pool with comfy loungers. Loved the gym. Perfect stay.

Fabulous stay in Cefalu on the beach
Beautiful hotel situated close to the town of Cefalu - easy walk and we found it no problem after dinner in the dark (pretty well lit). Beautiful pool and swimming in the ocean from secluded spot or busier deck/beach club site.
Restaurant was exceptional - the breakfast was wonderful and the dinner one of the best I have ever had. Coupled with some of the most delicious wines.
We had a basic room but it was perfect for our needs - we spent most of our time out of the room anyway exploring the town, Palermo and the other facilities...
Front desk staff were very helpful - in particular in planning our trip to Palermo - don't drive but take the train was an excellent suggestion.

We loved staying at Le Calette. It was in a great location, not right in town so it was peaceful yet still close enough to town if you wanted to go shopping or eat there, although we loved the restaurants at Le Calette and preferred them over town options. The entire land was beautiful and completely enjoyable. Staff was kind and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!
