Non loin du village d’Ibanda, un sympathique projet communautaire chaperonné par une pimpante équipe. Outre son excellente localisation, à un jet de sagaie du parc national, l'accueil au poil des préposés et les vues spectaculaires sur le massif, le Ruboni Community Camp dispose de chambres propres et fonctionnelles. L'agrandissement du parking et du terrain alloué aux campeurs était dans les tuyaux lors de notre visite. Les voyageurs indépendants rejoindront ce site verdoyant en boda (20 000 à 30 000 Ush) ou en special hire (60 000 à 70 000 Ush) depuis Kasese.

Can't choose what is better, the location, the service (not meaning phone signal here!) or the people. Or maybe because of the chameleons roaming around while you are having breakfast. Highly recommended, also for arranging amazing trips to the Rwenzori. Wished we had time to stay a bit longer!

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Ruboni has done a great job creating a comfortable environment next to Rwenzori mountain national park.
The food was incredibly tasty and prepared on time. I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Nyakalangija

Its a very nice place in the middle of the forrest. You can easly drive there. Parking is available directly at the camp. They will welcome you very well. To go for hiking you can spontaniously talking to them when arriving or write them on whatsapp days before arrival. The philosphie of the camp is to provide work and earn money for the Community living in the valley.
