Die Lage ist top, man hat mehrere Metro Linien in der Nähe und ist in wenigen Minuten Zufuß im Central Park.
Das Frühstück praktisch, aber auch sehr minimalistisch.
Die Dachterasse ist jederzeit für Gäste zugänglich und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Aber Vorsicht, die Scheinplatten sind teilweise sehr wacklig, es besteht Stolpergefahr.
Metro stations and several attractions, supermarkets, walgreens, food options, TJ Maxx, Trader Joe's etc. are at walking distance.
The rooms, including the bathrooms, are neat and comfortable.
The reception, housekeeping and luggage staff are always helpful.
If you are used to the hotel standards in the East, the 4 star rating may be deceiving. I would plan and pack considering limited storage space and amenities. There is no refrigerator. Iron is available. The property appears to be dated and rooms can do with some face-lift.
Complimentary water and coffee is not offered and there is no microwave in the room. Mentioning this only because these were available in lower rated hotels.
Better for shorter stays and smaller groups with less luggage is my best estimate.
I don't know if this behavior is due to a penny pinching directive coming from above or not but I was not impressed and I was not alone. A few minutes later, with more people arriving, they finally brought out a box full of muffins but "make sure you don't take more than your allotted 2!". (I was such a delinquent... I took an extra one :).
As for the rest of the experience. It was very good. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of hot water. For added security, appreciated that the guest card needed to be swiped to get the elevator to go up.
The rest of the staff was nice. Special thanks to Daniel(?) in charge of keeping our luggage safe after we checked out.
Location was good. Not as close to Times Square as one might want but I knew this when I booked and got no regrets.

En cuanto al servicio del hotel es pésimo, teníamos dos habitaciones y en las dos uno de los días no nos hicieron la habitación, además al querer contratar el servicio guarda maletas un empleado del hotel con rasgos orientales nos intentó engañar diciendo que ese servicio ya no lo prestaba el hotel y que nos lo podía arreglar con la correspondiente propina.
Al día siguiente había otra persona que nos explicó que el servicio seguía habilitado y su precio era de 5 dólares por maleta.
Colazione praticamente inesistente, meglio non includerla nella tariffa.
Staff abbastanza gentile fatta eccezione per la Signora Jennifer che si è rivelata davvero maleducata: invece di rispondere sgarbatamente e guardando con sufficienza i clienti dovrebbe ricordarsi che siamo noi a pagarle lo stipendio!!
You can’t even open the windows for some fresh air. The bathroom is ok. The staff service was fine although I encountered a lady with poor service at checkout. Location is good at Lexington and 57th

En el momento me retire del hotel, el 13 de marzo, y compre un pasaje de vuelta a mi pais culminando mis vacaciones una manera horrible. Es una verguena, una estafa ya que venden algo que no es real. no me ofrecieron ninguna solucion
