Hotel incroyable et magnifique du premier instant jusqu’à la fin du séjour. Toute l’équipe est au petit soin pour faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable.
Quand nous sommes à l’hôtel nous avons le sentiment que le temps s’arrête et que chaque instant est pur bonheur. La vue de suite sur la mer et la roche est magnifique.
Restaurant étoilé agréable digne d’une carte postale.
Les repas sont très fins et recherchés. Nos papilles ont appréciés.

Merci à toutes et tous d’avoir rendu ce week-end idyllique.

Un séjour inoubliable en famille !
Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et notre bébé, et tout était absolument parfait. La vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle, la piscine magnifique, la chambre spacieuse, propre et décorée avec goût, et l’ensemble du lieu est tout simplement paradisiaque. Un vrai havre de paix où même notre bébé s’est parfaitement reposé… c’est dire ! ????
Mais ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel, c’est l’incroyable gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Toujours souriants, disponibles, bienveillants, ils ont vraiment été aux petits soins pour nous, et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison (en mieux !). Nous avons trouvé notre endroit coup de cœur en Côte d’Azur, et c’est certain : nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci pour ces moments magiques

Although the hotel was lovely, and the staff (most of them) were professional , we actually had a VERY upsetting experience at this property and because of this I would have to recommend to others that they NEVER take the risk of booking the Tiara Miramar. The owner uses this as his personal private club and could care less about the enjoyment of the paying customers who support his property.| We had booked our reservation at the Miramar 9 months prior to arrival and paid the deposit of one night’s stay guaranteeing our reservation. To our absolute shock, about 30 days before our arrival, we were informed that they had just booked a private event for the entire Miramar hotel and therefore had to cancel our reservation!!!| (How does this happen—how do you unsell a room that we had booked, paid for, etc.? I get that a big event is a lucrative piece of business for them, but how can they do this in good conscience? What good was our deposit in that case? Very inconsiderate. Very unprofessional. Terrible management practices. Shocking!)| They ultimately offered us a room at their sister hotel with a room upgrade. Naively, we accepted, and the room was very nice. However, the overall hotel experience was a downgrade from the Miramar, lacking in comparable faciliities. Unlike the Miramar, it was not waterfront so ocean swimming was not an option; the pool was very small so we were unable to sit by the pool as there was room for only 4 couples; there was no bar-- you had to order wine from room service as the only option; the MIramar had live music, a spa, and other amenities that the sister hotel did not. | Furthermore, adding to our shock and dismany, when we checked in for our two-day stay, we were informed that the pools at BOTH properties would be shut down the second day for this private event! They didn't even bother telling us that before hand. So our only option was to hang out in our room or take a long/expensive taxi ride into town. Unacceptable! (They did have one restaurant open with a prix fixe menu that night because the rest of the staff was busy with the private event).| On the morning of the second day, we went to the Miramar as we were told we could use their pool in the morning. We left at the appropriate "shut down" time, and waited for our taxi in the lobby. One of the women in the reception told us we could not wait in the lobby or even outside as the guests for the event were arriving. She hurried us off into the game room to "hide" us until we cold be whisked out of site. It was SO insulting. | We ultimately found out that the private event was that the OWNER's child was getting married. This is an IHG Hotel. Wait until they hear how the owner treated paying customers. I spoke to so many guests who were as upset as we were. It was a TERRIBLE stay and it left me feeling stressed out versus the relaxing experience we had hoped to have.| Don't go there!!!

C'est la 2eme fois que nous séjournons au Miramar Beach Hotel & Spa : tout est parfait, rien à redire. Merci pour ce très bon moment que nous avons passé en votre compagnie.

Petit hôtel dans la partie la plus agréable de la Côte d'Azur, loin du luxe tapageur de Cannes, de Monaco ou de Nice... Une adresse réservée aux initiés!

Un bon hôtel, peut-être un peu excentré par rapport à la ville.

Haben nur einen Stopp gemacht und wollten mit Meerblick Mittagessen. Hotel Entree seltsam, wirkte nicht sehr harmonisch. Wollten dann im Restaurant mit Kir starten, aber die Servicekraft konnte mit diesem Wort nichts anfangen (hallo Frankreich. Gastronomie!!!) und hat an einen Kollegen übergeben. Nachdem das Ambiente auf der Terrasse auch nicht sehr mediterran und cosy war, haben wir nach einem sehr schwachen Kir und einem Bier, für in Summe € 35,-, die Flucht ergriffen. Eine Enttäuschung ☹️

Je suis allée dîner dans ce magnifique restaurant dont le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel dynamique la cuisine formidable. Bonne ambiance. Très bon accueil . Je conseille vivement.

Cependant, j’ai précisé que je venais pour un anniversaire. Aucune attention n’a été faite. Le personnel manque de compétences pour un cinq étoiles.

Nous avons séjourné dans deux autres établissements pendant ce séjour et nous avons été incroyablement chouchoutés. Loin de ce qu’a proposé cet hôtel.

Dans un cinq étoiles chaque détail compte et il est essentiel de ne pas rester sur ces acquis. Des tâches présentent sur le mobilier. Le style est un peu vieillot.

L’extérieur est très bien. L’hôtel est dans une crique mais dommage de se reposer sur ça.

La literie est de bonne qualité et la chambre a toujours été nettoyée de façon très correcte.

Pensez a virer beatrice et la vieille megere du spa

So this was just not a 5 star experience. |To begin - we were given a room which was not what we reserved - without the sea view we had carefully chosen. Took 45 mins before a 2nd (and right) room was offered. While waiting we ordered a bottle of rosé on the terrace, corrected an overcharge on the bill - the same waiter then in the evening commented that “he would tell us the price of the fish, as that was important for us” - frankly insulting .|Sun terrace the next day, staff pressure wash the terrace at 11am, disturbing everyone enjoying the peace of the sea view (they stopped when we asked). |To note - the hotel is 6km from the centre of Theoule, you need a taxi to reach the local restaurants there. Hotel offer to provide for 35euros - Uber took 1 minute to arrive and cost 13 euros.|Good points - breakfast is v good; and the views from the small but charming pool are lovely. Probably cramped in peak summer though.

Ce charmant hôtel est un petit paradis, un havre de paix et de bonheur. Niché dans une crique de Miraval, on y trouve un panorama unique les pieds dans l’eau. Accueil chaleureux et souriant, service aimable et attentionné. Les chambres sont belles, bien aménagées. Le restaurant est agréable (mais pas gastronomique), la plage et la piscine bien entretenues. Petit déjeuner riche et bon. Nous sommes emballés et reviendrons bientôt!

La vue de la chambre sur la mer et la roche est magnifique. |Nous sommes venus le week-end du 1er mai donc nous avons eu la chance de dîner dans le restaurant en haut de l’hôtel le premier soir et un autre soir au restaurant bord de l’eau. Une ambiance feutrée et agréable digne d’une carte postale. |Les repas sont très fins et recherchés. Nos papilles ont appréciés. |Finalement, la seule chose que nous regrettons est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps tellement nous étions bien. |Merci à toutes et tous d’avoir rendu ce week-end idyllique.

Thank you to all the Staff who provided excellent service. The servers in the restaurant were very attentive. I had an amazing massage. The attendants brought out our vehicle quickly. All our questions were answered at the front desk as well as suggestions made for local restaurants.

They helped make a beautiful flower arrangement that my wife loved so much she traveled throughout France with them. The view of the Mediterranean with the red rock is one of a kind. They keep there pool comfortable and have the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Déçus, très belle chambre, accueil ok, massages bof. on nous oublie le petit déjeuner (nous l'avons eu 1h30 en retard après avoir téléphoné). et le must : insonorisation zéro ! la voisine a passé un heureux moment et nous imaginons - donc - qu'elle a également entendu notre soirée... à fuir

One of my favourite hotels in the entire riviera. Everything is perfect, and the views from the rooms are crazy beautiful!
