Been to this place a few times, before it was maybourne and once since. We weren't majorly impressed. Its a nice setting but the concrete platforms take away from the natural beauty that you would hope for. But, for the same reason its good for adults as not too child friendly.
Another negative point is the sun setting behind the restaurant so you lose the sun slightly earlier than you would hope.

The food was OK but the service was slow and not very well informed regarding the choices for gluten free which isn't uncommon but this is a 5 star hotel's beach restaurant...
Valet parking is a positive!

Plage privée nichée dans la roche avec accès mer par le ponton.
Très bel endroit et rien à dire sur le service avec un personnel aux petits soins aussi bien sur les transats qu’au restaurant.
Nous avons également très bien déjeuné avec de bons plats et une vue sur la mer.
Moment très agréable

A fantastic spot overlooking the Mediterranean sea and green hillsides. We spent the perfect lazy afternoon here; A lovely lunch followed by some serious sunbed action with a chilled glass of Whispering Angel rosé. The warm greeting and service throughout was a very welcome change to previous experiences in other beach clubs in the region. A special thanks to Keliane who took great care of us. The selection of dishes was hard to choose from, but I’m so glad I went with the octopus, a truly succulent dish. We will definitely be back, and it’s made us even more curious to try the Maybourne Riviera Hotel!

Très bon restaurant de plage

Très déçue du restaurant, 1h20 pour attendre les plats. Le poisson est servi en premier, les portions sont très maigres, 6min après les pâtes, donc le poisson est froid. On reçoit les cafés (froids) sans sucre, avant les déserts, cata.
25min pour attendre 2 boules de glasse et 1 mousse au chocolat, à 18€, qu’on mange en 4 cuillères.
Les quantités ne valent pas les prix.
On a gardé le ketchup et la mayo jusqu’au désert, les cartes aussi.
Par rapport à l’établissement, aux prix, et à la renommé du chef c’est très décevant.

Nice beach restaurant with good food and a boat tender service.

Un sans faute, le cadre est magnifique au calme. La cuisine est parfaitement équilibrée et savoureuse.
Les employés sont tous remarquablement sympathiques et disponibles pour vous. Une adresse à retenir et à partager.

habitué depuis 4 ans à ce bel endroit, quelle déception le 5 aout dernier. Pensant que la marque Maybourne allait apporter son savoir faire dans le haut de gamme, c est hélas tout l'inverse ! sauf sur les tarifs... Concernant l'accueil RAS équipe souriante et disponible. Dans l'assiette ca ne vaut pas la signature de M Calagreco ! plusieurs détails a régler : fils électrique apparent (ce qui était par le passé des spots au sol), les fixations au sol des parasols qui dépassent (parfait pour se couper le pied)etc... M Messmer (directeur général) était à une table proche de la notre pour déjeuner et il m'est passé l'idée de lui en parler mais j ai respecté son déjeuner. "Monsieur, c'est endroit vaut la peine d'être "exploiter" dans l'excellence et pas que dans le tarif..."

Staff ist extremely unfriendly and inflexible

Nous étions ravis de venir commander un apéritif ou cocktail pendant le déjeuner de ce midi et peut être déjeuner mais en se présentant à la personne mal aimable de l’accueil ou voiturier il nous répond que cela n’est pas possible pour déguster une boisson et que cela est à partir de15h!
De quoi être déconcerté car si nous ne pouvons venir lors du déjeuner alors qu’il y avait des tables disponibles, à quel moment pouvons nous venir?
De plus, cette personne n’est pas spécialement polie juste bonjour cela n’est pas possible que à prie de 15h pas au revoir, à bientôt….
voilà l’accueil d’un établissement luxueux et agréable que nous connaissons pour y être déjà allé au moment de l’ouverture pour un dîner plaisant.
Nous souhaitions découvrir la plage privée mais cela ne fut pas le cas…
Nous allons donc ailleurs dépenser notre argent tout simplement…

There is much to be learned for this place, especially given the high prices they charge for the area of France. You pay for the atmosphere, but it’s not much to pay for…

We had reserved specific beds, but they were given away to others. We picked out new ones, and everything was fine until an hour later when they started putting extra beds up to accommodate a family right in front of us blocking our view. The beach staff did a good job fixing the situation to their ability, but we had to complain first. They went the extra mile to fix it, especially Benjamin. Although it was a rough start, they fixed it and we moved on.

Until we went for lunch, which was terrible. Our starter/snack was forgotten twice, but it eventually arrived. At lunch in the restaurant, the food was utterly disappointing. We didn't complain any further. Mauro, the chef of Mirazur, signed the menu, but it seems he just sold his name. If you charge on average 50 euro for a dish (and uphill for many things), it needs to meet some standard. The food here was far below it—overcooked, uninspiring, and overpriced for what you get.

All in all, it's one of the most beautiful spots on this part of the coast, and the water is pristine. The beach staff really cares, which makes it all the more of a shame that it didn't work out. We go to many beach places every year, and this one is just not worth it. It seems management made this place happen for as little investment as possible, which is a pity since it's now part of the new hotel in Monaco. We had hoped it would make a difference.

In summary, the quality of the beds is not worth the price (150 euros per person, including a minimum spend of 70 euros). The food is definitely not a reason to go here. The selection of champagnes and wines is standard. small but fine, and all are priced at three times their retail value (a common practice here).

If you go, make sure to get a good spot so you don’t look at a vase and some old people instead of the water, and for sure don’t go for lunch.

Very disappointed. Returned to have a drink after having had a lovely dinner here last year with my mini Yorkie. Was told that I was not allowed with my Yorkie for a simple drink... Having come all this way to be told go away basically not welcome and last year were very welcoming is disapponting. My mini dog who may I add is only 3kg sits in my lap and makes no mess and is first time we get rejected from a beach bar.

As a regular at the Maybourne Rivera am very disappointed.

Excellent beach club, formerly known as La Cigale at Vista Beach. The Club is now run by the Maybourne hotel. Design is not as charming as it used to be and the food selections are not as exciting but the location is still great. Amazing views, excellent water access with super clear water, good food and very good staff. Limited activities for kids. Parking available along the street and valet service.
Overall one of the better beach clubs along the coast.

Magnifique ????

We needed a quick lunch due to an airport transfer. The staff could not have been more helpful. We started with the fish tacos ???? and the calamari and guacamole all delicious. For main course we had 4 Lobster ???? spaghetti’s ???? and 1 Octopus ???? salad which were all beautifully cooked. Finished off with Coffee all served and consumed within 45 minutes, perfect! ????????????????

Food ist descent. Service is horrible! A mother with her child was Not allowed to use the restroom as they were in need! Horrible service! Never again!

Nice place to stop for lunch and a swim in the sea. It was fun to enjoy the food, sun, and ocean to occasionally cool off.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés boire un verre en fin d après midi sur la jolie terasse au bord de mer.
Nous avons commandé 2 cocas et un Vichy fraise.
Un autre serveur ou le patron me dit qu' il n avait seulement des sirop de grenadine menthe est orgeat !!!! je n ai vu un tel établissement avec aussi peu de choix.... j opte pour la
grenadine... la serveuse qui ne parlait pas un mot de français avec un perrier fraise....
Mais le pompon est l adition : 21 euros !!!! 6 euros pour pour un coca , 5 euros pour le perrier et 4 euros pour le sirop ????
9 euros pour un perrier grenadine en guise de Vichy fraise !!!!
Même si la vue est magnifique nous ne reviendrons jamais !!!!

Je trouve dommageable qu un site aussi beau n ait pas un restaurant qualitatif, 4 plats au choix dont des calamars en sauce pomme de terre très basic, une entrecôte passable accompagnée de frites molles, une musique assourdissante et un service tres ordinaire à la limite du correct.(les serveurs se jettent entre eux des bouchons de bouteilles et chahutent en se bousculant autour des tables)Etant cliente du Mirazur je suis venue pour la référence et la carte de Mauro Colagreco, j ai été très déçue, je ne recommande absolument pas.Les plats peuvent êtres simples mais bon et goûteux ce n est pas le cas.

Un angolo di paradiso alla punta di cap martin. Prezzi alti sia per ristorante che per balneazione, ma ne vale davvero la pena.
Servizio impeccabile, una ragazza che parlava italiano ci ha accolto in una maniera eccellente.
