You can tell this hotel has a great management team!
Awesome hotel, amazing location, great value but above all the staff were all top notch! They truly went above and beyond! The reception team, housekeeping, the bellman team, and the restaurant staff - all were very professional and hospitable!
As an ambassador I received an upgraded room, we got early check-in and late checkout. We had a stunning view and the beach was less than 5 min walk!

I am on my honeymoon and gave the front desk 90% of my clothes to wash under the impression they would be back in 24 hours. I am now informed they will be back two days later in the “evening” with no time table given. I know have had to wear dirty clothes on my honeymoon due to this laundry issue and no help or remedies where given to me. Never thought I would pay this much for a hotel on a honeymoon and not be able to properly told when my clothes would arrive back.

Great hotel. Customer focused. Very friendly staff. They upgraded us due to my high Marriott level. Right in the port area. Nice pool and beach area. Typical Europe beach city. Not open and wide beach that goes for miles. Lots of rocks line the sea areas.

Essen sehr schlecht und billig zum Vergleich Preis und Leistung. Richt übel weil überall Hunde sind . Zimmer veraltete und die Klimaanlage macht ständig Geräusche laut

Super hôtel bien situé à même pas 10 minutes du casino, le petit déjeuné est bon aussi juste faire attention à la fin le monsieur de l’accueil a voulu nous refaire payer pour un soi-disant supplément or que cette argent il devait nous le rentre LOL????

I would never stay here again. The rooms were not as promised. We paid extra for a view and they gave us a view of someone's horrible apartment. The place had water damage and the floors buckled. It smelled like mold when we first got there. We smelled someone smoking pot the entire time. It was horrible especially with kids that could not use the balcony.

30Jun'25 - very warm and sunny - the hotel is adequate. Not worth the price that it charges €800+. The staff is very friendly and yet sometimes it feels like it's an inconvenience to talk to them.
We tried getting the room cold and the lowest it went was 25 Celsius. We were warm all night and uncomfortable.
The location is inconvenient as if you are trying to go to Monaco is easy to get there BUT if you try to get out of Monaco to get back to the hotel (as a tourist) it becomes real pain.
Tip: taxis do not voluntary stop for you. In Monaco you have to be on a taxi stop area to get one

It doesn’t worth the money and doesn’t deserve the Marriott branding. Outdated small rooms, arrogant xenophobic service, which goes on the management allowing it and not training the French staff, none of Marriott known amenities nor benefits. Walls are cartoonish, you can hear and understand the neighbors talking from side or above rooms. Cleaning is rubbish

I stayed at the Marriott Hotel in Monaco for several nights and, unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet the expectations that come with the brand or the price point. While the location is good and the pool area pleasant, a number of issues left me disappointed.
The room felt outdated and lacked attention to detail—the hair conditioner was empty upon arrival, and the room wasn’t cleaned at all on the first day. The AC was quite loud and difficult to control, and the TV kept defaulting to Chromecast, which became frustrating.
Breakfast was very basic and repetitive, with limited variety. Although I appreciated the inclusion of gluten-free bread and muesli, by the fourth day, the options—mostly eggs, pastries, and cereals—became quite unappetizing.
Service was polite and the staff at the Bolinas restaurant were friendly, though at times a bit slow. The food there was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. One thing that stood out as unusual was the €75 per day deposit, especially considering the outdated decor and average overall experience.
Overall, the stay was fine, but not at the level I would expect from a Marriott in Monaco. There’s definitely room for improvement, and I wouldn’t rush to return.

Do not book @ this hotel ever!
This hotel is not a 4 star or a 3 star! 2 star @ best!
We stayed here on the recommendation of Expedia from Canada
The hotel is seriously lacking in outdated in time
Is smells of mildew and smoke the rooms are horrible beds are old and worn out springs popping out

We went out into Monaco found a new hotel and went back to this Dump picked up our bags and left
We contacted Expedia to cancel but Expedia was zero help to say the least paid over 3k !No Refund!
Never again will I stay @ a marriot hotel nor will I ever use Expedia services for Anything!

This hotel is a gem on the French Riviera right on the border to Monaco. Everyone at the hotel are very friendly and nice.

I don’t ever leave bad reviews let alone leave reviews for anything in general. But I haven’t had my morning coffee and I had to get up at 7:30. Since I am not an eloquent morning person I am frustrated, bugged, and disappointed in the moment writing this. Let’s get to the story of why I am taking precious time out of my day to leave this note. It all started when I had to take a bus back to the Marriott from wherever I was in Monaco (another sensitive topic of the fact that Uber here is as rare as seeing a northern white rhino in the wild ) anyways I arrived back to the hotel at around 22:30. I expressed that my friend and I had a flight that departed at 10:50 the following morning. After much discussion with the front desk employees we all come to the conclusion that we should leave around 8:00. They called us a taxi in that moment and I even got the pleasure of meeting the taxi driver myself. Who smiled and guaranteed he will pick us up at 8:00 for our flight. I’m sure you can guess what happened next…… my friend and I went downstairs at 8:00 sharp. The front desk told us he (the driver)will be 5-10 late. No problem. However I got a bit agitated when 30 minutes passed bye. Iong story short we called an Uber on our OWN DIME. the front desk didn’t apologize nor offer an alternative option. This experience made me miss the USA. By the way, very cheap with their water.

Extremely disappointed in this Marriott property. Far too many issues:|--Entrance looks more like a service delivery area than a 3-4 star hotel!!!|--Lobby is nonexistant, just a rather wide corridor with a front desk with limited space and what looks like an unattractive portable table where the "concierge" was positioned on occasion. |--"Room upgrade" to top floor harbor view was right next to elevators with frequent noise from other guests dragging luggage, loud talking and kids running around!!|--Loud talking, TV noise both nights of our stay until 1-2 AM. Had to pound on adjoining door several times to get them to quiet down!!!|--Bathroom was tiny|--No ATM service in hotel or postal services (stamps, mail...)|--Bolinas restaurant was not the most pleasant experience; slow, inattentive service; limited menu and offerings weren't all that good!||One positive was Alexandre at front desk who was incredibly helpful with taxi service, and other assistance. |Bottom line Marriott needs to significantly improve and update this property!!!

The WORST. Do not waste your money. NO AIR CONDITIONING. The rooms were FILTHY, the bathroom was disgusting (it also had hair all over and the toilet paper was already almost out so they never changed it form the previous guests), the towels and sheets smelled bad, the floor was so dirty our socks and feet turned black after just a few minutes, and the staff was just okay. To be staying in this hot, disgusting, torture chamber and waking up to BITES FROM BED BUGS was absolutely absurd.
I thought I was going crazy until I saw other reviews saying the same thing! Yuck! To be spending a grand per night for 2 rooms…we were VERY disappointed. I don’t know how Marriott is associated with this sad excuse of a hotel.
The pictures online are a TOTAL CATFISH. We’ve been to many hotels all over Europe, the Middle east, etc, so we’ve seen our fair share of bad hotels, but this was easily top 3 worst places i’ve ever stayed at.

Hôtel décevant, l’extérieur est vieux voire pas très propre, c’est un peu limite d’ailleurs , mériterait clairement un coup de propre , accueil insignifiant. Les couloirs ressemblent à un motel bas de gamme. Chambre au 11 eme étage ok, belle vue port du Cap d’Ail. Chambre classique des Mariott, choix des matériaux sans goût. Par contre serviettes et sortie de bain de très bonne qualité. Parking cher. Rien de très intéressant

The location was amazing and the service was great. Really wanted to thank the two concierges Vanessa and Auriane you both went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable visit and great reservations for dinner. Auriane did so much before we arrived. It made the trip perfect . It has such a great view of the harbor and the yachts also near the Heliport if you need to make a fast getaway. Hop on hop off bus is right across the street and hit all the main attractions . Only takeaways is that there is no car valet service but parking is very easy and the restaurant is very understated and could use a few more basic Italian dishes. Overall we would certainly stay there again.

Bölgenin en güzel konumlu oteli, çalışan personel güler yüzlü işlerini en güzel şekilde yapıyorlar. Otelin deniz manzaralı odaları çok güzel olsa gerek. Maalesef dağ manzaralı seçtiğimiz için odamız hem inşaat yapım gürültüsü alıyordu. Hemde arka tarafta futbol sahası olması sebebi ile sabah antreman gürültüsü alıyordu. Özellikle deniz manzaralı odadan seçseydik %100 memnuniyetle ayrılmış olacaktık

Overall a very good experience. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Well located in Cap d’Ail, mere meters away from the principality of Monaco. Spacious hotel rooms which are nicely appointed. Safe, enclosed and spacious parking garage under the hotel.

Jamais fréquenté. J'ai été contacté pour émettre un avis favorable contre rémunération. Mon appréciation négative ne concerne pas les services de l'hôtel mais leur politique qui consiste à tromper les usagers. La rétribution promise était de 20€ pour un avis. Contact indien.
Les chambres sont très propres, bien équipées, avec tout le nécessaire (y compris un fer à repasser, ce qui est rare !). La vue sur le port est magnifique, et malgré la proximité de la route, une fois les fenêtres fermées, aucun bruit extérieur ou intérieur n’est perceptible, même pendant un week-end prolongé.
Les extérieurs sont également très agréables, bien entretenus, ce qui ajoute au confort général du séjour.
Pour nous, c’est un bon 8/10 – et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
