10 minutes to get the attention from the waiter. Ordered a glass of bear that comes 3/4 full only. Then you are asked to pay immediately. You need to go inside to pay by card. Now? Yes, now.
Not the best service, nor the price…!

Très bon accueil du personnel pour la partie bar, les serveuses sont vraiment très sympa, et les bières Eguzki blonde et ambrée sont très bonnes!

Deux pauses pour se rafraîchir joli endroit nous testerons l'hôtel dommage pour le restaurant deux années de suite que nous pouvons profiter ...

Hôtel rénové entièrement, magnifique escalier d’époque, grande chambre tout confort avec vue sur la Nive, excellent accueil. Pas de restaurant (supprimé) pas de problème c’est pas ça qui manque tout autour.

Very unpleasant receptionist. We were just about to sit down for a drink and before I went to the toilet. Whilst there the receptionist bangs on the door and when I then open she is furious and wants me to pay 2€. I said that I don’t have money on me right now and so she grabbed my camera and said she would keep it until I come back with the money. I almost felt I had committed a crime for using their toilet before ordering drinks.
Sadly I felt very unwelcome and sad that a receptionist is able to treat her customers this bad.
Luckily the area has a lot of other restaurants with much better service and friendly atmosphere.

Chambre rénovée avec lit King Size. Service très aimable et efficace. Emplacement interessant : au bord de la Nive avec vue sur une chute d'eau bouillonnante et sonore sur un côté. Sur le côté adjacent, belle vue sur la vieille ville. Parking public.

Based on the fact we only slept here. Staff was excellent as we arrived late the night before. Room was clean and spacious with toilet and shower separate (and in general had a modern appearance). The room had a small balcony with picturesque view of the river and bridge where we happily stood out and chatted for some while enjoying the ambience.

Pas de restauration en ce moment mais bar en terrasse.Convivialité du serveur, il connaît bien la région et vous indique les bons coins pour peu que vous aimiez parler.

Mon expérience personnelle rejoint la précédente....!
Mauvaise foi absolue devant l'évidence d'un plat manifestement hors des normes sanitaires en vigueur dans l'hexagone...
Avec un petit problème d'addition en prime...
Vite réglé mais désagréable...
