Spent a couple of nights here while watching start of TDF. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Room supplied with fluffy robe etc which made getting to swimming pool easier :)). Only room issue was second floor and no lift. Need to let hotel know if you have mobility issue. Used restaurant both evenings and had a good meal both evenings. Well prepared and presented. You need to book in advance though. All in all, for us, a good visit which we enjoyed.

We had a room in the pavilion next to the castle, so our experience is mostly based on this. The rooms are big and the bathroom and toilet(seperate from the bathroom) are recently renovated. The rooms themselves feel a bit dated, however the quality is there. We had the feeling there were renovations being performed slowly in updating the rooms, so your experience may vary. Beds and linens were okay. The pool looks new and is amazing (more for sporting and chilling, probably less for children). We did not use the hotel restaurant, since there are other venues closeby that are better reviewed. The breakfast buffet is good value and has a wide selection. The staff is helpfull and always happy to answer question and help. (be it thew staff attending the breakfast, cleaning staff or reception staff) A special mention of the Barman, Jules if I am not mistaken, who makes great cocktails and is very busy helping all patrons. HHe truly is an asset. Drinking a cocktail on the terrace of the castle while the sun goes down in the evening overlooking the grounds is very relaxing.
Only the light design is a bit of. The lights in the rooms are led spots that sometimes flicker and very cool colored and the spotlights shining in the grounds in cold 5k kelvin tend to shatter the magical vibes. That being said, it is only a small point of attention for the management.
We travelled with a dog, this means an extra fee, which is very understandable, but I want to inform potential guests. When we arrived we were provided two bowls and a matt for our dog to sleep which was very nice

Zaterdagavond 5 juli namen we het diner in het restaurant.
Dit was gewoon beschamend: er lag weinig op het bord en daarbij opgediend door een erg onvriendelijke kelner.

Très beau cadre avec beaucoup de charme. Le château est magnifique et la chambre est bien aménagée et très confortable. Nous avons également apprécié la partie piscine.

This is a super hotel, very comfortable, with delightful staff. Conveniently located for the A26 Autoroute des Anglais. Our bedroom was very comfortable, with glorious garden views, and the bathroom was just right. The bar is efficient and to sit outside with a drink and enjoy the garden is very relaxing. There is plenty of safe parking. Dinner was very good, with good service and a good menu. Breakfast was plentiful and a well laid out buffet. We're definitely going back.

Booked for two nights, but liked it so much extended for a night.|The hotel is in a wonderful and well maintained old chateau. The restaurant, some rooms, and the swimming pool are in separate, more modern, but still tastefully designed buildings. ||Although it's part of a chain, it doesn't come across as corporate and staff were very helpful and friendly. ||My room was in the main chateau and was large and well appointed although not perhaps luxurious. ||Breakfast was good but not exceptional and the breakfast room doesn't get crowded so no queuing for the buffet.||There's a modern bar which overlooks the lovely garden.||Parking is easy and the hotel is easy to reach on the outskirts of St. Omer, which is a charming small town.||Had the swimming pool to myself ||A few negatives:|My room was wonderful but some of the rooms in the main chateau seem a little small so if you want to stay in the chateau, I'd book a specific room (can recommend room 15). The rooms in the modern block are more standardised but have less character. ||Rooms don't have a mini-bar and for most of the day the bar isn't open so getting a drink can be a problem and there was an occasion where we wanted to stay in the hotel but had to go out just to get a cold drink ||The hotel doesn't have any air conditioning. This isn't usually a problem for northern France, but we happened to stay during the June 2025 heatwave so it was a bit stifling at times. ||Overall, excellent and was good value for money. Almost didn't book it because it only has 3* and in my opinion deserves 4* but I suspect the lack of mini-bar/lift means it doesn't qualify

Prachtige locatie in een rustgevend domein, ideaal om een professionele activiteit te combineren met ontspanning en natuur. Het kasteel en de royale tuin zijn bijzonder verzorgd – een genot om door te wandelen of gewoon even te vertoeven. Ook de wellnessfaciliteiten zijn een mooie meerwaarde.
We werden vriendelijk onthaald en genoten ’s avonds van een aperitief op het terras. De sfeer was charmant en rustgevend, maar de bediening leek wat onderbemand. De zoemertjes op tafel werkten niet altijd even goed, waardoor we soms wat geduld nodig hadden om bediend te worden.
Het restaurant was jammer genoeg gesloten, al was dit wel correct op voorhand gecommuniceerd. Op een zonnige zondag voelde dit toch als een gemiste kans. In de omgeving zijn er eetgelegenheden, maar veel was gesloten op zondagavond.
Al bij al een zeer aangenaam verblijf op een prachtige plek, maar het miste net dat tikkeltje extra om een echte château-ervaring te zijn. Kleine details in service kunnen het verschil maken.

We made this booking by accident having been given a last let room next to a noisy bar somewhere else. We walked out, found this hotel whilst searching in the car and immediately booked. An hour later we arrived and were genuinely pleasantly surprised. A lovely welcome after a long drive, a comfortable room and a great nights sleep. Followed by a lovely breakfast, we will return. Very enjoyable, highly recommended.

Zeer bijzonder en mooi hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon en de ligging is schitterend. Restaurant en zwembad zijn een extra groot pluspunt

I am writing this from our room now. We are in room 4 on the ground floor of the main building. We paid around £125 for one night.||The room itself is small but okay. Comfy bed and plenty of storage.||The worst bit - The bathroom, and especially the toilet, is very small. As a 6 foot tall bloke, it is almost unusable. I does not resemble the picture on the hotels official website AT ALL! ||It is June and 30 degrees and there is no air-conditioning in any of the rooms. There are fans provided, but you cannot leave the windows open on the ground floor, as there is no way to lock them. There us NO ventilation in the bathroom and no window, it is like a sauna in there at the moment. I have added some pictures, but they don't really show how cramped it is, and also a screenshot from the hotel website for this room type.||Check out is 12 noon which was one of the attractions for us, but the cleaner has just come in to the room at 10.30am, and despite the door being locked, because there is no do not disturb signs available in the room.||The hotel building and grounds are very pretty and well kept. There is plenty of free parking and the breakfast was good.||The breakfast and swimming pool are in separate building to the main hotel. Great in the summer but maybe not so great if it rains. The Pavillion has rooms in the same building as the pool.||In summary then, a lovely hotel in a good location, but I personally would not stay here again. Definitely not in a Charme room anyway, and would choose a hotel with AC available in the summer. I believe we paid too much for the experience we had.

Niché en pleine nature, l’établissement offre un cadre idyllique. Le calme ambiant, le chant des oiseaux et les jardins parfaitement entretenus nous ont permis de nous ressourcer pleinement.||La chambre est spacieuse et élégamment décorée, avec une vue imprenable sur le parc. Mention spéciale au restaurant du château : la cuisine est raffinée avec un service à la fois chaleureux et professionnel.

Très bien||Piscine en deça de ce que j'espérais. La température de l'eau était plutôt à 25 degrés que les 28 annoncés.Les dimensions sont modestes (12m X 5m).|| La literie n'est pas de bonne qualité. Au diner, il n'y avait plus de foie gras disponible, pourtant avec supplément.||Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, mais ventilateur à disposition sur demande.||

Lieu vraiment sympa, par contre les chambres sont vraiment désuètes, une très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, la literie est un supplice pour les lombaires, passez chez décathlon acheter un matelas gonflable avant...
J'ai annoncé à l'accueil que le lit était vraiment inconfortable et creuser par le temps, on m'a répondu que le matelas était neuf, j'ai proposé à la personne a l'accueil de venir voir le matelas et de me confirmer qu'il était bien neuf, cette personne à refusé, étonnant...
Sinon, le parc est vraiment sympa, un couple d'étranger à même pu venir en hélicoptère se poser devant l'hotel, vraiment sympa.
J'ai annoncé à l'accueil que le lit était vraiment inconfortable et creuser par le temps, on m'a répondu que le matelas était neuf, j'ai proposé à la personne a l'accueil de venir voir le matelas et de me confirmer qu'il était bien neuf, cette personne à refusé, étonnant...
Sinon, le parc est vraiment sympa, un couple d'étranger à même pu venir en hélicoptère se poser devant l'hotel, vraiment sympa.

Très bel emplacement pour ce superbe château. Restaurant super avec menus pratiquement gastronomiques. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Très bon souvenir, nous reviendrons c'est certain. Petit oublie de ma part lors de ma remise de la clé, j'ai oublié de signaler que la prise électrique de la salle de bain ne marchait pas (chambre N°2).

Ce qui m’a le plus marqué, c’est la qualité du personnel : sympathique, attentionné et professionnel.
L’entretien du site est impeccable, la propreté est irréprochable. La piscine est agréable, parfaite pour se détendre :)
Les environs sont également superbes, avec de nombreuses activités pour ceux qui aiment la nature.
En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Encore merci pour votre accueil.
