Hôtel avec quelques chambres disposant d'un restaurant pour profiter d'une jolie étape gourmande.

Pour certains, le Clos de la Prairie, c'est un hôtel de quelques chambres, en pleine verdure, idéal pour se ressourcer. Pour d'autres, c'est un restaurant où officie Sébastien Adam qui bichonne ses vingt clients. Il n'est pas le chef le plus médiatique du Pas-de-Calais, mais il a les arguments pour convaincre les palais de tous les gourmets de passage. Avec seulement seize couverts, vous imaginez aisément que les assiettes sont parfaitement ficelées. Bref, une très jolie étape gourmande, loin de la mer certes, mais la campagne a aussi son charme.

This was our fourth overnight stay at Le Clos de la Prairie and we have never been disappointed. The Hotel is in a beautiful, rural setting and we always feel totally relaxed as soon as we arrive.|Sandrine is a delightful and very helpful host and Sebastien's meals, served in the restaurant, are always exceptionally delicious and of a very high quality. |The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. |If you are looking for somewhere to stay for a first night in France that is not far from the tunnel and ferries, this is the perfect spot to begin your holiday.

It's impossible to fault this place.Really comfortable modern rooms with beautiful views, fantastic food and a wonderful couple running it for whom nothing is too much trouble.Dinner and breakfast on the terrace was a fabulous experience.An exceptional place to stay only one hour from the Channel Tunnel.

We stayed one Sunday night in June and being vegetarian we met the chef who told us he was good with vegetables!.So at around 7.30pm we were treated to a muse bouche,then a mains course of prepared vegetables in a sauce,which was delicious followed by a super dessert.At 48 euros a head it was a bit above our budget,but it was great food.The room was well appointed,with a sitting out area over looking the countryside.The hotel is in a small village and there was nothing to do other than enjoy the room,food,a chat with the helpful chef and his partner and talk with fellow guest for a couple of hours.Which after a long drive was just perfect!Thanks to the owners for making our stay enjoyable!

Pretty location and easy to find. |Very friendly and welcoming owners. |Clean and comfortable bedroom with a beautiful view of horses and a terrace to enjoy.|We had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant - outstanding food!|Slept extremely well in the comfortable bed ready for the next leg of our journey.
