Fantastic hotel- well situated for LeShuttle, clean and comfy room and bed, polite and friendly staff all at a reasonable cost. Nothing more to ask for! (Plus the continental breakfast was also lovely, thank you ☺️)

Also the restaurant next door is well worth a visit for your evening meal if you’re wanting one, there is 10% off the bill with your room key and it was a really enjoyable meal ????

Chambre décevante : pas très grande, mal isolée et la propreté laissait clairement à désirer. Cela dit, le personnel du matin était vraiment agréable, j’ai pu repartir avec un petit cappuccino à emporter, ce qui a relevé un peu l’expérience. L’emplacement reste un bon point : l’hôtel est bien situé, proche de tous les commerces. Dommage que la chambre ne soit pas à la hauteur.

The location for le shuttle is perfect but I think the rooms need updating for the price you pay, also this was the last hotel we stayed at on our 2 week road trip and it was the worst breakfast out of them all.

We repeatedly stay at Sure hotel,Coquelles on our trips back to the UK from Luxembourg.|I value the warm welcome, freedom to come and go, secure parking and breakfast option.|This stay is value for money with clean and modern hotel room. Piping hot water and comfy beds. I know where I will be returning to stay when next in Coquelles.

We thought it was dog friendly. Friendly in the sense they will let you pay to have yours in your room, but not friendly enough to allow dogs in the bar and cafe type area. Generally past its best decor both externally and internally. Rooms are small and have a shabby feel to them in general. No shower gel in the dispenser, which I discovered after beginning to shower. No air conditioning, either. Least, not in the room we had. Would be ghastly on a really hot night. Noise from other rooms is very apparent. Every flush, every click…Pluses? Staff were polite enough and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was also good with hot sausages and boiled egg making facilities. Bed was also comfortable. Car parking was plentiful. Be mindful the place locks itself up at 10 p.m. with the main entrance gate locked and also the entry to the hotel itself. No staff visible. You need to be in possession of the code for both. Available on your room card cover.

The Sure Hotel is what it is - a cheap hotel for generally one night stays for people travelling back to England via the Tunnel (ten minutes away). That said, it displays shortcomings that a similar priced hotel we stayed in the night before did not.

Despite the location and proximity to the Tunnel being great, this place was a huge no for us. |Yes, the room was teeny tiny and also the bathroom, but the worst thing by far were the concrete beds. They were absolutely solid and both of us woke up with aching backs. Despite being exhausted, we were both awake by 3.30am, drifted off and then awake again by 5am as they were so uncomfortable. How people can say the beds are good is beyond us. The pillows were equally abysmal and the duvet heavy and solid. Thank goodness we travel with our own pillows. Linen was clean but hard and crunchy. |The bathroom was so very tiny it was almost unworkable. We had to turn sideways to clean our teeth as, being right handed, our elbows knocked into the wall. The shower head was so calcified, the water didn’t really spray… it just sort of mostly dribbled out in a fat stream. Anyone of any size simply wouldn’t be able to function in the over bath shower, it was that tight. The whole room quickly became steamed up and dripping wet. There were no hand towels, just 2 bath sized ones. ||Plus side…the room was clean as was the bathroom. The gentleman at check in was very pleasant and spoke excellent English. The parking was plentiful and secure. Breakfast was available but we didn’t take it. The bar and public areas looked fine.|There was no traffic noise at night but it did become very noisy pretty early on with doors banging as people left. |If the beds had been ok, the size of the room was just about bearable for a one night stop off but given they were so awful, it was an unmitigated disaster for us. |There is absolutely no way we would stay there again.

Parking gratuit et sécurisé

Personnel très sympathique et souriant , présent en cas de questions/demandes.

Le petit déjeuné est correct , semble petit mais est suffisant.

All good for a night stay pre Chunnel crossing. The room was a bit small, especially with a dog. The restaurant is not dog friendly so it is useless to us.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine Nacht bei der Durchreise nach London in einer Reisegruppe übernachtet. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und wurden schon bereits eingecheckt. Unser Zimmer befand sich im 1.Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber aber sehr aber wirklich sehr sehr winzig klein. Zwei Erwachsene konnten sich da bewegen nur, wenn einer auf dem Bett saß oder im Bad. Zur Toilette musste man rückwärts kommen . Die Duschvorgangstange landete auf meinem Kopf, da diese nicht richtig befestigt wurde. Handtücher gab es nicht, Duschtücher waren vorhanden. Ein Wasserkocher und eine kleine Wasserflasche waren da. Fernseher (ohne deutsche Sender),Kühlschrank und Safe: Fehlanzeige. Das Frühstück war minimalistisch aber ausreichend. Beim Frühstücken ist ein Stuhlbein abgebrochenen ich bin am Boden gelandet. Das Hotel insgesamt sehr sauber in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber die Zimmer wirklichere in einem Puppenhaus. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Geeignet für Geschäftsreisende und letzter Stop vor Euro Tunnel. Zimmer sind recht klein aber gute Matratzen und alles picobello sauber. Gute Preis/ Leistung

Basic hotel with small rooms which are showing their age.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible.
Shower was good with plenty of hot water.
Although the hotel wasn't noisy you can hear the noise from adjacent rooms, so early risers alarms and bathroom activity woke us earlier than we wanted.
Breakfast was good.
Ideally located for the Channel Tunnel which is less than a 10 minute drive.

垃圾酒店，由於塞車關係，不能準時在10:00am 前check in,在途中不斷致電酒店，但是沒人接聽，結果深夜12:00果然沒人，在人生路不熟的地方，寒風中帶著小孩流浪街頭重新找酒店，雖然是工作人員需要下班，但是若有人客還沒有入住，他們有同埋心的話先了了解一下吧，恐怖經歷

Salle de bain très petite, petit déjeuner tout est minuscule,pain chocolat, croissant, baguettes des ninis impossible de mettre le morceau de baguette à peine 5 cm ,dans le grille pain,le café une horreur ???????? très acide et pour le prix 11€90 , c'est honteux même pas de pain à part le pain de mie, à fuir ???????????????????????????????????? couloir pas de chauffage,

Hotel is good comfortable and freindly. Location is good and close to tunnel . I had trouble finding it though as post code covers a wide area. In the fog this proved a bit of a challenge. Close to local eateries.

Excellent location for the euro tunnel. There is also a large super market near by. The rooms are clean and comfortable and appear to have been recently refurbished. Matthew on reception was excellent and really helpful. We also received 10% off at the local restaurant around the corner. We will definitely stay here again. There is a kettle in the room.

Perfect for a stop over either before or after the tunnel. For the price I dont think you will find much better. Beds were comfy, room was clean and had secure overnight parking.

Emplacement idéal si vous prenez le tunnel sous la Manche. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Il y a aussi un bar à l'hôtel mais fermé à mon arrivée
