was a very nice hotel. had a lot of stores and restaurants near so that was a bonus. the rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. the hotel staff were very welcoming and made me feel like i was at home would 100% come back

The welcome we received was very warm. They made us and our dogs feel at home. We had intended to visit a local takeaway for our evening meal and breakfast but the seperate area of the dining room for parents with hairy children meant we didn’t have to. The food was very good and accompanied by a good choice of beers and wines.
The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed a really good nights sleep.
The hotel is a 5 minute drive to Le Shuttle which gives you huge confidence in making your check-in time without worrying about traffic jams and traffic accidents.
This will be our regular stop each time we cross the channel in the future.

The hotel was very convenient for an early morning dash. Being a wheelchair driver, I found the hotel to be accessable and the staff very helpful. The room was a little tight for the chair but a large bathroom is the reason. The only issue I had was a slope going into the bathroom itself. This was not so much of a problem I just needed that extra push to get in. The actual bathroom was large enough to move around in but !
The sink was to small to wash anything in but my hands. The shower had a variable chair but no arm rests. ...I think I would stay again even knowing the little issues.

This was our second stay this year .Stayed 2 nights ,very comfortable bed ,pillows and a thick duvet. breakfast was good ,hot scrambled egg and crispy bacon , only let down was the bread , but then us english only like standard bread for toast . Overall nice hotel near to the ferry and eurotunnel with secure parking

I recently had the most amazing experience at a hotel that I cannot help but rave about. Despite being fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my kitten on a freezing morning. Their willingness to help was truly commendable.

Upon entering the hotel room, I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and comfort. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The room was cozy and provided a much-needed respite from the cold weather.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Their exceptional service and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Stadt. Großer Parkplatz. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel. Preis/Leitung stimmt.
Werden sicher wieder kommen und auch andere Hotels der Gruppe nutzen.

From the moment of our arrival,until when we checked out,our entire stay was an absolute delight.
All of the staff were most welcoming and helpful,our room was beautifully prepared and included facilities to make hot drinks,and the bed was most comfy. The food also was a delight. With a plentiful choice from the buffet style breakfast,and the dinner that we had in the restaurant was of the highest quality,we would never consider staying anywhere else in Calais;plans are already in place for our next visit,which we are looking forward to greatly!

Very comfortable and well located for the Euro Tunnel. Staff have always been very warm and approachable when we have used this Hotel. The food on offer is good and if you have a dog with you there is a small dinning area set to one side of th main eating area. We will us this hotel again .

The young Lady at the reception on sunday afternoon was extreamely helpfull and smilly

Great hotel for a stop over when arriving in France from Eurotunnel. Lovely welcoming staff. Nice comfortable hotel with a great shower all very clean. A good breakfast awaited us with a good choice that set us up for the day. I have no complaints only compliments. See you again.

L'hôtel est comme annoncé. La zone générale à l'intérieur de l'hôtel était propre et le personnel était serviable et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre et très limité. Pour 11 euros chacun, je m'attendrais à plus. La chambre était convenable pour nos besoins et le lit était confortable. La douche était la plus puissante que j'ai jamais utilisée et il y avait suffisamment de place dans la douche. La salle de bain était un peu à l'étroit, donc s'asseoir sur les toilettes était un défi. la chambre était propre et bien présentée. Le parking était bien et le parking est partagé avec un grand nombre de véhicules CRS. Il y avait environ 20 CRS ou plus au petit-déjeuner un matin. Peut-être le parking et l'hôtel le plus sûr du pays. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel à ceux qui utilisent l'Eurotunnel.
