For a family stay late at night we had no issues with this hotel. Very practical, great welcome at 0200 and the room did everything as advertised. Its not luxurious however allowed for a family of 4 to sleep and get god rest.

Our triple room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and pillows. A compact kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, little sink) with table and chairs means that you have plenty of space to eat in the room if you prefer. Delightful room designed to resemble a cabin in a boat. Highly recommended for a stay close to the Eurotunnel and the Cité Europe shopping centre. Easy to walk to restaurants for dinner.

Acceuil très agréable .l'équipe de réception et de nettoyage et la directrice sont au top.
Petite mention + pour Émilie et Amada.
Chambre très grande et literie très confortable .
A bientôt en espérant avoir la chambre 120 la prochaine fois.

Excellent accueil du personnel à la réception ! Amabilité de la dame de service qui s'est coupée en quatre pour nous servir le petit déjeuner avec un choix incroyable ! Un grand Merci!

The location of this hotel is perfect for catching the Le Shuttle with only less than 5 minutes to the Le Shuttle check in.

You get a well appointed room, comfortable and clean complete with Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and microwave. More importantly, good black-out blinds and soundproofing to get out the light and noise if you need to get sleep during the daytime

This is the ideal place to stay if you’ve just used or are about to use the Eurotunnel. Easy to find, safe parking, a McDonald’s on your doorstep. Breakfast is worth the money here.

Hotel normal, habitaciones normales, servicio normal.
Excelente ubicación, a mi juicio, en la terminal del Eurotunnel en Calais.
Sigue teniendo polvo el las perchas. Debe ser un distintivo de la marca o bien, quien sea el/la responsable no les dice a las personas que limpian lo que debe limpiarse y cómo.

Good overnight hotel close to the channel tunnel. Family rooms are a good size and everything has been recently updated. Only 2-3 minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops of a large shopping centre. Plenty of parking spaces available and seems very secure when you’re parked next to 30-40 police vans.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour.
Au niveau du service, notre voiture est tombée en panne le matin de notre départ une heure avant de prendre l'eurotunnel... L'équipe de l'hôtel s'est coupée en quatre pour nous aider à la redémarrer, et nous avons pu repartir. Cela nous a fait chaud au cœur d'avoir autant de soutien dans ce moment stressant. Un grand merci à eux.
