Die Lage war super nah zum Eurotunnel und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein Pluspunkt war der kostenlose Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war schon in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Zudem war in der Dusche Schimmel. Allerdings für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

All good in every respect. Welcoming. Personable staff and accepting of our 3 well behaved dogs. The room was quite large and this helped with 3 dog beds !

Would recommend, dinner menu was good as selection varied well cooked and presented.||Rooms clean and comfortable.

Charged twice for the room. Complained on check in. Was told to email them. Emailed 3 times, called and still no help other than they will speak to a manager. Really disappointing make sure to avoid unless you are happy to pay for the room twice.

À l’occasion d’un déplacement sportif, plusieurs chambres avaient été réservées. Tout était parfaitement organisé : un accueil chaleureux, des chambres prêtes avec deux cartes chacune, et des explications claires à notre arrivée.
Un grand merci également à la personne présente durant la nuit, qui nous a gentiment permis de nous retrouver dans la salle du petit déjeuner pour partager un moment convivial en équipe.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre sens de l’accueil.

Chouette petit hôtel en dehors de la ville.
Personnel accueillant et disponible.
Literie confortable et chambre spacieuse .
Petit bémol pour la douche et équipements (bas de la douche qui se détache, serviette abîmée ou usée MAIS propre ;) ).
Nous avions passer un bon moment au sein de cet hôtel sympathique.

Accessible bathroom good, room cluttered with extra (unnecessary) bed. Restaurant & breakfast Ok but service sometimes rushed or lacking!

This hotel is close to the Eurotunnel. It has a good parking area with several electric chargers. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. The rooms are modern, the bathroom excellent with plenty of hot water and the beds are large and comfortable. The restaurant is not very attractive but our evening meals were very good. Breakfast was also good.|It is a bit isolated from “ The Cite” if you want to shop or eat elsewhere.

Usually stay here on way back from Spain. Location ideal for Tunnel. Food good. Service reasonable. However rooms a bit tired now and to top it dog hairs around the room not very hygienic. A new section has been built hope this is a bit upmarket. Will condider other options in future .

Very friendly and helpful team. The evening meal was excellent, had to leave early and missed breakfast. Perfect location to get the Eurotunnel, so very close. Room, bed and shower were all okay but why give you the kettle and English tea and no milk. Missed this and wish I had thought to check and ask for milk before bed, there is a fridge. Simply too tired from the long drive. Good location, with full electric vehicle chargers, peaceful and quiet.

Nous sommes venus passer un week-end par le biais de weekendesk : accueil sympa, chambre agréable, petit déjeuner très correct et varié. En revanche, repas du soir bâclé, vraiment pas terrible, riz rata réchauffé immangeable... |Bilan : contentons nous du côté hôtel !!!

Happy that the restaurant had changed the menus. We had more choices during our stay. Unfortunately restaurant is closed on Sunday night.

Lovely hotel, great location and it's quiet too. The room was spacious with a large bathroom, TV has English channels, free parking and wi-fi. No complaints at all and it's very well priced.

We booked the hotel as it was the nearest to le shuttle. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hotel was very pet friendly and there was green space to exercise the dog.

Rapport qualité imbattable. Hôtel situé en retrait. Calme, peu de chambres, très bien isolé. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié.

Superb stopover hotel. Comfy king bed with extra pillows in room and sockets either side of bed, great shower with hairdryer, free wifi, desk, TV, luggage rack, easy to control radiator for heat and not a sound to be heard from any other guests or traffic. Tesla charging points, free easy parking and 20 mins to ferry or just down the road for the Eurotunnel. Breakfast available 06.00-10.00. 24 hour check in and friendly staff. Have taken my large dog here as well before and it is ideal because so much space around to take him for a walk easily too and space in the large room for him to sleep (no carpets so easy for hotel to keep clean)

Very conveniently located, clean and comfortable, good value for money. Easy to find and had a good nights sleep before an early shuttle.

I always stay at this hotel when using Le Shuttle. It os super convenient, very friendly and excellent value for money.||Note they are currently extending the hotel so there is building work going on at the moment.

Used to be good, but going downhill. Understaffed, poor choice and poor quality food. Our room had an odd smell, the steak was tough, the showers have needed upgrading for some time, the breakfast choice was limited.

La cuisine est simple mais a du goût. Un peu plus de variété dans le menu serait un plus. Le décors dans le restaurant est simple mais chaleureux.
La chambre et la literie sont confortables. Seul petit bémol un bruit assez gênant et permanent quand on ouvre la fenêtre

Personnel aimable, chambre très correcte, plateau de courtoisie toujours le bienvenu, dîner très correct si ce n’est qu’ils n’ont pas de Cocktail. Petit déjeuner bien fourni. Rien à y redire. Une autre aile a été construite pour augmenter le nombre de chambres. Passage obligé pour un séjour en côte d’Opale.
