My husband looked at the restaurant and thought it looked nice so we came in. Service for dinner is supposed to start 19h, we were given the menu and the waitress came 25 mins after to take our order (we tried several times to get their attention without success!)
We finally ordered, and food started to come in.
1. Planche Mix charcuterie & fromage: Most of the ‘italian’ (which might probably had been from Carrefour cheapest section) were oddly presented and when tasted it, most of the things tasted off, that weird taste you get when you know you shouldn’t eat it.
2. pizza Margherita: frozen base you can get in the supermarket, truly nothing great. Not bad but could have just taken one from the supermarket
3. Parma Salad: uncut iceberg salad, not clean, terrible dressing (of literally a spoon of dijon and vinegar!) and the prosciutto- terrible quality, left basically all
4. Lasagna bolognese: undercooked barilla lasagne pasta with overload of bechamel, barely any meat.
Finally, when paying we had to wait 15 mins to be told to pay inside and we finally understood why it all was so bad (service and kitchen!). The same girls that are your waitresses are the girls/staff preparing your food. Which makes it worst because of hygiene!
Owners of this restaurant, if you dont have enough money to have a dedicated staff for kitchen and for service, open a bar or a cafe but dont do this and try to cheat the customers and bring a poor experience. It is not beneficial for you, this will only lead for you to eventually close your doors.
