Exécrables avec les clients, regards noirs, aucun effort d’accueil, et pour couronner le tout : elles passent leur temps à parler dans le dos les unes des autres, en plein service. Ambiance toxique, pas pro du tout. En tant que cliente, je me suis sentie méprisée plus d’une fois. C’est franchement dommage car la qualité est là, mais l’attitude de certaines (pas toutes) gâche tout.

Les serveuses un peu plus âgées sont tout simplement exécrables. Aucune politesse, même pas un bonjour, on a l’impression de les déranger en entrant. Heureusement que les jeunes sont là pour relever le niveau, elles au moins sont aimables. Dommage, car le pain est correct, mais l’attitude de certaines gâche tout. Ça donne pas envie de revenir.

Out of all the food I've eaten in all the countries I have visited, I ate the most delicious thing in my life here... the caramel eclair! I cannot describe how absolutely incredible the flavour was!! It has such a mix of textures. I am so happy I found this place. Everyone needs to try this! I'm forever going to be dreaming about this place.
We also got fantastic sandwiches over a couple of days and bought extra eclairs for the journey home! I can't wait to return in future - hope the eclairs are still there!!

A boulangerie with seating can be hard to find in Paris -there is extra seating around the back as well!
Food was delicious, coffee tasted good and was hot. We had a mix of pastries and savoury pastries - all were delicious! Reasonably priced, friendly and helpful service.

L'accueil de ce que je crois être les patrons est excellent, en revanche les vendeuses ne sont pas aimables. La boulangerie est bonne. Mesdemoiselles, si sourire vous pèsent, changez de métier, ou prenez exemples sur vos patrons.

Le Personnel n'est pas souriant du tout. L'accueil est à revoir, j'ai l'impression d'être face à des robot. Un sourire c'est gratuit..
Rien d'extraordinaire niveau goût.
Je travaille dans le quartier, et à chaque fois c'est tjs la même empression.
Je n'y retournerai plus c'est sur.

The food and atmosphere at this café were decent, but the staff completely ruined the experience. One server, a woman with red hair, was especially rude and unprofessional, serving food with an attitude, audibly sighing, and acting downright hostile. Definitely not a place I’d return to if this is how customers are treated

My wife stayed at a hotel close by in our first trip to Paris and decided to try this bakery. Well, let me tell you that after trying a good number of other "boulangeries" during our visit, I can confidently say that this is a great one. It looks unassuming and feels family owned (?). The quality of their croissants, bread in general and great selection of pastries is just fantastic. Their coffee is very good as well. We ended up coming several times and the experience was exactly the same every single time. Let me highlight that they are very friendly and they relate to people like if they know them. They make you feel like a dear neighbor. Unfortunately we don't speak French but they were very welcoming and accommodating anyway. I can tell other people feel the same way because, at some point, we could see a line was forming, people were talking to each other and all of a sudden the place was full with a joyful atmosphere, all result of their friendliness and the prospect of tasting their delicious products. One day while my wife and I enjoyed some coffee and pastries, an older gentleman came just for a cup of coffee and I could tell he enjoyed every sip of it just by standing at the counter and absorbing the lively atmosphere. I don't know many boulangeries, it is true, but I can attest that this one is as good as it gets. Stop by and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Заходили купить макаронсов с собой в отель и на подарочки друзьям. Очень вкусные макаронсы. Все таки во Франции очень вкусно их делают. Ну и конечно вкусный парижский кофе.
