The Maison Mere is ideally situated in the heart of Paris, being just a 10 minute walk from the Gare du Nord train station and a 5 minute walk to the Cadet Metro station. Making it a great base from which to explore Paris. ||The staff are were very friendly and welcoming. On checkin we were greeted with a warm smile, a complementary drink and a hot town . We were made to feel very welcome not just when we arrived but throughout our stay. The staff were always smiling and always keen to say hello. ||The room was lovely. Very well designed and very comfortable. We were able to relax and get a good nights sleep. ||The hotel breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and excellent quality. The service at breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and keen to offer a first class service. ||Overall our stay was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very central, the beds are comfortable and the pillows were very good. But what was truly amazing was the attitude and friendliness of the staff. Amin, Maya, Vincent, Magdalena, Alex and Maryam were amazing, friendly and so helpful.

Great little hotel. We enjoyed our stay. ||The good: |The people are very friendly|They had ballon’s and a birthday message waiting in our room|The rooms were very well done and unique|The a/c worked very well|The beds were comfy||The not as good:|The room was pretty tight for us. We had two large suitcases and couldn’t find a good place to open them and leave them open. |The bathroom was very small and the area by the bed and bathroom doors are a tight squeeze with the doors open|We could hear the people in the adjoining room through the door when they wet in their room. |They seem to stick to their 3:00 check in time. We asked to be notified if the room became ready sooner and never got a notification. ||We do greatly appreciate hotels that let you in your room once it becomes available. That is a great bonus for travelers.

This hotel is a wonderful small boutique hotel centrally located. The rooms are good, the quality of the beds and the pillows are also good. The service is exceptional and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was exceptionally impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of Amin, Alex, Maryam, Vincent, Maya and Magdalena

Great location, very clean room, super friendly and helpful staff. I would absolutely stay here again. The area around the hotel is quiet despite being steps from the metro and a less than a kilometer from Gare du Nord. Amazing restaurants nearby

Maison Mère was overall an excellent place to stay- Alex on reception was a standout for his service and the overall ambience was fab. In terms of amenities we had a deluxe room with balcony and it was spot on. Lovely ( smallish) balcony and room- great comfy bed and great shower- slippers but no robes- there is a mini bar but we didn’t use it. Wish we’d booked the restaurant but it’s all such an easy walk to cool restaurants and bars in the area and up to Montmarte- near Cadet metro and you can get anywhere. Thrilled with our experience!

Vriendelijk personeel aan de balie, onze 4 de keer in dit Hotel, ontbijt ok idem vriendelijk personeel, was vergeten hoe klein de badkamer was. De dames van het hotel zijn veel met aan de computer bezig ;) => op zoek naar meer likes ,comments & reviews.

I had to cancel my flight because , my niece was on life support with an unknown brain injury . I asked them to move my reservation or credit as I was flying outside the country but , they said they were inflexible . Don't stay at a hotel that won't bother with communicating back to you or try working with you when you try and call and email them several times . Over $700 lost with no consideration.

Onze 4 de keer hier, het was goed, maar niet geweldig of speciaal, naar mijn mening.
De locatie is dicht bij Gare du Nord, erg handig en het ontbijt was goed, vriendelijk personeel. Ze zitten de hele dag aan de computer om mails te versturen op zoek naar likes, comments & reviews van hotel gasten.
Was vergeten hoe klein de badkamer was.

Un lieu accueillant et différent. Un endroit ou on voudrait rester un peu plus longtemps...arrivé à 15h00 et chambre déjà prête! A découvrir sans faute! Mention spéciale à l'accueil formidable et avec de l’humour. Le petit déjeuner, la literie, les objets et la décoration des chambres super!!!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Paris. Everything exceeded my expectations — the decor was stunning, elegant and full of charm. The room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable.||The shower was excellent — spacious and modern, with great water pressure. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start.

I stay here every time I travel to Paris for work. It's so clean, comfortable, conveniently located near several Metro lines. The staff is incredibly welcoming and warm, everyone from the front desk staff to Magda and her breakfast staff. Speaking of the breakfast, I never sign up for hotel breakfasts but the breakfast at Nectar is 12 out of 10. The food is excellent and it's the best way to start your morning.

Every detail of the hotel was very well thought out, from the decorations to the social hour on Mondays. The beds are comfortable and the showers are great, although it was a little warm in the rooms on hotter days. The staff was kind and attentive, and a great location to walk around cute Paris neighborhoods.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. I cannot find one single thing to complain about. It is beautifully decorated and designed to be very eco-friendly. It is situated on a quaint side street with very close Metro access and within walking distance (~10 min) of Gare du Nord. |The room was not large but perfectly designed to make use of every inch of space. I really liked the open shelving clothing storage which reminded me of an upscale locker room with a beautiful full length mirror. |My favorite part was the bathroom though. From the heated towel rack to the combination rain shower/hand shower glass enclosure I felt truly spoiled. The soap, shampoo and lotion were also luxurious. |I have nothing but praise for the hotel family. They were all so very friendly and invested in showing me the most perfect stay. They more than succeeded. I will be back to stay ASAP!

Very attentive staff, thoughtful details and my room was very nicely decorated. It was a lovely place to come back to and relax after a long work day. Loads of options for breakfast, whether you prefer a croissant and a coffee or something more substantial.

This was our 1st week in Paris and the staff at Maison Mere couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and comfortable. Our room was bright and clean, with a very comfortable bed and relaxing rainfall shower. Though in an urban area, it was so quiet at night that we could sleep with the windows open. Breakfast included an array of freshly made yummy food including eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast and the best pound cake I’ve ever had - among many other pastries. The breakfast staff were warm and took the time to learn our coffee preferences. The hotel is in the Montmartre district, a quick walk to the metro and close to must-see attractions like the Sacre-Coeur Basilica and Montmartre cemetery - with many cute shops and highly rated bakeries along the way. We highly recommend this hotel, it was an absolute dream!

The room is small, but wonderfully appointed with everything you need: luxury linen, fluffy towels, water, tea, coffee and the hottest water in the shower! We had a balcony, which was so fun to enjoy early in the day or while sipping champagne from the bar downstairs. The room was so quiet, we didn't hear a peep. Breakfast was well stocked with an attentive service crew keeping us well kept with cappuccino and tea.

Maison Mere were very attentive and helpful and made a special welcome in the room for my son’s birthday, thank you for a great weekend in Paris! Helpful and friendly staff. Room was compact but had everything we needed. Nice welcome hot flannel and welcome drink at reception and sweet souvenir on check out.

First, the bed is a breathe of fresh air. We are two people who need a king size bed and the accommodation fit perfectly. The whole staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. It’s in a great part of town to explore. Book now don’t wait. We did this for our engagement moon and they set up the room with heart balloons and pictures of us that I sent them to surprise my bride. Would stay back here again and we are picky about a hotel!

Everyone is super friendly, great location and very comfortable spacious rooms. When you arrive they give you a little sweet treat, a tote bag, water. The rooms are spacious which is hard to find in Paris and the hotel is located near the main road Lafayette but is not right on it which means is no very noisy or busy

Everyone and everything was perfect, great location and accommodations. Very friendly and helpful, will stay again. We also enjoyed the local feel of the surrounding neighborhood. Lots of dining and close to the metro. Also we felt a great value for the money.

-No place to put toiletries or your luggage, don’t mind a small room but this was hard to navigate
-The service wasn’t great, they told me to wait for my room and they’d let me know. They forgot about me and I had to ask again and they said my room was ready. So I was just sitting there after a long flight when I could have been in my room.
-The heat doesn’t work above a certain temperature. So if it’s a colder day or cold in the morning, you won’t be able to turn up the heat.
-Mattress is old and squishy

The Hotel is super well located, near both Lafayette and Gare du nord. The rooms are ideal for a short stay since they are quite small. Everything was very clean and with all the amenities one needs. Super nice and helpful staff as well!

We spent our honey and babymoon at Hotel Maison Mère and loved every minute of it! The room was spacious and so clean and we had the loveliest notes and balloons in our room. The bathroom was clean and i enjoyed the bathtub every night after long days of walking. Pute bliss! The Parisian breakfast that we ordered once to our room was delicious and so much for a very reasonable price! The mist comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in! Also, the hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful and really made us feel at home. I‘ve visited Paris many many times and this was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Highly recommend! Thank you fir making our honeymoon so memorable!!

Malgré de nombreuses alertes et des promesses de correction, aucune solution durable n’a été mise en place. Pire : la direction ne répond plus à nos messages depuis plus deux ans, signe d’un désintérêt total pour les conséquences de leur activité.
Résultat : nous ne pouvons plus dormir, ni profiter du calme fenêtres ouvertes.
Le confort des clients est assuré au détriment de la tranquillité des riverains, dans un mépris assumé du voisinage.
