I cannot say enough about this hotel - in fact, don't want the word to get out! The Saint Ptersbourg is in an ideal location - walkable to so many attractions from L'Opera and shopping at Galleries Lafayette, to Place de la Concorde and Place de Madelaine and more. It is also on a small sidestreet so away from heavy noise and traffic. Rooms are large, airy and some with small balconies. Breakfast is an amazing array of many things including delicious baked goods. But best of all are the staff - everyone there is extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and very caring. Will stay there again if I can ever get back to Paris!

Mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. It has very helpful and friendly staff. Location was great for being able to access all the sites I wanted to see during my first visit to Paris.
The bad points: the room I was staying in was small and a bit cramped. The fitness centre was lacklustre; they have one bench and dumbbells up to 10kg. The items on their room service food menu are borderline inedible. We ordered the risotto one day and it was basically a microwave ready meal. One of the staff on duty seemed to try to warn us not to buy it.
Imo there were too many negative points considering the price of the rooms per night. It's a shame too because the staff there were really great.

This hotel was excellent it was in a great location the staff were friendly the breakfast was included in the cost ||The room was large and we were able to fit three people in our room. We were 2mins from the brand name stores Chanel and many more

The hotel is lovely, clean, a good value with helpful staff. The location is superb, close to many restaurants, stores, shopping , transportation AND Opera Garnier! We have been to Paris from Calif. 7 times and stayed here the last three.

Nous avons l'habitude de voyager et choisissons soigneisement nos hôtels. Mais c'est sans doute la première fois que nous trouvons une qualité supérieure à celle à quoi nous nous attendions. Un confort excellent, une chambre spacieuse et surtout très calme, un personnel très qualifié et attentif et des petits déjeûners non seulement bio mais très variés et copieux.

Je fréquente cet hôtel depuis des années et j’y retourne à chaque déplacement professionnel. Le personnel est adorable et d’un professionnalisme exemplaire. Il s’efforce de satisfaire toutes vos demandes. Les chambres sont confortables et bien agencées. Les chambres standards sont toutefois un peu petites mais c’est Paris ;) Merci à Stefano pour son professionnalisme. Je recommande régulièrement cet établissement à toutes mes relations professionnelles. ||||Florian BRAVO

We enjoyed our 4 nights at Saint-Petersbourg Opera & Spa! The best location, wonderful staff, very quiet and overall an unforgettable stay! they upgraded our room and greeted us with macaroons for our birthday! A great personal touch... We would definitely stay here again.

Nous sommes venus pour 4 nuits finalement nous avons prolongé de 2 nuits car nous étions très bien. ||Merci pour le surclassement.||Le calme de la chambre et idéal pour passer de bonnes nuits. Le quartier est super bien placé et près de tout.||Métro juste à côté entre Opéra et Madeleine.||Ambiance agréable autour de l'hôtel avec des petits bars et restaurants.||Nous n'hésiterons pas a revenir dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochain passage à Paris. Après avoir essayé plusieurs établissements, je pense que nous avons fini par trouver 1 hôtel qui nous correspond très bien.

We were traveling from London to Paris to Lahavre. Stopped here for a shower and nice bed to sleep on. We got that and more. And it was Paris!

Hotel sensacional, pela localização e pelo serviço. Superou muito minhas expectativas. Parabéns pelo Antonio, um brasileiro que trabalha no hotel e que foi fundamental para que a viagem fosse sucesso. Para quem gosta de cafe da manhã de hotel nao perca.

We’ve stayed with a group 5-6 nights in this hotel. And I would say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Not because the hotel is so beautiful, but because of the staff. Specially Ilona and Stephane that made us feel special, that were open to help with any question. Thank you guys! The real hospitality, like we wouldn’t be in Paris))
The rest was correct, the breakfast was varied, the room were not too spacious but we had single occupancy in the double premium rooms so it was fine. The location is marvelous, 5 minutes to the Opera Garnier and 2 minutes to Galerie Lafayette. Clean save street with a lot of options to have a lunch. One of the best restaurant we had lunch in is right next door

Hotel is very nice also the staff. It has a Great Location, you can walk to many places and in front of hotel, you have plenty restaurants and even a carrefour very near. Definitely I will come back.

L’Hôtel Saint Petersbourg a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par un personnel attentionné, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Le service est irréprochable, alliant professionnalisme et souci du détail. L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal, à proximité des principales attractions de Paris. L’infrastructure de l’hôtel est excellente — chambres confortables, calmes et bien équipées, sans oublier les espaces communs élégants et soignés. Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons vivement et que nous espérons revivre.

This is a wonderful hotel with friendly staff. The location is great for sightseeing, the rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. Breakfast options are varied and plentiful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Très déçu !
J’avais réservé une suite junior dans cet hôtel pour l’anniversaire de mariage, arrivée avec ma femme tardivement dans la nuit,l’hote à l’accueil nous fait longuement patienter et nous dit qu’il y a eu une double réservation, et va nous placer dans un hôtel similaire, un peu plus loin.
La prestation était évidemment bien moins bonne , sans compter le dérangement à une heure très tardive ! Lorsque nous avons ouvert un litige sur Booking, ils ont commencé à demander des photos… choses que je n’avais absolument pas pris … très déçu
Dommage ! Beaucoup de galères et surtout pour une prestation à près de 500 euros !!
J’espère avoir un retour de votre part pour un éventuel dédommagement !

The most importent point of this Hotel is his location. Very easy to reach it from Orly or charles D. G. Airport. 50 min by train
Hotel is near to the opera area. 200 mt far from Galeries la Fayette. Easy by walk to Triumph Tower or Eifel.

Bathroom not so comfortable for disabled persons.
No mini Bar it can be little bit more comfortable for the price
Cleaning : All areas are very clean
Good house keeping staff. Restaurant also clean
BREAKFAST is very nice enough. Guests have everyhing what they aspect.

Beautiful rooms with a great view. The staff were very professional and were nice enough to send our postcards for us!

部屋のタオルはバスルームの床に置いておかないと取り替えていただけないので気をつけてください。各階にウォーターサーバーが置いてあります。
女性3人で泊まりましたがアップグレードしていただけました。部屋の湯沸器が使いづらくコーヒー飲む程度なら良いですが持参したカップスープを作るためのお湯を準備するのに大変でした。
受付の男性の方々はとても優しく英語で対応してくれました。マダムは少々冷たい対応です。
早朝にはタクシーの手配もしていただき荷物も運んでくださいました！ありがとうございました。
