Location fantastica, con grande attenzione al cliente, cortesia e pulizia impeccabili! Mi sono sentita come a casa: letto comodo, stanza spaziosa e un bagno super, con il bidet incorporato al WC e, finalmente, uno specchio illuminato come si deve.|Un'esperienza da ripetere!

Un hôtel 4 étoiles avec un Petit déjeuner payé d'avance mais qu'il n'a pas été possible de prendre car la salle de restauration est très très petite. J'ai noté deux étoiles le service pour cette raison. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant

The hotel is absolutely delightful! It really has it all, location, ambience, comfort, amenities, great staff. I arrived very early in the morning and the lovely lady checking me in was so kind and caring that she arranged for my room to be readied first thing and in the meantime I was offerred coffee and somewhere comfortable to hang out. I ended up being able to have my room from 9am! The room itself was so lovely with beautify artwork and soft furnishings. The room has a minibar and there are several grocery stores a short walk away along with lots of nice restaurants and casual eateries. The bathroom had a bath and shower and separate WC. Nice large towels and luxurious amenities. There was a handwritten note and welcome gift waiting on the bed when I arrived along with yum french caramels on the pillows. The location is beyond perfect, metro close by, walking distance to the louvre and place vendome, also lots of great shopping including galleries lafayette, chanel etc. The staff are always there to help you should you need it. You will love this hotel!!!

We had a wonderful three day stay! The rooms were lovely, the location was convenient, and the staff were so helpful and kind! We traveled with our baby and they had a pack n play (crib) for him, and thoughtfully stored our frozen breast milk for us. We highly recommend the hotel and will happily stay here again when next in Paris!

Hôtel très bien situé, classique, bien tenu et bien entretenu. Pour le quartier les tarifs restent correct. L'isolation dans la chambre est loin d'être parfaite ... mais dans ce type d'hôtel c'est souvent la règle !! J'aurai plaisir à revenir ...

Overall, my stay was ok but I am disappointed compared to the website and reviews I had read. This is not a 4 star hotel concerning the rooms and service, it is a 3 star with a sauna. Though there were some good sides, I was upgraded and the girl who checked me out today was very professional. But that's about it. The room is terribly outdated, I mean for a 4* hotel it was really bad. The old pink decorations are in total opposition with the leopard carpet on the stairs. And then there is the service... the guy who was at the reception at night didn't even look at me when I came in late, I mean this is not only unprofessional, it's just rude. The woman who checked me in yesterday, needs some training in hospitality, she has seriously no idea how to professionally check someone in. When I entered for check in, she looked at me up and down and said nothing, like if I had entered the hotel by mistake. Then she said "you do know our rooms are not ready yet", to then tell me 2 minutes later "ah your room is ready". There was no glass of champagne like others have mentioned, no mentioning of the sauna, I mean it was just below my expectations.

Hotel excelente e próximo de tudo. Metrô Madeleine fica a 250m do hotel. Várias opções de restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias e lojas ao redor. Ia andando para vários pontos turísticos da cidade.
O hotel em si está todo reformado. O quarto acomodava bem uma cama de casal e um berço. Sempre muito limpo e muito arrumado. Banheiro todo novo com várias amenities, roupão, pantufas, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar roupa com tábua, máquina de café e chaleira elétrica e água gratuitamente e reposta todos os dias. Ainda ganhávamos mimos como biscoitos e caramelos.
Staff do hotel muito cordial e solícito. Anteciparam nosso check in gratuitamente.
Sempre éramos bem recebidos. A Mônica com quem fizemos o check in é um encanto à parte, muito educada e eficiente.
Recomendo e voltando a Paris, me hospedarei novamente neste hotel.

Charmant hôtel, très bien situé, très bien tenu et entretenu! |Tout le personnel est serviable et attentionné, mention spéciale pour la dame du petit déjeuner qui m’a accueillie et servie avec un grand sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse malgré mon arrivée tardive. |Chambre calme, spacieuse et charmante. Tout était parfait, on sent la volonté de satisfaire le client… Le tout pour un prix absolument adéquat en vue de tous ces éléments là.

I contacted the reception team over a month before I was due to stay to change my booking due to a change in travel plans. The team were very rude and blankly refused to entertain my request, and then proceeded to charge me full price for a room I didn’t use. Not a good experience, I will not be booking a with them in the future.

The personnel is super amiable - they really find no request to be too big or small. The communication prior to arrival is noteworthy and was so appreciated. We had a little handwritten note waiting for us in the room which just made us feel welcome.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The entire property was impeccably clean, including the spacious room, which was well-maintained and comfortable. The bed and sheets were fresh and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious. Excellent location. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in a double room for 4 nights on a business trip. Easy walking distance to the Opera and Pyramid area. It was close to the Madeleine station and convenient to the metro as well. The room and shower booth were not spacious but clean and well stocked with amenities. Quiet environment with a small desk, some outlets and complimentary wi-fi, there was everything I need for my work. And above all, the staff was very thoughtful. It was heartwarming to receive a handwritten welcome letter on tidied bed. When I asked hotel staff to heat prepackaged meal from grocery store, he kindly put it on a plate with silver cutleries and handed me with "Bon appetit".
I felt like I'm home even though I'm away from home????

Magnifique petit hotel superbement situé dans Paris.
L'hôtel est charmant, l'accueil est professionnel et souriant, les chambres sont superbement décorées et très confortables et la rue est vraiment calme.

昨年末夫婦で4泊しました。
ホテルのロケーションは抜群(ロワシーバスが泊まるオペラ座からは徒歩7分？程度で小さめなスーパーも近くとても便利でした／途中夫が観光疲れでご飯を外に食べに行けずに近くのスーパーでお惣菜を買って室内で食べることがありました)で、お部屋の広さも大満足。
内装も可愛いくて、歩き疲れた身体を休めるには最高のホテルでした！
フロントの方も対応が親切で、清掃スタッフさんも心温まるメッセージカードを頂いたりとおもてなしの面で感激しました。
本当に満足度の高いホテルだったので、パリ滞在が終わった後も二人でまたここに泊まりに来ようね！と話をしていました。
パリ滞在が初めての日本人の方でも、安心して宿泊できるおすすめのホテルです！

L’hôtel a été rénové avec goût, gros coup de cœur sur la décoration de la chambre 202. Le petit déjeuner est irréprochable, digne des grands palaces.
Nous avons été accueillis par des personnes souriantes, avenantes, de bons conseils et bienveillantes (gros coup de cœur pour la demoiselle qui porte un béret)

I am still staying in this hotel and very,VERY happy to be here. The stuff is very nice and helpful .You will be welcomed at the front desk and coffee be served in a minute for you. The most important thing is location. You will get it!! The hotel is very quiet you will never hear any noise. My room is always clean and tidy.
Breakfast is my favourite..fresh and delicious. I am strongly recommend to oder it.

Perfekte Lage.
Bad, mit sehr moderner Toilette die mehr kann als ???? ich eigentlich möchte, passt, Frühstück passt,
Zimmer, Nespresso Machine im selbigen, passt,
allerdings sollte die Badezimmertür sowie die Matratze ( 1 Stern Abzug) bald getauscht werden.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
Rezeption: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, beim Check-in mit kleinem kostenlosen Stadtplan und Erklärungen zu Lage und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Lage: sehr gut, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shops / Kaufhäuser zu Fuß erreichbar, in der Straße gibt es mehrere Restaurants, Bistros und zwei Supermärkte.
Für Autofahrer gibt es ein Parkhaus in 5 Gehminuten Entfernung. Die nächste Metro-Station ist ebenfalls in nur 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir fühlten uns hier jederzeit sicher.
Hotel: sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Zimmer: ausreichend groß, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig, sehr sauber, top Zimmerservice, Wifi, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, eine Flasche Wasser pro Tag.
Frühstück: sehr gemütlich im Untergeschoss mit allem was man braucht, leckerer Kaffee, Croissants, Brot, Baguette, Eier, Obst…
Wir hatten hier fünf schöne Tage.

気持ちよく5日間過ごさせていただきとてもいい思い出になりました！
駅からも近く近くにはフランプリという小さなスーパーがあるので便利です。
また行く機会があればぜひ利用したいと思います。
