Great location and reception staff were lovely. Check in and out was simple. The room was small but with a nice view, bathroom just about adequate for 1 person. For 2 people it would have been very tight. A light by the desk would have been helpful. I was there for 4 days and the soap disappeared on the 3rd day and was never replaced, I am also missing a bracelet which I can't be sure was taken from the room but it was very odd the soap being taken. As described above, the room service meal was really awful both times I tried it which was a shame as when you're travelling on business you rely on these things. Breakfast was fine.

Très bel accueil, rarement à Paris j'ai pu fréquenter un hôtel où l'ensemble du personnel était aussi aimable. Cela fait une réelle différence.
Très belle chambre, rue au calme.
Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui mériterait un peu plus de diversité.

L'hotel è molto bello ed in una zona molto bella di Parigi, ma la mia recensione è rivolta soprattutto alla gentilezza di tutti gli addetti alla reception, molto cordiali, sorridenti, disponibili. Ci hanno rivolto tante attenzioni, fornito consigli e aiutato in tutto. Hotel consigliatissimo.

El hotel superó nuestra expectativas de calidad. Es pequeño pero grande en atención y muy limpio y cómodo. Está en un callejón no muy lindo pero es súper seguro y la zona ofrece muchas opciones de entretenimiento y transporte; eso lo hace tranquilo.
Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia a buen precio.

Colazione da rivedere completamente: È inammissibile che domenica 4 maggio, sebbene la colazione dovesse essere dalle ore 7.30, alle 8.15 ancora non si era presentato nessun personale della colazione: niente pane, nessun alimento caldo (uova, bacon, etc), nessun succo, yogurt scaduti il giorno 3. E alle mie richieste alla reception, il poverino non sapeva che pesci prendere ed ha rimediato un paio di baguette e mezzo cartone di succo di mela, anch'esso scaduto il giorno 3. Per 15 euro a testa è francamente intollerabile!!!!

Excelente ubicación y excelente atención. Estuve con mi hijo y mi nieta y nos dieron una suite maravillosa. La ubicación es magnífica, cerca de la Opera y del Louvre, con todo el bullicio a unos pasos, pero en una curiosa calle en L, super tranquila. Lo mejor de ambos mundos en cama mullida. Con amenities de L'Occitane

Excellent établissement, bien situé, avec un personnel très accueillant.
Les chambres sont au calme. Un petit déjeuner varié et très bien composé. Propreté des lieux et décor moderne. Tout cela à contribuer à mon efficacité et ma performance pour ce séjour professionnel. Je recommande vivement.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter Tolle Lage ! Mittendrin und doch ruhig, da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße liegt .
Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß, mit dem Bus oder der Metro zu erreichen.
Wenngleich wir Familie sind , empfanden wir es sehr gut, dass das Schlafzimmer vom Wohnzimmer, in dem die Schlafcouch stand , mit einer Tür zu verschließen war.
Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt !

Amazing hotel. Loved the location, very close to local restaurants and pubs. The hotel is nice and clean, you get all you need and staff is extremely friendly and responsive to your every need. We got bottle of waters each day and supplies of L’occitane products. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay here again every time we are in Paris. True gem.

Todo de 10 excelente todo, servicio, personal súper súper simpáticos y súper amables. Habitación con unas camas súper cómodas, muy acogedora. A nuestra familia le ha encantado y a mi hijo más…jjj… han sido muy amables con mi pequeño y con nosotros. Muy contentos, si volvemos, nos volveremos alojar aquí.

I had a fantastic one-night stay at Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Paris with my 5-year-old daughter, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our room was rather spacious, impeccably clean, stylish and provided everything we needed for a comfortable night. The service was amazing, and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. We had delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of food that we both loved.

Hotel centralissimo e ben collegato! Ho soggiornato qui per circa 5 giorni e mi sono trovata benissimo. Colazione ottima, sia per la qualità del cibo e sia per la varietà di scelta tra dolce e salato.
Tutto lo staff è stato cordiale, disponibile e molto efficiente. Le camere davvero pulite; ma soprattutto attenti ad ogni dettaglio.

Lo consiglio a tutti, e se dovessi tornare a Parigi soggiornerei di nuovo qui.

The Gouvernante of the hotel is the loveliest woman! The entire staff is, but she really went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and cared for while having a small medical issue. She offered to drive back after her shift if things worsened to help with my child. I will forever be grateful.

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, l’accueil était formidable, la dame de la réception a été très avenante. Le bagage est bien gardé, le petit déjeuner est copieux.
Le petit cadeau de bienvenue était surprenant et très apprécié !

Seul bémol que je reproche comme tout les hôtels de Paris c’est l’acoustique on entend tout le monde dans les chambres et le couloir… aussi la salle de bain avait quelques moisissures du à une mauvaise aération je pense mais dans l’ensemble la chambre est très belle est confortable.

- Самый положительный момент, что даже удивительно. Это реально быстрый интернет (wi-fi).
- Расположен рядом с метро, пешком до ОПЕРЫ 7 минут.
- Маленький чистый номер
- Косметика loccitane. Мыло, душ гель, шампунь, кондиционер
- Есть сейф
- Окна во внутренний двор (не проезжая улица) и в колодец - ОЧЕНЬ ТИХО
-Кровать, матрасы удобные.
- Капсульная кофейная машина, вода (пополняемые)
Отрицательные моменты:
- Нет холодильника - минибара..
- Номер маленький, но туалет....я не знаю для кого...и меньше я не видел. Для гномов? сидя на унитазе спокойно можно умываться и заодно душ принимать. Вытираться уже проблематично
- Окна у данного отеля выходят в колодец ---- похожим на тюрьму
- полотенца меняли на грязные.

The room and restaurant is small and narrow. There is musty smell from the bed sheets. Just the location is good.

+) Staffs are unprofessional. They paid again even though we paid already through Agoda. And still have not given a refund. Never answered the email. The worst hotel ever.

A very good location walkable to most tourist spots including Montmartre, Opera and Louvre, with many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by despite inside a private district that my taxi driver had trouble finding the exact drop off location. My top floor family room has a good view and a comfortable bed for a good sleep with peaceful surroundings that I never felt uneasy. The staff is nice and the breakfast is wonderful. You may drop off and leave your luggage during check in and check out.

Very close to metro station. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance ~20mins.

Bar Les Variétés - un super bistro pour déjeuner avec la MEILLEURE soupe à l'oignon française ! Et Astair pour un dîner plus haut de gamme et délicieux. La station de métro est également à quelques minutes, mais pour ceux qui aiment marcher, vous pouvez faire de nombreuses visites à pied. Nous avons facilement pu rejoindre la Tour Eiffel à pied en passant par le Louvre et l'Arc de Triomphe. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter et l'aurions recommandé à des amis !

Highly recommend this lovely hotel. We stayed in November 2023 and had a great long weekend. |After researching lots of areas of Paris and hotels, I’m so glad we found Prelude Opera!|The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated - small but the usual size I would expect for Paris, the staff are helpful and friendly,, the breakfast selection was great, but best of all is the location. |Situated off a busy main road, there is everything you need in your doorstop in terms of amenities with bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. But the road the hotel is actually on is very quiet despite this, so no worries of noise in the night!|Bouillon Chartier is on your doorstep, which is a tourist favourite and very very cheap, but there are also a few independent restaurants in a mall a few minutes away which are superb! Bar Les Varieties - a great bistro for lunch with the BEST French onion soup! And Astair for a more upmarket and delicious dinner.|The metro station is also minutes away, but for those who like to walk, you can do lots of sight seeing on foot. We easily walked to the Eiffel Tower via the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe.|We would definitely return and have recommended to friends!

Hôtel de charme à la Cité Bergère, très belle décoration depuis rénovation, accueil agréable, malgré les chambres avec peu de place , penderies minuscules , salle de bain avec un jour sous la porte et l'eau de la douche innonde le sol, agencement pour café et thé en chambre et bonne literie.. un hôtel à conseiller car au calme et proche de tout. Seul bémol, à l'entrée de la cour interne où se trouve l'hôtel une forte odeur d'urine et des détritus un matelas et un sdf avec très visiblement une psychose persistante...dangereux ? on ne sait pas!! les sdf changent mais leur présence à l'entrée de la Cité Bergère persiste, été comme hiver, comment se fait-il que les hôteliers de la Cité Bergère ne s'associent pas pour faire une demande à la maire du 9eme afin de rendre cette espace à l'entrée de la Cité Bergère impraticable à l'installation d'un matelas, d' amoncellements de nourriture avariée et de vetements!
VOTRE clientèle n'a pas envie du tout , à chaque fois qu'elle rentre à l'hôtel d'être confrontée à ce spectacle si triste et affligeant!
C'est une question de responsabilité et d'humanite vis à vis de ses pauvres malheureux qui crupissent dans les détritus et de RESPECT de votre clientèle qui vient à Paris en vacances et demande un minimum de propreté et de sécurité.. cela peut dissuader de venir séjourner chez vous.. c'est dommage de ne pas agir!!
