We really liked and enjoyed our stay at Hotel Touraine. I booked two rooms in advance. I let them know in advance that we were bring our twin babies of 6 months and they provided us with two cribs. That also gave like a little and cute “fun kit” for children. Since the moment at checking in they were super nice. They allowed us to keep our stroller at reception, they took good care of it. They called for taxis every time we needed them. The breakfast is super nice and tasty. Small but at the same time very complete with lots of options. Installations are pretty and very clean. Location is amazing, close to metro and actually close to everything walking distance.

Les chambres sont assez vieillote et meritere un rafraichissement. La mienne etait particulierement sombre le jour, et trop lumineuse la nuit (thermostat ambiance boite de nuit). La clim ne fonctionnait pas tres bien et il faisait tres chaud dans la chambre.
Dommage car le personnel est tres sympathique.

Freezing cold! The room was so cold. We told reception many times and the heater was never provided that they said they would bring. We were told that legally the temperature of the room could not exceed what it was set at but we have since learnt that this is false. The government only sets guidelines. The room was so cold we couldn’t sit in the room we had to get straight under the duvet and wear two sets of pyjamas.

Additionally the noise of the metro was so loud and strong at night and we weren’t on the ground floor.

Wanted to love it but a noisy and really chilly stay !

The rooms also are deceiving in the photos it was not that nice in real life.

The girls however working there were lovely so they were a lovely part of the stay :)

Estoy agradecida y feliz de haber encontrado y conocido este maravilloso hotel en la zona del Ópera, fui recibida por Belén en la recepción quien desde que llegué tuvo una atención excelente y muy amable cuidando cada detalle de mi estadía ! El servicio de desayuno muy bueno y sabroso , la limpieza impecable ! Ubicación perfecta para estadía de negocios o vacaciones ! Recomiendo 100 %.

Weekend di coppia in questa struttura. Ottima accoglienza,personale cordiale e disponibile. La camera pulita e ordinata con tutto quello che può servire.
Posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piede molte delle mete turistiche, ma anche per spostarsi coi mezzi.

Acabamos de pasar 4 noches y la experiencia ha sido buenísima, está ubicado en una zona tranquila y en ningún momento sentimos inseguridad, muy cerca del metro para poder ir a descubrir la ciudad y puedes ir andando a la zona de Monmarte y a Ópera.
El personal del hotel majisimo, siempre preguntándonos a ver qué tal todo, destacaría a Sofianne, la persona encargada de los desayunos, todos los días nos recibía con una sonrisa y un detallito, pendiente en todo momento de que todo estaría a nuestro gusto. Recomendaría le hotel sin ninguna duda

Very friendly welcoming and helpful members of staff - from reception to breakfast to cleaning staff. The hotel is very well kept and comfortable. The lobby is lovely and a welcoming space to hang around at any time. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet with a lot of choice and good quality products. Our bedroom was quiet and comfortable, spacious by Paris’s standards and very clean. I think our bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I have ever seen, absolutely spotless.

We are returning guests at this hotel, and we will be back for sure.||||The people at the hotel are amazing - welcoming, supportive, and always with a smile. We had a room with a street view, which was amazing, and the hotel is perfectly positioned regarding metro stations, buses, trains, and, of course, restaurants.||||When visiting Paris and staying at this hotel, we feel like we are at home - I think that sums up the whole experience.

La atmósfera del hotel, el servicio de los host , el desayuno, y las instalaciones todo se lleva un 5 :) agua caliente en todo momento, bebidas en el lobby , regalos sorpresa durante la estancia! Todo fue increíble para nuestra estancia. :) Nuestra salida con Belén estuvo súper bien! Ah! No olviden visitar su sauna!

My stay at Touraine was amazing. From being first greeted by the staff at reception, I was treated with care and professionalism during the check-in process and throughout my stay. The rooms are big for your Parisian singles, the Occitane products are the best, the gym is cute and has what one needs for a good workout. The staff from the breakfast room manager to the night time concierge are super attentive to one's needs. I wish I had stayed longer! It is definitely a hotel I'll visit again on my next stay in Paris. Very clean and high standard for the price point in Paris.

The best thing about the hotel is the service! Erwin was wonderful at the front desk and Sojiane who helped at breakfast was so kind. He certainly went the extra mile making sure that I had my coffee just right, fresh fruit and napkins. My daughter loved the breakfast very much. |Please be aware that the gym/fitness center is very small.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel intimiste à la déco soignée. La chambre était bien équipée (frigidaire, machine à café, sèche-cheveux), la literie confortable et le petit déjeuner très bien achalandé. Le personnel souriant était accueillant et à l'écoute, mention toute particulière pour Sofiane qui a été d'une sympathie rare, touchante et précieuse!|Sûr que nous reviendront chez vous pour nos prochains séjours dans la capitale :) Bises de l'Alsace. Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant !
Les professionnels sont attentifs à tous nos besoins et Sofiane, illumine nos journées par sa bonne humeur et sa gentillesse.

J’ai séjourné récemment à l’Hôtel Touraine et je souhaite vivement recommander cet établissement. L’hôtel est très bien situé, propre, confortable et parfaitement tenu. Mais ce qui a véritablement marqué mon séjour, c’est la qualité de l’accueil. Un grand merci à Chloé et Lyudmila pour leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Elles ont fait preuve d’une attention remarquable à chaque étape, rendant l’expérience encore plus agréable. Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe !

This was a lovely cosy hotel close to several transport links and restaurants. We had lovely clean rooms with comfortable beds. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful. We did not use many of the hotel facilities such as the spa and the free coffees in the lobby as we spent a lot of the time exploring Paris and eating at various local restaurants but I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. The only thing which might be an issue for taller people is the ceiling height/ shower height was a little low to stand up straight but otherwise the rooms were lovely and cosy for a few days in Paris
