A l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel, j'ai été très satisfaite de l'accueil jusqu'à tard dans la soiree. La chambre était petite et simple, suffisante pour 2 nuits. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était diversifié, j'aurais cependant apprécié des oeufs brouillés en plus. Mais je recommande pour un court séjour.

スーペリアツインに5日間泊まりました。部屋は清潔でベッドの硬さも快適、広さもパリなら満足、大きなクローゼットもありました。冷蔵庫には飲み物を毎回補充してくれます。一階のカフェには飲み物やケーキ、クロワッサンが置いてあり自由に食べられるのも良かったです。エレベーターは狭いですが慣れます。ただシャワーする時、バスタブ横のスクリーンが短く床に水が漏れます。あとストリートビューの部屋は外の音がうるさいのが気になりました。地下鉄はすぐではないですが、歩ける距離にいくつかあります。|スタッフは親切でいつも挨拶してくれました。

Great little hotel in quiet street, cleanliness fantastic, really comfy bed, free soft drink mini fridge in room a real bonus, close to a couple of metro stops, ability to cast phone on tv but we failed to make it work, friendly and helpful staff

nous avions réservé une chambre pour une nuit, la twin supérieure, et avons tellement apprécié le cadre et l’hôtel que nous avons prolongé notre séjour d’une nuit
je recommande l’hôtel pour tous les services attenants, le personnel et pour l’emplacement

El hotel es pequeño y todo es pequeño, las habitaciones, el pasillo, el ascensor, las escaleras ????… pero está muy bien ubicado el personal es muy amable y el plus de la merienda en toda la cadena es muy bueno y se aprovecha mucho. Punto a mejorar es el Wifi, si debes mantenerte conectado al trabajo puede ser un poco frustrante la falta de velocidad….

Lovely hotel in the 9th arrondissement. Clean rooms with comfy bed and great showers. Service very personal and added bonus is complimentary access to soft drinks, coffee, tea and snacks from 2pm-2am. Would highly recommended this hotel for a trip to Paris.

Great location close to plenty of restaurants shops etc also quiet for sleeping . Close to metro station . Room was comfortable. Shower wasn’t great but did the job . Free food tea and coffee in reception area all day which is a nice touch . Staff were very friendly and accommodating . We were able to get a late check out which suited our flight time .

Lovely hotel, room was comfortable, plenty of space, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected and suited us. Good location, easy to get to other areas either walking or using public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Très bien, hôtel cosy et chaleureux.||Rapport qualité prix très correct.||Accueil agréable et petit déjeuner correct.||Décoration contemporaine et trés jolie.||Bien situé, idéal pour moi pour ce déplacement professionnel.||Je recommande donc cet hôtel.

We stayed at Hotel Joyce – Astotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
I want to give a special thank you to the gentleman at the front desk who was working around 7 PM yesterday—he went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss our flight. He helped us arrange a taxi and assisted with translation, which truly saved our day.
Thank you for the excellent service—we’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to come back!

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen und sehr sauber.|Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Toller Service mit der alkoholfreien Minibar und dem Kaffe/Tee für den Wasserkocher. Alles wurde kostenlos täglich aufgefüllt. Zudem konnte man ab 14 Uhr in der Lobby kostenlos Snacks und Getränke genießen.|Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich.|Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, zwei Metro-Stationen sind in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.|Für uns das perfekte Hotel für den Paris-Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen.

Bathroom was amazing very spacious, lots of closet space, loved the free coffee and snacks in the lobby, great location quiet neighborhood, plenty big for the 2 of us, great price! hotel staff friendly and spoke english. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to a friend

Such a nice hotel, excellent and helpful staff, great location. Worth the money! Hotel was also very quiet and we had good and relaxing sleep every night. The are is safe and interesting, lots of restaurants and cafes. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I will stay in this hotel the next time I visit Paris.

This hotel is wonderful!! Lovely staff and the room was quiet. The location is also accessible with bus stops and near Saint-Georges Metro. It's also close to Gare Saint-Lazare for a quick day trip outside Paris. They also offered snacks and beverages in the lobby until the evening. Would stay here again!

Location was perfect for our 4 night stay. Location was perfect for visiting all the sights. Plenty bars and eating places nearby. Room big enough and very clean and comfortable. Mini fridge refilled everyday with water and soft drinks. They allowed us to bring in and share wine in lounge area with other family we met up with in Paris. Wobderful stay.

Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne und ausreichend grosse Zimmer.
Frühstücksbuffet im herrlichen, hellen Wintergarten.
Sehr freundliches, langjähriges Personal welches sich kümmert und schaut.
Wir waren in den letzten 15 Jahren wohl 20 mal hier, wurden nie enttäuscht.
An Kleinigkeiten sieht man, daß aber auch hier der Zahn der Zeit nagt und doch mal Reparaturen oder kleinere Instandstellungsarbeiten hemacjt werden sollten.
Über alles: absolut empfehlenswert für den Paris- Aufenthalt!

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel très bien situé. C’est la deuxième fois que nous y retournons, en famille cette fois-ci.||Plein de services pratiques (café et viennoiseries en libre service l’après midi, minibar compris dans la prestation, personnel sympathique, chambre calme et lits confortables, je recommande.

"Excellent hôtel au cœur du cool 9 ème ,le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et serviable tout au long de mon séjour. La chambres était impeccable et très confortable. J'ai également apprécié le délicieux petit déjeuner servi chaque matin par la délicieuse Khadja et j'ai adoré l’emplacement pratique à proximité de superbes resto et cafés ."

It was the 2d time for me in this hotel. First the situation is excellent in the center of Paris in a very nice area (many bars and restaurants around, 5 mn walking to the metro ) . The staff is always smiling and make everything easy for the client. The breakfast is awesome and the room very quiet and confortable. A little refreshing by painting could be done by the way !

Excelente hotel, muy limpio todo,las camas super cómodas! El personal muy amable, queda cerca del metro asi que te podes manejar así para conocer lugares, muy buena ubicación. El servicio de desayuno lo super recomiendo. Encantada con este hotel!!

Excellent hôtel ! Situé dans les arrondissements de Paris, il était choquant de voir à quel point les chambres étaient grandes. La seule critique concerne le petit déjeuner - je ne paierais pas le supplément pour cela. L'assortiment de nourriture pour le petit déjeuner était très petit avec seulement une rangée limitée de nourriture - et ils n'étaient pas les plus frais. Je recommande vivement d'aller dans les cafés des environs, comme le Café Pigalle (excellents crossaints). Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est toujours parfait pour un séjour en ville !

Les MEILLEURS ! !! Nous avons séjourné pendant 7 jours et chaque jour était aussi génial ! Le service était de premier ordre, les snacks et les boissons et le petit déjeuner étaient juste ce dont nous avions besoin. De plus, l'hôtel est TELLEMENT propre ! Tout était au-delà de nos attentes. L'emplacement était également parfait - proche de nombreux restaurants, du métro et pas trop loin des grands sites incontournables de Paris. Mon mari et moi parlons encore de la merveilleuse expérience que nous avons vécue. Si nous revenons à Paris, nous ne séjournerons nulle part ailleurs !

Chambres propres, avec de nombreuses boissons gratuites dans le minibar de la chambre.
Des boissons et des collations gratuites sont disponibles dans le hall, ce qui fait de l'hôtel un lieu de séjour agréable pour les voyageurs et les hommes d'affaires.
Il serait très difficile de trouver un hôtel de ce prix et de cette qualité à Paris.
Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel par hasard et avons eu beaucoup de chance d'y séjourner.
