Bonsoir,
Expérience assez laborieuse dans cet hotel.
Je suis venu pour un séminaire professionnel de 3 jours : prix très élevé (environ 300€/nuit) pour une chambre bruyante située sur rue. Bruit de la climatisation aussi bruyante qu'un avion au décollage. Salle de bain dans un état assez vétuste, carreaux cassés. Fer a repasser cassé qui ne fonctionne pas bien et qui fuit, une table a repasser qui n'en est pas une, plutot une table pour repasser les manches des chemises. Draps du lit mis a l'envers... Reception nocturne qui m'informe que je recevrais ma facture par mail a la fin du sejour mais aucun recu envoyé. J'ai du recontacter a plusieurs reprises l'hotel pour recevoir cette facture. Meme reception qui m'avait informé lors de mon arrivée que la chambre était bien au calme quand j'ai demandé si une autre chambre était disponible (l'hotel était complet en l'occurence).
Autant dire qu'en l'état je ne recommande pas cet hotel, ni pour son confort, ni pour son prix, ni pour la qualité de son service.

Clean and charming hotel with friendly staff. And our room had a balcony with a surprise Eiffel Tower view! We also enjoyed the breakfast which had a lot of variety and the complimentary snacks throughout our stay. The location was also convinent with lots nearby and easy access to the metro.

Ho soggiornato con mia mamma 3 notti. Peccato solo la camera davvero piccola, il letto al massimo una piazza e mezza, il bagno stretto e senza armadio. Persone fisicamente alte e/o in carne non riuscirebbero a muoversi con facilità. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile anche se non parlano italiano e noi solo un po’ d’inglese. Colazione a buffet, nella norma. Ho trovato molto carina l’idea dello spazio ricreativo (mangiare e bere tipo merenda) da poter fare in qualsiasi hotel della catena dalle 14 alle 2. La posizione è molto comoda, nel cuore di Montmartre e una volta presa confidenza con la metro è collegatissima.

So nice room, quiet neighborhood and nice to have refreshments in the reception, enjoyed staying, going to come back soon again. Very welcoming staff and supportive, English speaking and very nice design in the hotel, room was comfortable

Disgusting Customer Service from this Hotel.

I was due to travel from London and stay Tuesday 6th - Thursday 8th May, I was really looking forward to my stay.

Unfortunately my Grandmother died on the Tuesday morning so I had to cancel my entire Trip to Paris all together.

The Hotel has since refused point blank to Refund my Stay despite the Death of my Grandmother.

I spoke to one of the Hotel Team on Tuesday & they talked about ‘The Business side’ ????????‍♂️

I’m sorry when it comes to the Death of a Family Member you make an exception to ‘The Business side’ and any ‘No Refund Policy’

This reflects really really badly on the Hotel & the Manager Joan Chaussey has since declined to respond to my Emails. Disgusting Customer Service. They don’t care about the Death of one of their Customers Family Members putting Money & Business above this.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies, la chambre est confortable, propre et le minibar compris dans le prix pour la nuitée est très apprécié. |L’hôtel est très bien situé, il y a énormément de cafés/bars et restaurants dans le quartier. Accès aux métros en peu de temps à pieds.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses mais surtout très propres. Le personnel est trop sympa, toujours très serviable et souriant. Le petit dej est tres varie, avec de bons produits. Nous reviendrons une troisième fois a cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Very comfortable hotel. My room overlooked the street, but since it was a minor thoroughfare there was no noise problem at night. Front desk is open 24-hours a day, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The amenities in the lobby (available after 14:00) really set this place apart from other hotels. Also, great location between two Metro stations (Notre Dame de Lorette and Cadet) that were only short walks away. Everything you need (restaurants, shopping, grocery store, bakeries, etc.) all nearby in the neighborhood.

A charming little hotel in the 9th arrondissement. Closely convenient to several different subway lines, and of course, plenty of cafes and out-of-this-world restaurants. Front desk staff are friendly and always helpful. Buffet breakfast served every morning which costs an additional 10 euros daily, but well worth it. Rooms are smallish, but when in Paris, who spends much time in their rooms?!

We had a pretty quiet room with a comfortable bed, nice shower and free (non alcoholic) mini bar. The lounge has a table full of free snacks; nuts, tarts, cakes etc and comfortable seats. The breakfast room is excellent with a very well stocked selection of tea, coffee, bread, cheese, egg, ham, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, pastries… which is all included in the price. The location is quiet, excellent and very handy for the Gare Du Nord and Montmartre (the excellent Le Progres restaurant is a pleasant 15 minute walk). And the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Recommended.

Have never stayed with this group of hotels before, was not disappointed. It was a lovely friendly hotel. The room was clean and quiet, with complimentary soft drinks and tea/coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast was varied to suit all palates. It was well positioned not far from Gare du Nord, and three metro stations 5-10 minutes away. After 2pm in the hotel lobby there was an array of cakes, croissants etc and tea/coffee for guests. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Hôtel très propre calme personnel professionnel et à l’écoute. La chambre était impeccable cerise sur le gâteau on vous offre chaque jour de la limonade un jus l’eau thé et café. Excellent emplacement à distance de marche de la Gare du Nord. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner buffet et le service de thé complémentaire à partir de 14 heures, accessible dans tous les hôtels Astotel de Paris. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Je reviendrai certainement pour un prochain séjour dans la ville.

Chambre petite et confortable, lits sans punaises de lit (ce qui fait la réputation de Paris). Le prix est assez bon pour Paris et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, le personnel parle aussi anglais. L'emplacement n'est pas pratique pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, car il se trouve directement sur une route très fréquentée, mais la nuit, c'est assez calme. Ce n'est que vers 6 et 7 heures que des camions de nettoyage circulent dans les rues, ce qui peut être assez bruyant. Sinon, l'hôtel est sympa, mais il ne faut pas prendre l'ascenseur, il est un peu bruyant.

L'hôtel dispose également d'un petit minibar sympa qui est toujours réapprovisionné. L'emplacement permet de se rendre rapidement en ville et dans le métro.

Les chambres sont agréables et les matelas sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Emma, le personnel, est une fille très gentille et amicale, tout le monde l'aime beaucoup. L'Estotel est une chaîne, le premier jour j'ai marché vers d'autres hôtels Estotel, la petite fille à l'intérieur est aussi très bien, elle aide à appeler un taxi. Paris est un bon choix. Bon emplacement, pratique.
