L'emplacement est excellent et relativement calme.
Le personnel est agréable.
En revanche la chambre était décevante : peinture qui s'effrite, luminaire tâché, joints de la douche moisis, fenêtre qui ne ferme plus totalement... C'est dommage !

Some rooms were much better than others. I got a poor room. Smelly. A bit grubby. Broken toilet. Broken air con. My friend had a much nicer room. It’s a gamble.

Hôtel très bien placé .
Chambre agréable, salle de bain rénovée nickelle MAIS une très très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres . Certaines chambres ne sont séparées de celle d’à côté que par une porte et on entend les voisins comme si on était dans la même pièce . Impossible de dormir dans boule quies.

Je n'ai jamais rencontré un hôtel pire que celui-ci, terriblement sale, le lit était couvert de cheveux, la salle de bain était une horreur à part entière. Je joindrai certainement une photo comme preuve de cela. S'il vous plaît dites-moi comment un client peut prendre une douche dans une telle salle de bain ??? C'est terrible... Pourquoi l'administration ne vérifie-t-elle pas tout ça ? Comment peut-on loger des gens dans de telles pièces ? Honte....

Mon hôtel préféré de mes déplacements professionnels, les. chambres rénovées sont superbes ! L’hôtel est très calme et pourtant c’est l’effervescence à l’extérieur, 30 minutes de la défense. le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner sans chichi. l environment est top. je reviens tous les mois !

Niché dans la cité Bergère, en plein centre de Paris, proche de l'Opéra, l'Hôtel Mondial, vous accueille dans une ambiance chaleureuse et paisible, à deux pas des grands magasins.
L'hôtel est en pleine rénovation d une de ses ailes ce qui implique une différence de qualité par rapport aux photos du site.

Malheureusement mauvaise expérience avec un des réceptionnistes qui a délibérément menti pour masquer son erreur. Manque d'arrangement commercial.

Δυστυχώς δεν έχουμε μείνει σε χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο ….. παρά πολύ βρώμικα όλα , η μοκέτα στο πάτωμα , τα παράθυρα , νεροχύτες βουλωμένοι …. Το δωμάτιο μας ήτανε στο ισόγειο , το παράθυρο έβλεπε σε ακάλυπτο βρωμικο χώρο . Ο χώρος υποδοχής επίσης βρώμικος , στους καναπέδες σιχαθήκαμε να καθίσουμε . Πεταμένα τσιγάρα έξω από το περβάζι στο παράθυρο μας . Εικόνα πληρους εγκατάλειψης . Αν δεν ήταν μόνο για μια νύχτα σίγουρα θα είχαμε φύγει . Κρίμα γιατί είναι ένα υπέροχο παλιό κτίριο .

Im a fussy man with high expectations.
This hotel was absolutely spot on. You can clearly see it has been recently renovated and the room was beautiful with a quint little balcony. It was a tad hot but that would most likely not be a problem for most. I slept with the window open and slept soundly all night.
The room was clean and tidy, with house keeping coming each day to freshen up the place.
This hotel is in an amazing location with plenty of restaurants on its doorstep and brilliant transport links to anywhere in the city.
This is a lot of bad reviews regarding this hotel and perhaps it is not under new management. I would recommend and would stay again.

Hotel confortável, limpo e muito agradável, localizado em uma região estratégica de Paris, próximo a mercados, restaurantes e metrô. Fiquei em um quarto onde tudo era novo, desde os móveis até os detalhes da decoração, proporcionando ainda mais conforto. O café da manhã foi surpreendente e simplesmente sensacional!

Perfect location and breakfast. Service is very good and people are very kind. Furiniture is a bit old but towels are changed every day.

L’hotel est tres bien situé
Le personnel est tres gentil, et le petit dejeuner copieux et très bon.
Seul bémol pour la chambre qui ne présente pas beaucoup d’insonorisation coté couloir, ceci dit si on a été gêné ce fut la faute d’autres clients qui ne respectaient pas le sommeil des autres dans les parties communes.
Sinon rien a dire, la rue est tres calme et l’hotel très beau.
On reviendra surement !

L'hôtel était en travaux... donc mon avis est quelque peu tronqué. Mais au regard de la politique tarifaire (180 €/ nuit sans petit dej), on est en droit d'attendre un vraiment mieux. Tout est moyen. De la literie à l'insonorisation en passant par la déco et l'ambiance.
Il n'y a que la localisation qui relève un peu l'appréciation.

Habitaciones muy muy chicas. Casi sin espacio para moverse. El baño lindo y limpio pero sin cortinas de baño y se mojaba todo. La ducha, se caía y no podías bañarte cómodo.
En fin, volvería pero con estas expectativas... solo para dormir.

Quels dommages très déçu pour une première fois niveau propreté au niveau de la chambre rien n'était fait de la poussière partout, de plus pas d'eau chaude malgré le signalement dès notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner œufs brouillé ainsi que les saucisses était froides, hôtel en travaux et très bruilliant.

Nice little hotel, excellent service. More than adequate breakfast. Rooms are fine, not so big but good beds and nice ambiant lighting. Hotel was in renovation during our stay. 22nd to 24th of February. To make up for the noise and inconvenience (which was only to be heard from 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 or 18:00) we got free breakfasts. Entrance is in a little street what actually more resembles like an wide alley, which at first doesn't seem so attractive.
But it is really in the center near the Grand Boulevards a street packed with nice restaurants, bars and shops. And in short distance of the Opera Garnier, Galleries LaFayette and the Louvre
To pack it all together it was a pleasant stay!

When I asked how they would compensate me, they said they could offer breakfast — but I didn’t want breakfast. I wanted proper sleep in a room with the same conditions as what I booked. How could they dare offer an incomplete room to a guest, and have no backup plan for when a customer complains?
If anyone wants to experience something like this, then by all means, come here.
