L'hôtel a des fourmis ^_^
(Note: I’ll refer to the different female front desk staff as A, B, and C for clarity — to distinguish who provided good service and who didn’t.)
On my first afternoon, I checked in with female front desk staff A, who was very kind and helpful. I had forgotten to bring a few personal items, and she patiently provided me with slippers, toothpaste, and other essentials. That left a great first impression.
When I checked out on the third morning, female staff C was also professional, polite, and efficient.
The main issue happened on the second night.
That evening, the handheld shower in my room suddenly stopped working, and only the overhead shower was functional. I called the front desk, and female staff B answered the phone. She told me that someone would come to check the issue within 30 minutes. However, over 30 minutes passed with no one showing up, so I called again.
This time, the night shift male staff had taken over. He told me he had no idea about my previous report. It was clear that female staff B never passed on the information or arranged any follow-up. The male staff himself came up to my room, confirmed that the shower was indeed broken, and said he would check if any other rooms were available and then call me back.
But I waited another 15 minutes with no update. When I called once more, he simply said, “I was just about to call you,” which honestly felt like a lazy excuse rather than real follow-up.
By that point I was already tired and didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms, so I just used the overhead shower and let it go. But the entire handling of the situation that evening showed a clear lack of internal communication and follow-through, with no proactive service mindset from the night team.
That said, this is still a hotel very much worth staying at. It has a great location, a clean environment, and decent facilities. If the hotel can improve communication and consistency in service, especially during staff handovers, the overall guest experience would be much better.
I liked the cabinet area it was good enough to carry our clothes
the wide windows were nice and the staff especially Jasmin the receptionist was very nice and helpful she helped us to book for restaurant.
I also loved the roof top area
Location was 10 minutes from center but through the way there are many coffee shops and some boutiques
Das Hotel liegt trotz der zentralen Lage im 9Arr. sehe ruhig in einer Seitenstraße.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ( Englisch ist kein Problem )
Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber in guter Qualität und frisch.
Die Zimmer sind kleiner als man denkt, aber stilvoll und modern eingerichtet????
Die Dachterasse über den Dächern der Stadt ist der absolute Hit! ☀️
Dieses Hotel werden wir bei unserem nächsten Paris Urlaub wieder wählen!
I came without any reservation, early at night. The night manager said their cheaper standard room was out of availability to sell me their "Suite Prestige". Last available room said the night manager...
When reaching my suite, I doubled check their website and realized that they did have their cheaper room available.
After complaining, they did assign me their cheaper room at the rate I expected.
1/ Upon checkout in the morning, when asked if my stay went well, I notified them about the poor behaviour of the night manager, but front desk said they were no problem given that in the end, they fixed my issue and gave me the room I wanted at the rate I wanted. If in the end I got what I wanted, they indirectly confirmed that lying staff is not an issue and that upselling by being dishonest is just standard process to them.
2/ Given the time I checked in, it would have been a nice gesture to maintain the suite and apply the standard rate (offer the upgrade), but no, it did not happen.
3/ Upon check in, after paying the night, they insisted to capture a 150EUR deposit, despite my targeted 8h occupancy without breakfast, empty minibar, and hotel bar closed..... What's the point ? I won't be surprised if the deposit is debited....
The location of the hotel is 3mn from my office. It would have been convenient as I occasionally need to stay near my office or welcome foreign customers. Obviously, I'll never come back and I won't be suggesting that place to my clients (25 room.nights this week).
Regarding the room, the standard room was large enough, with no "cramped" feeling. It was clean though some paper was left behind the dustbin. Bathroom was clean, towels were soft and shower gel was of good quality. Nespresso machine was available in the room. They did not provide free bottle of water (but one was available in the Suite and in France tap water is drinkable).
I felt a lot of vis a vis in my room (courtyard facing) and lack of privacy as I don't use curtains. Hotel was quiet but sound proofing is probably not good (I could hear people pulling their luggages in the corridor). Furniture and room had a few bumps. Chairs had stains. Lots of power plugs throughout the room.
Suite prestige is just a regular suite, nothing fancy nor prestigious.

Вартість відповідає якості. Готель знаходиться у зручній локалізації, поруч є магазини, пекарні Персонал максимально привітний. Номери чисті, а сніданки смачні. До того ж на даху готелю є тераса, де можна посидіти ввечері. Красивий інтерʼєр є плюсом!
Nous avions loué une suite qui est de bonne dimension et propre mais qui manque de charme.
Bar sans personnel, sans musique ... ca ne donne pas envie d'y passer un bon moment. Heureusement le quartier regorge de bars et restaurants.
Petit déjeuner correct mais franchement la salle est beaucoup trop petite pour le nombre de chambres. Beaucoup d'attente pour le réassort des plats.
On y a déjeuner en buffet. c est généreux, bon et bien présenté.
Le service est souriant et bien agréable. Le gerant est venu nous demander notre avis à table. Sympa.
L endroit est bien desservie.
