Pour le manque d'information, je mets 2 étoiles.
Je me suis rendu à l'embarcadère de cette société le 14 juillet, sur les conseils d'une amie. Malheureusement, à mon arrivée, il n'y avait aucune croisière prévue ce jour-là. Aucune information n'était indiquée à ce sujet sur le site.

Such a lovely evening time music cruise along the Seine. Wonderful and friendly staff made the entire experience that much better. It was the perfect way to start our visit to Paris.

Cela fait la troisième fois que je fais une croisière avec vedettes de Paris et je ne suis absolument pas déçue !!!
J’ai encore une fois apprécié ! et la ballade, et tout ce qu’on apprend
La réservation se passe toujours bien et pour cette dernière croisière j’ai dû envoyer un mail , le service m’a répondu rapidement et l’échange a été très satisfaisant
Le personnel est accueillant

**UPDATE**
Please do not claim you have not received any communication because I do have proof. Please see attached screenshots with dates. If I do not receive a refund within 3 business days, I will be reporting your business as fraud to both of my banks as this is unacceptable for me to beg for my money back which you have taken without authority.

Avoid! They have charged me twice on two cards as they claimed that the payment was declined. Upon realisation when I returned to UK I have contacted them and have been trying to get a refund since March!! We are in July! They took all my details off on email and upon following up with them multiple times on email and instagram I am still yet to receive a refund. I will be reporting this as fraud as I have been promised a refund and I’m begging for my money back that they gave unrightfully took from me. Disgusting behaviour!

Went with my friend to Paris in March and happened to purchase some souvenirs from their shop. Unfortunately my friend was told that her Revolut card is being declined so she decided to use a normal UK bank card. Due to this and not having internet access until we both got back home, we have realised she has been charged twice, on the two cards. Whoever dealt with us did not give us the declined receipts and she had reached out to them via instagram where they advised to email and took her details. She emailed them instantly and waited quite a few days for a reply but they have acknowledged their mistake and issue with their card machine or system or whatever it was and asked for her bank details to issue a refund. This all happened in March, we visited in the 5th of March and today is the 11th of July and my friend is having to email them and messaged them on instagram for them to only ignore her and not reply. To be fair with you even if it was £1, issue lays on your end and if you promise a refund due to a fault that happened within your business you still should do what is right. Fraud will be reported!!

⭐ Avoid! I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter who was unfairly charged twice on two different cards after they claimed her payment was declined. She realised this once she returned to the UK and has been trying to get her money back since March and now it’s July! Despite giving them all her details over email, and following up repeatedly by email and Instagram, she still hasn’t received a refund. It’s absolutely shocking — they’ve promised a refund but nothing has happened, and she’s left begging to get her own money back which they wrongfully took. Disgraceful behaviour and we will be reporting this as fraud. Very disappointing and stressful experience!

Had a fantastic cruise from 10-11pm with my 18 year old daughter. We both loved it especially the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower as sundown was around 10:45pm so it was the perfect booking time for us. Be sure to arrive early to line up otherwise 50% of patrons will be sitting downstairs. We arrived early enough to find seats on the top deck right next to the edge for uninterrupted views of everything. The french playlist was lovely and the 60 cruise was the perfect pace to see Paris before and after sundown. Thank you for a fantastic experience. We highly recommend it. (Dorothy & Capri from Melbourne/Australia).

Me encantó, es un paseo hermosos, viendo lo mas irónico de París y dentro con música, y una copa de vino ... 10/10.
Inicio puntual* organizado y muy espacioso, vi otros que parecían gallineros llenos de gente, en cambio este con muy buenos espacios y asientos :)

생일자 무료입장 10:00~17:45라고 하길래 서둘러서 5시 50분에 도착해서 너무 걱정했는데 대기하는 줄도 꽤 길고 정각까지 와도 문제없을 것 같아요.
생일자를 위한 무료샴페인이나 무료간식은 더 이상 제공되지 않아요. 오로지 무료 입장티켓만!

Très belle expérience avec les Vedettes de Paris. Personnel très sympathique qui nous accueille très bien.

I rarely post negative reviews, but this cruise was awful . It was the night time “musical” cruise. We were packed like sardines and my family had to stand to see. Couldn’t hear any music. I hope there’s a better cruise, I but doubt it as all other ships we saw were just as bad.

We enjoyed our trip from Eiffel Tower to Pont Marie with Vedettes de Paris. The boat was confortable, our children were greeted with kindness and we loved that they had an option to only ride one-way instead of only the loop around the river.

Last minute booking for 4 of us. Lovely 1 hour trip with commentary in both French and English. Very good value. Boat not too big so doesn't feel crowded, which a lot of them are. Little late departing but we were kept informed. Definitely recommend booking.

Es gibt viele Anbieter von Seine-Touren in Paris - die Tour mit Vedette de Paris hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Nicht zu großes Schiff, daher keine Menschenmassen an Bord. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gute Erklärungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (in Französisch und Englisch). Ob andere Sprachen zur Verfügung stehen ist uns nicht bekannt.

un moment trés sympa, sur la seine, avec des petites questions et enigmes qui a rendu le voyage plus ludiques, petit bémol, la personne qui racontait, ne semblait pas trés à l'aise... mais c'est peut etre le temps d'apprendre.
je recoomande pour les enfants c'etait top de sortir du circuite trés scolaire des autres bateaux
