Wir waren für 4 Nächte hier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß. Natürlich war der Blick auf den Eiffelturm grandios. Ok das Bad war etwas "abgewohnt" aber auch sauber. Alles in allem war es für unsere Bedürfnisse ( wir waren fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs, also für Übernachtung und kurze Pausen zwischen den Ausflügen ) komplett ausreichend. Ich persönlich fand den Aufzug etwas gruselig ( extrem klein und die Anzeige ging gar nicht) aber er hat funktioniert. Wir würden hier also auch wieder buchen.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the location is perfect as it's only less then a 10 minute walk to the effiel tower and quick and easy to get to the grounds for a picnic etc. However the rooms and hotel facilities are very basic and the pictures on the website are not accurate but for the price and location you have value for money. The stairs and lifts are very small so if your not good with them I wouldn't advise. The reception is open 24hrs so we did feel safe and looked after, all the staff spoke very good English and was very helpful with us. Great location, but just a very basic hotel.

Booked a room with two beds a couple days before my stay. Hotel accepted the booking and said they did not have any rooms with two beds available. I politely asked them for a refund so I could find accommodations elsewhere they refused saying the booking is non refundable and maybe they would have one available if someone cancels. I messaged back and forth with them for a whole day, by the evening they could not confirm if they would have a room with two beds available. It was the evening before and they were unresponsive so I had to book elsewhere. Horrible business practices, if you book here be careful. Still refusing to refund.

Great location, and there was black mould on the walls! I had to leave and switch to another hotel. No refund. Awful experience as the staff did not acknowledge the issue.

Geld per nacht niet waard maar je zit wel onder de eiffeltoren en je slaapt er alleen maar , maar volgende keer een B&B VERDER buiten de stad

Единственный плюс этого отеля что он расположен не далеко от башни. Всё остальное плохо. В день заселения попалась женщина на ресепшене, вела себя очень не уважительно к клиентам, игнорировала все вопросы и просьбы. Остальной персонал вежлив. Номера в очень плохом состоянии! Стены, стол, всё обшарпанное, в первый же день отвалилась душевая шторка, и еле держался карниз который весел уже боком!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La dame de l'accueil est très agréable et accueillante. De plus, c'est plaisant de savoir qu'il y a quelqu'un à l'accueil 24h/24h quand on rentre un peu tard. Hôtel idéalement situé qui a contribué à la qualité de notre séjour !

We loved our stay! The location was great, close to the eiffel tower, public transit, and was safe and clean. The rooms were pretty spacious for being in this area, and the employees were very nice. Some other reviews complained about being treated poorly as americans, but we had a great time, everyone was kind to us! I think its possible other reviews were impatient with checking, their system is dated and check in took a bit. Overall, I recommend this place! Great deal and we loved our stay.

La chambre qui m’ont assigné ne correspond pas au normes de sécurité, très serrée, cuvette de toilette collé au mur de ses deux coté vous devez laisser vos jambes à l’extérieur, le réceptionniste de nuit ne répond pas aux questions et ne fait aucun effort pour aider les clients , le prix de nuit est trop élevé à cette catégorie d’hôtel

Ειταν πολυ ωραια η Κατερινα απο το ρεσεπσιον μας βοιθτισε παρα πολυ ολα ειταν κοντα ηστιατορια καφετεριες σταση ειμασται πολυ ευχαριστιμενη απο τιν διαμονη μας και απο εξηπερετιση στο ξενοδοχειο περασαμε πολυ ωραια ειναι κοντα στο Αιφελ

Nicest most helpful staff. Fabulous location. Room clean. Beautiful view. Tiny elevator and tricky narrow steps to get to room. Room small but cozy. Shower in bath a bit of a leg up to get into. Fresh clean towels. Very comfortable bed. Nice basic breakfast. Supermarket two minutes away.

Pequeño pero acogedor, en una zona inmejorable y con vistas a la torre Eiffel.|Tiene comercios al lado y buena orientación. El baño y el ascensor don muy pequeños, por poner alguna pega. Pero lo recomiendo 100% por la relación calidad/precio

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely dirty in the rooms. They need to mop the floors, get new sheets, and not leave dirt and other debris on the bed. The staff is rude (especially if you’re American). Overall this was so trash and not worth the price. Only good thing about it was the location to the Effiel Tower. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Posizionato molto bene, a due passi dalla torre Eiffel, dal Trocadero e dall'Hotel des Invalides. Il personale alla reception e' veramente gentile e cortese. la stanza era piccolina ma accogliente, anche se gli spazi sono un po' ristretti; il bagno ugualmente piccolo ma funzionale. Tutta la struttra e' miolto silenziosa e riservata.

Déçu de ne pas avoir eu la vue sur la tour eiffel comme prévu dans ma réservation .chambre peu chauffée surtout en cette période. Très bon petit déjeuner copieu et personnel sympathique. Hôtel près de l'endroit où je devais me rendre ce week-end.

Clean comfortable but small room. Nice and helpful stuff. View of the Eiffel Tower from my room. Very close Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions. Can’t wait to come back. Easy check-in and out process. Breakfast is provided however I’m not sure if it was free or not.

Muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel, sin embargo, la habitación en la que estuve es únicamente para dormir. Es una habitación tan reducida en espacio, que al momento de ducharse es difícil girarse.

Came for a couples weekend getaway, Beautiful location however the rooms are disgusting, washrooms too tiny. Can barely fit 2 people in there. Sheets smelled like cigarettes, i had to lay my clothes down in order to fall asleep
My partner paid for a room with a view only to get a back alley with a neighbour cooking his evening meal.
Every time we needed to shower our legs would hit the toilet. The pictures on the website are fake. Great location but absolutely dreadful accommodation.

Very dirty room very small we did not had hot watter for like more than 24 hours no heat in the room and it was on 25 februar this year so outside was rainu and cold ,and i had the premium bedrom i dont want to know how small are the other ,i paid 371 e for 2 nights wich is outrageous for the quality of the room ,it was mold and the wals just disgusting shower was also dirty and really small i still have all the photos that i took and will post them continuously beacuse they said at reception because of the inconvience of not having hot water and heat will have some of the money back ,but its been a while and nothing from them ,never again kensington
