Mais c'est quoi cette hotel ? A fuir !!! dommage l'emplacement est très bien mais pour le prix que l'on a payé ça ne vaut pas le coups.

- Chambre mal insonorisé.
On entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir. Et dans la chambre enface de nous.

- La douche.
La jointure qui partait et laisse l'eau s'infiltrer dans toute la salle de bain

- Les toilettes
Avec une porte qui se ferme pas totalement donc le son passe

- Buffet offert ouverture a 1am
42 min de retard
Mais le gâteau à l'amande est excellent

Le réceptionniste que j'ai appelé aujourd'hui même il y a quelques minutes.

Une honte pour la profession.
Moi-même de la profession. ( Dans un palace ).

Et oublié pas les bases de notre métier.

Ps : même si je pense que vous vouliez bien faire. Quand on met la pancarte devant la porte pour que personne ne rentre. Et que vous y envoyer une femme de ménage. Douteux sur la sécurité.

I would 100% recommend staying at the Hotel 7 Eiffel by Malone during your stay in Paris! The location of the hotel is amazing because it's a short walk from the Eiffel tower and it is surrounded by many delicious food options. The location is also easily accessible for the Metro and Uber pick-ups. Our rooms were also kept nice and clean every single day. And if we had an issue with our room, the staff at the Hotel 7 were very easy to talk to and helped us right away. When I return to Paris in the future, I would stay at this hotel again!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel 7 Eiffel by Malone. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and cordial throughout our visit. The room is so small you can stand in the center and touch all the walls, you walk in and fall on the bed that’s how close it is to the door. They put a few bars on the window and call it a terrace. the carpet looks rusted orange and like it has not been changed since 1975. the entire hotel smells. They did not honor our breakfast even though we prepaid with Hotels.com but there are plenty of cafe much better a few steps away. The biggest reason I booked was location and air conditioning and the AC did not work at all, I cannot imagine how bad it is in the summer. The temp was about 72* but inside the tiny room it felt like 85* all day and all night. The bathroom is so small No Bidet!! A coat closet is larger and it does not have a real door it has a slide divider. I regret not finding a real 4 star hotel and just getting an UBER to Eiffle.

Ugo was not friendly and he was not professional and very bad communication . Even when we arrived he was not welcoming. The hotel is very small the rooms are small I don’t recommend it .

Our check in went smoothly and the concierge was very helpful and had great suggestions for our time in Paris. The hotel is located close to Rue Cler, the metro stop, and the eiffel tower. It is a clean hotel but our shower did leak. They offer breakfast every morning for 16 euros pp. They also have an elevator which can be rare in Europe! Our room and the rooftop did not have a view of the eiffel tower.

The room was clean, spacious, the staff was very friendly, good location. I would definitely stay here again if I travelled back to Paris.

The most comfortable bed, quiet room. Great location- convenient to great fresh food market and restaurants with easy walk to Eiffel Tower, shopping, etc. The only issue was a smell from the shower drain that was better after running water but came back when the room was not used for most of the day. Very close to a clean and convenient laundry facility to allow us to pack light and have fresh clothes. Would stay there again.

This hotel was located just far enough away from a Main Street so you didn’t get a lot of street traffic, but close enough that the metro was easy to access. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and access to the Hop On/Hop Off bus. Roof top patio space was great to relax on.

A delightful hotel in s great location. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room met all our needs except the air conditioning was minimal. We had a window that opened and the nights were cool so it was good for sleeping. Travelled first week of May.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man von hier fußläufig oder mit bestem Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Trotzdem liegt es sehr ruhig in einer schmalen Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer war in Größe und Ausstattung in Ordnung, Highlight war der angeschlossene Balkon. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abzüge gibt es für das Frühstück. Grundsätzlich ist die Auswahl in Ordnung, aber Obst und Gemüse waren nur mäßig frisch und an unserem ersten Tag war die Milch in der Kaffeemaschine verdorben - sowas darf nicht passieren.

I waited several years to write this review. This hotel implements a bait and switch trick. When renting the room for this particular hotel, I specifically informed that we had three people coming. (PLEASE BOOK TWO ROOMS FOR THREE PEOPLE, NO SUCH THING AS THREE IN A ROOM IN FRANCE- THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE ONCE YOU GET TO THE HOTEL- THIS IS A THING FRENCH HOTELS DO TO MAKE MORE MONEY) Upon arrival they said three people could not stay in a room. The snobby ( maybe she is just french lol) french woman went on to say that they had a sister hotel (it's like another hotel they have access to- it is a common scam in Paris to get more money out of you- sometimes this get done even if you have two people. If this happens. Don't say I didn't warm you) near by... while the area was nice... the hotel was dark and dreary, it had none of the style that this hotel clearly had. That is why I picked it! lol On top of that, they charged way more for the extra room at the other place. I jest you not the "sister hotel" was creepy and felt haunted. I am not a person who believes in spooky stuff, but this hotel will make you a believer. I did not sleep comfortably in my room alone. I would write the name of the hotel here, but I do not want to give them too much information. That is why I waited such a long time to write the review. They can not remember after several other people who went and had the same experience, but decided to be selfish and not share with the public. Just know that any "sister hotel" they send you to will be a downgrade. Be aware. If I am wrong and you get an upgrade, that's probably because they like you. This post helped you out. You are welcome! You are better off staying in an American chain hotel in Paris. It won't look dreary and haunted. I did come back to correct my writing, as I wrote it so quickly, as an imperfect person, I made mistakes in my writing. Should you find some more, I am sorry. Writing isn't my forte, but letting people know where not to stay is. Intelligence comes in a variety of different ways. Have no doubt that staying at this hotel is beyond a mistake and let your intelligence guide you: if you read this review and still decide to stay with them, I hope they treat you well because I called them out on this scam they have going. I will feel good just knowing that they will have to act right with the next patrons, because I intelligently made them do the right thing going forward. This hotel was very comfortable and close to many areas. The metro was a short walk away. There were the nicest restaurants very close by. There was a Carrefour (Walmart) right around the corner. There was a laundromat a couple of doors down from the hotel. In addition, the staff was so nice and accommodating.

Al het personeel was heel vriendelijk, vooral aan de receptie.Wij hadden de delux kamer met balkon deze was ruim genoeg. Het ontbijt was correct.||Het enige minpuntje dat ik kan vinden is dat het wat koud was op de kamer.||Maar de ligging maakt dit wel heel goed.||Dicht bij de metro en bij restaurants en café's||Wij komen zeker terug||

Very clean, very good hotel. We did not take advantage of the breakfast each day - even though we paid for it. Just didn't fit into our plans each day. Location is very good for a few places but we ended up walking a lot - which was fine for us but it is not as close to many of the places we went. Close to Eiffel Tower, Musee Rodin, Musee des Invalides, etc.. but not as close to Champs/Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Notre Dame, etc... which were about a 25-30 min walk.

My wife and I had a great time, the location was excellent close to the Eiffel Tower in the 7th. Staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Room was clean and they did a great job.

Bien placé - dans un quartier civilisé, avec un bon équilibre entre calme et animation (restos, bars) dans les rues avoisinantes; personnel charmant et serviable, souriant et attentif; petit déjeuner excellent; snacks dispos à titre gratuit l'après-midi; chambres tout à fait satisfaisantes pour le centre de Paris. Donc, à recommander vivement.

Good location, however, my room smelt so bad. Like mould and dust. Room is not clean, stains and dust on sheets, and very worn out, ugly carpet. Shower smells very bad, drains smell very bad. Cleaning needs to be vastly improved. Decoration is very bad and old. Needs an upgrade considering the price. Would not stay here again.

Good location. Excellent service and helpfulness from Hugo. Good breakfast and afternoon snack. Spacious and comfortable room except for the bathroom drain smell, which isn't the hotel's fault. The cleaning staff is friendly. But the rest of the receptionists lack empathy. Personally, I think it's a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel.

Unwelcoming staff, tiny and dated room, mediocre breakfast.
Positives are cleanliness and location.

C'est un bon établissement ,le personnel y est accueillant, les chambres sont chaleureuses et bien fournies en petites attentions bien pratiques et confortables, (café, chausse-pied, kit toilette coton-tige etc.) et la literie est très bonne.

Ottimo hotel nei pressi della torre Eiffel, camere carine e molto pulite, staff gentile e sempre disponibile.
Colazione dolce un pò carente ma molto buona.
Prezzo buono rispetto agli standard di Parigi.
Consigliato anche per la vicinanza alla metro.

Horrible staff treatment ! Even though we avoided the disaster of staying there, we were still not refunded the amount they deducted from our card .. the best part is that our reservation was Payment upon Arrival !

Hotel booked for 3 nights. No communication about increase in city tax. Paid over €60 instead of €25. No concession, although €25 is shown on the confirmation. The management decided not to be accommodating. Very customer friendly! I understand the argument that it's not the hotel's fault. In this case it is a business risk and should be borne by the hotel, as the booking period was already known. We could also have been informed.

Nunca me llegue a alojar pero al hacer la reserva me cobraron más de 200 euros y al cancelar la reserva todavía no me lo han devuelto cuando Ami ya se me cobró dicho importe , ellos dicen q la autorización está cancelada pero llevo 6 días esperando.
Te pones en contacto con ellos y no tienen educación ya q les dije q nunca antes me pasó esto ( yo trabajo en un hotel y se como funciona) y me dicen en otras palabras como q “no es su problema q no haya visto algo igual “ malísima gestión lo recomiendo menos q 0
