Stayed here in May 2025. Nice modern and spacious room. Lovely shower and very comfy bed. The room was very quiet and the staff, from reception to the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful. Well priced hotel annd they offer breakfast for a reasonable cost. Also well located to the metro and nice bistros in the area.

Nice hotel, very well located in centre of Paris. It’s very well priced for the surrounding area, clean and tidy, functional but not luxurious. Would stay here again when visiting Paris due to the cost and location. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and again fairly priced at €15.

Had an amazing stay with my mom in this hotel, front desk employees were helpful and spoke some english. They have a luggage room in case you arrive earlier and need to leave your bags if your room isn't ready yet. There's fresh water available in the lobby and even mini croissants and pain au chocolat! We stayed in a standard room and it had everything we needed - but a mini fridge - it had potable water, hair dryer, the window opened just fine, great internal heating, great pressured shower, great shampoo and soap, clean towels, clean room with no carpet (I'm highly allergic so I can tell when I place is moldy or dusty), silent room, super comfy bed and pillows (which is a must have for recovering after a long day walking around), it also had a heated towel rack! The location is fantastic, walkable distant from the main tourist attractions in Paris, and by a 5 minute walk you are close to 2 metro stations and great coffee shops, really easy to walk around. My only reservation regarding its location is that at night the area is a ghost town, really empty and it felt a bit weird two woman walking around alone on the streets - nothing happened with us tho. Other than that there's is a bistro right by the side of the hotel but we weren't able to try it out because around 22.30h it was already closed and we couldn't find any restaurants in the area. Overall everything is great, just make sure you are fed before coming back to the hotel because you won't find open places at night. Highly recommend the hotel.

Chaufage não funcionou apesar de pedirmos...decoração dos anos 70.o quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos.ficamos num quarto em cima de outro prédio sem vista nenhuma.precisamos de ligar para a recepção não funcionava..não voltaremos.

Good location if you are looking to be close to the attractions on that side of Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating.||We had good views across to the Invalides which was nice to wake up too, the balcony opened out with a little table and chairs.

The hotel was centrally located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. and Rue Cler. The room was very comfortable with a great view. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.Breakfast was available but we did not dine in the restaurant. There was a small bar but we did not have any drinks there.

Would have been 5 stars if we could have cooled the room … only heat & fan available. I said something to the staff and they said they fixed it but nothing changed. For us the nights were cool so we just opened the windows but if a person couldn’t sleep through city sounds or it was summer this wouldn’t have worked.

We had the wonderful time. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Nordine at the front desk helped us with all our needs and spoke English. We will be back .Our rooms were comfortable and very clean.

The hotel location and staff was good. The lack of management response in addressing our insect problems and hotel accommodations during our hotel stay from 4/29 to 5/5 warranted the one star. ||We encountered a significant number of small flies in our two person room 105 on Sunday, April 28. My wife and I noticed them as each landed on our bed a number of times. We eventually looked up and a number of them were on the ceiling walls and some flying around the ceiling lights. This issue caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. ||I immediately went downstairs and notified the hotel night clerk of the flies issues. The night clerk came to our room to witness the flies; but, could do nothing (e.g. no insect spray) and not move us to another room for two as these were occupied. The best he could do was move us to a single room, which we took and hurriedly moved our belongings to room 101. We later noticed there were ants coming from the bottom of the entrance door.||The next day, we asked the hotel clerk if the manager was present to lodge our complaint. We were informed the manager would not return until Wednesday and reiterated the insect issues in both rooms. The female hotel clerk noted my email address and credit card for compensation for the insect issue or spending the last evening at a single bed room from the hotel manager. ||Since I never received an email from the hotel manager, I replied to their hotel site last week of my issues. To date, I have received no communication or compensation.

The location is great, the service is pleasant, and the room was clean. I will consider this hotel for my future stays in Paris. I didn't expect to have a bathtub, but I had a small one and it was a good surprise. The bed was very comfortable, small a little but still good enough

Positive: "" Negative: A significant number of insects for our primary double room and single room after moving from the primary room. Hotel clerk noted my insect issues for the hotel manager to respond. After 10 days, no communication or compensation fr manager.

The staff was kind and helped me all the times I asked for. There was also also a free snack. Thank you for everything. Your location was perfect and the room comfortable. There was also a free water I mean a fountain where you can take all the water you needed.

The best view from my room!|The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating to my requests. The bed was comfortable and my room was outstanding. The eiffel tower was within walking distance so we're the bistro and shops

We were so very pleased with our stay! We had a magnificent view of the Hotel des Invalides, which is spectacular! Our room was extremely clean, with beautiful chairs and draperies. The bathroom was especially modern with plenty of room to unpack toiletries. The breakfast offered many choices. We are recommending this hotel to other family for their stay.

При бронирование был оплачен номер с видом на город, а при заселении был предоставлен номер с видом во внутренний двор с какой то зеленой лестницей, очень тесный даже для двух человек, отвратительно.
Администрация отеле нагло отправила нас в Букинг разбираться с этим , а Букинг отправил обратно в отель , ссылаясь на безответственность отеля. В итоге выходные с видом на Париж , увенчались с видом на зеленую лестницу.
И разбирательство по телефону с Букингом в течении 20 минут привело к удорожанию моих затрат на международный разговор с офисом в Англией.

Tolles Hotel, welches für eine Städtetour absolut zentral liegt. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen. Ausreichendes, gutes Frühstückbuffet. Sehr nettes und immer hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt, etwas hellhörig. Ist aber bei älteren Gebäuden kaum zu vermeiden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort auch wieder buchen.

Stayed 5 days first day tv not working. Was not able to be fixed till the next day Was cold in room overnight Could not figure out thermastat went to reception in the morning. That's when I found out it was set on air conditioner they had control at reception and put on heat
The next morning control was put back on air conditioning as we could not access heat on thermastat. The lady at reception nice the man at reception not so nice. Also no outlet in bathroom. I do recommend this hotel.

For the price you pay, this is a nice place to stay. The room was renovated. It's a small room, but I only used it to sleep and I was the only one using it. For two people, the room will be very small. Staffs were friendly.

가성비 좋아요. 방은 정말 작음. 엄청 막 깨끗하지는 않은데 더러운것도 아니고 지낼만해요.

On the last day of our stay, we had an unpleasant situation. We came back from a walk and found that the doors to our room were open and the lights were on everywhere, there was no one in the room. We went to the reception and everyone told us that we had to close the doors well. The man at the reception was indifferent to our problem. There was no room cleaning, no bed linen changed, no towels in the shower either, the trash was only thrown in the bathroom. The room was too small for two people.
