The hotel is fine and the service is really very nice, but it has a big problem in my eyes: you feel and hear the Metro passing below the hotel every single two minutes. This is really a pity as basically the hotel is simple but nicely done and the service is very kind. But for me, the vibrations and the noise on the Metro is a no go.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Signature Saint Germaine des Près.

The room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean and efficiently organized for utility and space. We appreciated several of the nice touches, such as the stainless-steel, electric tea kettle with coffee, tea and sugar; the writing desk and chair, and the large amount of shelving and closet space.

Especially for a hotel room in Paris, where square footage is at such a premium, we really felt that our room had everything we needed.

The location, of course, was fantastic, with attractions like the Louvre and the Luxembourg Gardens in walking distance and easy access to a Metro station just 500 feet away.

But what really made this stay outstanding was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, despite what has been going on in our home country of late. We were super-impressed and highly recommend this excellent hotel!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of one of the prettiest neighborhoods. The location is convenient with many cafes/bistros/restaurants within walking distance. The Metro was near and we were able to walk to many attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Prior to our visit the staff sent us many suggestions of restaurants and places to visit.

I almost don’t want to write this review, as this hotel is a hidden gem! Amazing stay - excellent location, Le Bon Marche and metro at the end of the street, supermarkets close by, great shopping and lots of cute bistros, coffee shops etc. ||Boutique hotel - they use quality local suppliers (Diptyque, love!), I had the most comfy bed, pillows and linen, everything was great quality and the room immaculately clean and well maintained.||I stayed in a ‘cozy room’ (10sqm) and was worried it would be too small. It was great! Well designed with plenty of storage/hanging space and a small but functional bathroom. ||My room was located on the top floor and has a ‘view’ of the internal courtyard/rooftops. It wasn’t very scenic, but it was lovely to be able to open the windows right up to let in the sunlight and fresh air. You can hear the distant rumbling of the metro at night, but this didn’t bother me. ||The staff were great - unobtrusive, friendly service and lots of little touches that made the stay special. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - this hotel is excellent value for the location, service and quality.

I stayed one night in Hotel Signature Saint Germain des Pres last week. It was a last minute decision but a good one ! The hotel is very quaint and cosy with a very good location. It is close to everything and walking is easy. Bon Marche and Grand Epicerie are just around the corner; metro is just a few minutes away; restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance.|My room was small and not a lot of space to walk around but it was a last minute decision so I took what was available. I am sure they have bigger rooms.|The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, bath products were Dipytique,..the best part of my stay was Manuela's assistance from the Front Desk. She was so friendly, so professional and patient. She loves her job and the hotel and this is very obvious. |I was very happy with the hotel and highly recommend!

This is our second stay/visit and loved it once again! Not only is it a charming boutique hotel in the Saint Germain area, the rooms are darling/comfortable. Breakfast (and their coffee, made to order) is fantastic. We LOVE the location as it's easy to walk or take the Metro. Best part...the staff is utterly amazing and so attentive to our needs, suggesting what to do, make reservations or just excited to hear about what we're going to do each day.||To recap....STAY AT HOTEL SIGNATURE SAINT GERMAIN!

We stayed in the Prestige Room for 3 weeks; loved it! The room looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Plenty of closet and drawer space and very comfortable bed; it was hard to get up. The amenities were top of the line. All the staff was very accommodating and did a wonderful job. When and if we return to Paris, we will definitely stay at Hotel Signature again! The location was in a perfect area. Having our room cleaned every day was wonderful; the hotel was always clean.||Carol & James |Florida

I can't emphasize how great this hotel is. Their slogan is your second home in Paris and its true........

The location is perfect. Centrally located walkable to great cafes, shopping, and restaurants.

The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and clean.

What makes this hotel so good is the people who work there! Manuela, Alavia, Mark, and everyone else make everything even more special!

Do yourself a favor........ Stay here. I promise you will have an amazing time in Paris here.

We had a wonderful stay at this chic, boutique hotel. The staff were warm and inviting, particularly Manuela who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The beds and pillows were the best I've experienced at a hotel and the central location is a perfect jumping off point to explore the city. The only negative experience was having to leave.

This is a great small hotel located in an upscale area with nice shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is also very close to the metro and convenient to major sights. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel, especially a balcony room.

As I was in Paris for the first time, and an older woman traveling solo, choice of hotel was a major concern. I wanted something convenient and safe that would provide a comforting respite from the hustle of sightseeing in the city. Hotel Signature Saint Germain des Pres, was all of that and more. ||The guidebook I was using indicated that this was a small, family run hotel and that all the people staffing the reception were helpful and friendly. That was an understatement. Delphine and her colleagues were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful - garnering me dinner reservations at the last minute and assisting me in resolving some technical issues with my personal electronics.||The room I had was quiet and charming. It was compact, sparkling clean, and thoroughly charming. The hotel breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and because this was a small boutique establishment, it was easy to converse with other guests in the breakfast room. Should I find myself visiting Paris again, I'd reserve a room here in a minute.

My stay here was wonderful! For a first time visitor to france with only a little knowledge of french language it’s a very good place to stay. The staff is very nice and helpful and I would definitely stay again. thanks again. great location close to shopping and store across street for water.

This was our third visit (over several years) and we were delighted to return. The location is fantastic, and the staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. Our room was small (we booked a small one), very clean and nicely decorated. For such a central location, the hotel is very quiet, although everything you need is on the doorstep, or within walking distance. We didn't have the hotel breakfast (there are so many lovely places nearby to eat) so can't comment on that. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels whenever we wanted. I would highly recommend it (and have to many in the past) and am sure we will return - it feels like home from home now!

Un séjour inoubliable pour fêter l’anniversaire de mon épouse . Une équipe adorable . Un hôtel à l’image du quartier : magnifique ! Nous avons eu l’occasion de profiter des soins de massages . Un moment sur un nuage! et les séances de pilates avec Aurélie le matin nous ont mis en pleine forme pour profiter de la plus belle ville du monde . Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

We had such a great stay at this hotel. It's in a relatively quiet and in a very safe neighbourhood while still being accessible to everywhere in Paris by all modes of transportation. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable to pass out after being out and about all day, and an actual working thermostat! The hotel staff was certainly the best part of the whole stay. Regardless of who we interacted with, they were super pleasant, nice, respectful and very helpful. For anyone considering where to stay at Paris with a plethora of choices, I would certainly recommend staying here.

Além da localização perfeita, as instalações do quarto são excelentes.|Ponto alto também, além do que falei acima, é o atendimento e dedicação do time e da Delphine, Alavia, Frances e Manuela.|Foram incríveis em me ajudar com ingressos antecipados para Torre Eiffel e fizeram uma suspresa adorável pelo aniversário do meu marido.|Cuidado em todos os detalhes!!!|Com certeza é nosso Hotel favorito em Paris.

if you are a very light sleeper then dont be on the ground floor as you can slightly hear the metro nearby:
we loved the place and despite hearing the metro the our room was perfect ( ground floor) and it s a very good price location service deal

Après avoir expérimenté plusieurs hôtels à Paris, nous portons définitivement notre choix sur cet hôtel, chaleureux et bien situé. Notre séjour a été parfait! Le personnel est attentionné, l'hôtel très calme et la literie excellente. La décoration et les produits sont choisis avec soin, ce qui crée une atmosphère si chaleureuse que nous avions l'impression d'être à la maison et non à l'hôtel. De plus, le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Words cannot fully capture the wonderful experience my husband and I had during our first visit to Paris. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles that immediately made us feel at home in a city we had only dreamt of visiting. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality. Even though it wasn't time for us to check in yet, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They offered to hold our bags and even suggested nearby cafes and places to eat. Je n'ai qu'un seul mot pour cet hôtel : WOW! J'y ai séjourné une seule nuit, lors d'un séjour professionnel à Paris. Une chambre aménagée avec goût, ultra propre et fonctionnelle. Un accueil A+ par une équipe attentionnée et tellement sympathique et en plus, l'hôtel est dans un emplacement de choix. Je reviendrai, c'est certain!
