You can't get more Paris than this! Steps away from the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and multiple metro stations—location is chef’s kiss! The place is spotless (seriously, you could eat a croissant off the floor), and the front desk crew? Absolute legends—friendly, helpful, and always smiling like they know where to get the best pain au chocolat.
Rooms are kept so clean you'd think Marie Kondo personally approved them.
Only minor quirk? The elevator is... how do I say this? Let’s just say it’s cozy enough to turn strangers into lifelong friends. One person, one baguette, and it’s full.
Still, I'd book it again faster than you can say “oui oui”!

Our room was very small (double deluxe) so much so that i thought we were given the wrong room initially, however I understand this is indicative of hotels in Paris. Even though, I found our room quite cramped but at least there were clever storage options for luggage and clothing so overall, it worked out fine. The room itself was otherwise quite comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was small but had adequate room to negotiate some small items for storage. Hot water took a few minutes to take full effect but the shower was excellent. The floor was uneven tilting right to left making things seem a little unbalanced. The stairs were quite a challenge to descend - risking injury should one descend quickly. The fire alarm went off (due to burnt toast somewhere) and the stairs were very difficult to negotiate. I would warn against this for elderly patrons. The lift is otherwise fine.
My other issue was the imposition of a City tax after the all fees were paid using Booking.com- it is mentioned as a possibility in the fine print but this is the first time I had to pay "extra" after paying for the accomodation online 6 month prior, they should just charge it at the same time.
Overall, I would recommend the hotel due to its location, levels of comfort and cleanliness as long as you are prepared to have a small style room. If I can do it, Im sure most people could.
Paris isnt cheap but I feel I got reasonable value for money. St Germain certainly is a good area to stay.
There is no service to speak of
Front desk is polite
They were about to start cleaning my room at 5pm one day which was when I got back from a whole day away (from 9am). Appaling and had some lame excuse that they had to take care of "the other rooms first for the people coming". Whatever that means. Don't know why that's more important than the people actually staying in the room.
Dommage, car le personnel de la réception est sympathique.
I was writing this message while standing outside, deeply saddened by what just happened. The moment my wife stepped outside, she.told me that your hotel staff refused to allow my child’s diaper to be changed. As soon as I heard this, I immediately looked up the name of your hotel. If you check your security camera footage, you will be able to see what happened.
I am extremely sensitive about such matters.
The only thing I’d like to point out is the size of the rooms. The one I stayed is smaller then I would expect for Paris standards. It’s ok if you’re traveling only with carry-on. But with medium or large bag(s), it will occupy all the circulation space and you’ll be jumping around. But the rooms are charming, the bed is extremely comfortable and with high quality linen. Quiet street.
