The doors don't open easily, I was locked out of my room twice. Once open, the heavy door slammed into me. Please fix your doors!!! The corridors are pitch black, so people were struggling to navigate the narrow corridors. Leaky roof in the breakfast area, literally buckets on the floor collecting water.

Absolutely chic hotel in 7th. Some rooms have views of the Eiffel Tower. Beautifully recently renovated. The rooms are so nice and well furnished. The bathrooms are gorgeous. This hotel is within walking distance of many sites but tucked away enough to avoid the crowds of tourists and discover the locals favorite restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Will absolutely be back!

Etant déjà une fidèle cliente avant la rénovation complète de l'hôtel, quel bonheur de le redécouvrir dans un tel écrin d'élégance et de chic à la française (et avec une étoile supplémentaire !) ! |Les chambres sont confortables, décorées avec goût, l'équipe est réellement aux petits soins, on s'y sent comme à la maison, et c'est toujours un plaisir d'y revenir ! |L'emplacement est parfait pour se déplacer, à proximité de 3 lignes de métro différentes !|Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe, merci, et surtout à très vite !

Это лучший видовой отель в Париже с идеальным соотношением цена/качество! Сервис на высшем уровне, персонал с удовольствием делится необходимой информацией и рекомендует рестораны/магазины и все что вам нужно. Особенно хочу отметить ресепшиониста Ислама, он очень мило говорит немного по-русски, доброжелательный, энергичный, скрасил наше пребывание!
Номера это отдельная роскошь, очень элегантно и броско! Берите видовой номер, это того стоит , он безупречен!!
Завтраки очень вкусные, по системе буфета! Обслуживание в ресторане на высоте !
Все круто, обязательно вернемся !

We had a room with an Eiffel Tower view and it was amazing! When we first checked in, we were welcomed by Islem - he was very hospitable and kind. The rest of the staff was also very nice and made everything so easy during our stay. I would definitely go back!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist von der Grösse okay, es reicht gut vom Platz. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer und auch sauber. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist top! Innert kürzester Zeit ist man beim Eifelturm, an der Champs-Elysée und an den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Super Hôtel, super charmant à Paris. Tout a été rénové dans une ambiance vieux Paris avec plein de petit détail. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un couple, ne pas hésitez à demandé la chambre Bordeaux que nous avons adoré.

Localização maravilhosa, o quarto com vista para a torre é magnífico.
Islem o recepcionista foi muito atencioso, prestável e agradável.
Recomendo fortemente o hotel, está a passar por reformas e está tudo novinho e muito bem decorado.

This hotel truly stands out among 3-star options. Everything felt high standard—from the spotless, well-designed rooms to the attentive, professional staff and the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! The amenities were excellent, and the location made getting around easy. It felt more like a 4-star experience at a 3-star price. Highly recommended!

They cancelled my reservation 20 days before check in that was already reserved and paid 2 months ago. Such a not professional hotel. Stay away from them and go to any other with better service, maybe international brands. ubelievable.

Prima hotelmin het hart van het 7e arrondissement. Wij hadden een kamer met balkon met uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren. Kaner is net gerenoveerd en daarom in perfecte staat. Hotel ligt op loopafstand vd Eiffeltoren, metrohalte Ecole Militaire. Parkeren ka op Place Joffre (5 min lopen). Kortom, zeker aanrader voor paar dagen Parijss

Minha experiencia Nao esta sendo tao boa. Estou no hotel ha 5 dias sem tv. Todos os dias pedimos para alguém verificar e ate hoje nada foi feito. Quarto 36. Realmente a unica coisa que salva é a vista. E alguns (poucos) funcionarios sao educados. Quarto com vazamento . Muita poeira e Limpeza a desejar.

The photos are not up to date - our room was covered in dangerous black mould and the roof was falling in in the bathroom and no attempt was made to clean the room or move us to a safe room which resulted in us getting sick and having to cancel the rest of our trip. The hotel refused to take any ownership or offer any compensation whatsoever after they ruined our honeymoon.

Certainly not worth the big money they charge!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

El hotel merece la puntuación de 5 por la ubicación que tiene y la atención del personal de recepción. |A escasos metros de la parada de metro y bus de Ecole y andando de uno de los monumentos más importantes de la ciudad.|El desayuno es correcto teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel y su precio.|Habitaciones limpias y algunas con buenas vistas.

Stayed 5 nights. Excellent experience. Rooms are tiny, but that has been our experience in Paris. About a 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and 5 minute walk to Ecole Militaire metro station. Lots of restaurants and bars within 5 to 15 minute walk. If you buy a Rick Steves book and bring it with you they will give you (and your spouse) their daily breakfast for free during your entire stay (I confirmed that in an email in advance when I made the booking). Check in staff and breakfast staff were excellent.

The carpet and hallways were dirty, like they hadn't been watched in years. I found a pair of old socks on the stool/chair in the room. The bedding felt like it had plastic bags stuffed into it as cushioning. Would not stay here again.It is not "elegant" or "refined" as represented.

Excellent one night stay. Twin room. Room was quite small but well organized and attractive. Bathroom a good size and enjoyed the combination tub/shower. View of the Eiffel Tower was nice, and walking to the site was about 20 minutes. Easy check-in and out next morning. Quiet at night. Lovely casual restaurant next door. Would book again when next in Paris.

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel confortable. Il est situé à proximité de deux stations de métro et, bien sûr, à distance de marche de la Tour Eiffel. Nous pouvions également voir la Tour Eiffel depuis notre chambre, ce qui était un bonus inattendu. La chambre était petite mais c'était tout ce dont mon fils et moi avions besoin. La chambre était charmante et chaleureuse et la salle de bains spacieuse. Nous avons aimé nous promener dans les environs, nous avons trouvé beaucoup d'options alimentaires, y compris deux supermarchés. Je me suis sentie en sécurité dans les environs de l'hôtel. Le personnel était sympathique. La communication avant notre séjour a été exceptionnelle, j'ai eu toutes les informations dont j'avais besoin pour faciliter mon arrivée.

Je n'ai pas séjourné dans votre hôtel mais j'ai réservé une chambre avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Je vais faire une surprise à mon mari pour notre 30ème anniversaire de mariage. J'aimerais savoir si je peux organiser un dîner sur notre balcon le soir de notre anniversaire comme une surprise supplémentaire. Si quelqu'un de l'hôtel peut me contacter, ce serait formidable

La pire expérience de ma vie.
J'ai réservé par le biais du site web avec une pension, le service est horrible, dans l'annonce ils mettent une photo d'une chambre, quand vous arrivez c'est une autre, le petit déjeuner même s'il est exposé si vous êtes un peu en retard il n'y a aucune tolérance, même si vous avez payé.
Le personnel est hostile et inflexible, les couloirs sont sales, les logements sont vieux, je ne le recommanderais à personne.
